<title>海德堡造纸工控机常见故障与维修</title>

<p>● 开机后主板能正常工作，BIOS<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%E6%A3%80%E6%B5%8B">检测</span>到键盘部分，报告键盘出错？<br /><br />首先看是否键盘锁锁定，解除键盘锁。如果不是，检测主板同底板的连线及键盘、鼠标是否连接正确。 <br /><br />● 开机后其他部分工作正常，软驱的读盘灯一直常亮软驱不能使用？<br /><br />应是软驱数据线接反。<br /><br />● 用7162主板时，鼠标、键盘均不能使用？<br /><br />检查小辫子，看是否为7162专用，如果不是，请将键盘、鼠标反接使用。 <br /><br />● 工控机装硬盘以前可以启动，安装硬盘后发现不能启动？<br /><br />请首先检查硬盘数据线是否接反。<br /><br />● 加电后底板上的电源指示灯，亮一下就灭了，无法加电？<br /><br />首先看是否机箱内有螺丝等异物，导致短路。其次察看有关电源线是否接反，导致对地短路。再次利用替换法，更换电源，看是否电源的问题，更换地板看是否地板的问题。<br /><br />● 工控机加电后，电源工作正常，主板没有任何反映？<br /><br />首先去掉外围的插卡及所连的<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%E8%AE%BE%E5%A4%87">设备</span>，看能否启动？如果不能，可去掉内存，看是否报警？然后检查CPU的工作，是否正常？最后替换主板，检查主板是否正常。<br /><br />● 开机机器没有启动，能听到连续的报警声？<br /><br />根据报警声，能确定是内存的问题。打开机器看内存是否接触好，或更换内存插槽进行测试。最后更换内存看是否内存的问题。<br /><br />● 安装操作<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%E7%B3%BB%E7%BB%9F">系统</span>，加载声卡驱动时死机？<br /><br />首先声卡的类型<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%E9%80%89%E6%8B%A9">选择</span>错误，选择正确的类型后再安装。其次，所选的声卡同其他设备冲突（包括网卡、视频卡、主板）。<br /><br />● 加载声卡驱动后，运行速度变慢或声音太小？<br /><br />一般声卡同主板冲突。 <br /><br />● 安装视频卡时驱动安装正确，没有图像显示，或显示没有彩色？<br /><br />一般视频卡的制式默认为&ldquo;ntfc&rdquo;，需设置为&ldquo;PAL&rdquo;制式！ <br /><br />● 工控机在公司测试正常，到客户哪儿以后没有显示？<br /><br />一般为分辨率设置设置过高，客户的显示器不能显示。所以现象为黑屏，但是有启动正常的告警声。 <br /><br />● 工控机在正常运行时，一有震动就会重起？<br /><br />电源的连线<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%E6%95%85%E9%9A%9C">故障</span>，或是主板同地板的连线接触不良（实现ATX功能的哪根连线）！（仅供参考）</p>

<title>QZK1300程控切纸机常见故障及解决办法</title>

<![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; QZK1300程控切纸机常见故障及排除：无初始化，显示屏出现全&ldquo;8&rdquo;闪现象，主要有五个方面的原因所引起。推纸器出现走走停停，或前进后退的速度忽快忽慢。双手按钮按动后，压纸器不下原因。压纸器下来后，刀不下或很久后才下来。　　&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1、无初始化术语，显示屏出现全&ldquo;8&rdquo;闪现象，主要有五个方面的原因所引起。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （1）驱动问题：驱动板的电源变压器，接触不好，无输出电压，其原因是变压器长时间工作其他，特别是夏季，温度高，温升高到70度以上，触摸时烫手，由于热胀冷缩的现象包装物流，又加上机器磨损振动力大，引起变压器输入与输出焊点松动，接触不良，出现故障，解决方法是把原来的焊锡清干净数字出版，重新焊发即可。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （2）该驱动板连线到电脑主板的&ldquo;十一&rdquo;芯插头，经常出现接角不良现象，其原因插件弹力老化，夹紧力减弱，解决的方法是更换新的插件即可。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;（3）编码器问题引起的故障较多其他，主板连线&ldquo;五芯&rdquo;插头接触不好，原因与排除和&ldquo;十一&rdquo;芯同样解决。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （4）电机驱动线起的故障.此电机是加拿大生产的直流电机，同于碳刷磨损也会出现无初始化现象，检查更换碳刷即可正常。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （5）主板问题，主板最易坏的是X244P商业印刷，此块经查阅说明书和有关资料，它的作用是信号处理原件，解决方法是更新的原件。按键面板按键，由于经常使用，也是易损部件原稿，应急解决的方法，可以与不经常用的按键进行调换处理。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、推纸器出现走走停停，或前进后退的速度忽快忽慢。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 出现此故障的原因：</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;（2）机械原因，机械使用久了，丝杆出现磨损变形现象，解决方法书刊印刷，更换新丝杆。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （3）驱动板上端电位器阻值发生变化。解决方法：重新调整电位器阻值，调整时一定和对应开关配合。电器箱内有六个电位器，顺序从左-右分别是前进粗调，前进细调，后退粗调检测系统及仪器，后退细调，调解速度不可过快或过慢，适当为好，太快了容易冲过头，太慢了影响效率.海德堡<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、双手按钮按动后胶片，压纸器不下原因：</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （1）光电保护小红灯亮，检查光电左侧接收部位，先调节接收件使对应的经灯熄灭，出现绿灯指示即可。调节器整光电很麻烦，要细心。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （2）电路问题模切烫印压痕，a、熔丝烧断，检查短处，排除后换上新保险丝。b、双手按钮按动时检查是否到位及触点通路。c、星形把手上的11XK常闭触头打开，将星形把手推入可调整11XK位置。d、单次停车行程开关被压住（SXK）调节单次停车凸轮位置（放开）。e、压纸电磁阀是否得电吸合，如果24伏电压正常设备操作，说明阀坏，更换新阀即可。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4、压纸器下来后，刀不下或很久后才下来。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （1）压力继电器问题，原因，压力调节过高化妆品包装，或2JW-11行程开关损坏。排除方法，逆时针旋转，旋松调压螺栓或更换2JW-11行程开关。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （2）接线不良或2TJ线圈及触点故障，检查线头或玩换2TJ。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （3）下刀电磁阀失电或损坏，检查供阀线路印后设备，或更换电磁阀。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （4）油路问题，阀钢球密封不良，修整支承圈。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （5）卸荷阀泄漏，调节卸荷阀使星形把手推入时不卸荷。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （6）油泵问题，更换油泵即可.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 　　</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.皮带松；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.马达坏；</p>

<p>　　【解决办法】：1.开机，观察走片马达是否转动；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2.若马达不转，则检查马达联线电压是否正常（+24V）；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.若马达旋转正常，则调紧皮带即可，报1＃错误80％是皮带松动的缘故，或换一套新的皮带。</p>
<p>　　2.SYSTEM ERROR #2</p>
<p>　　【故障说明】：没有检测到激光SOL（行同步）信号</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2.扫描马达不转；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.SOL传感器位置不合适；4.激光光强弱。</p>
<p>　　【解决办法】：1.检查激光控制板上的连线，可使用万用表逐一测量；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.检查开机是否有激光，可将一张白纸放在激光感应器的位置，开机约6-8秒有一束红色细光线一闪而过；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.检查扫描马达是否旋转；</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.排除上述原因，在开机状态下，面板显示&ldquo;SYSTEM ERROR #2/PRESS PREV TO RESTAR&quot;时，逆时针旋转激光控制板上R33约45&deg;后，按PREV键重启，直至开机正常；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6.更换主控板。</p>
<p>　　3.SYSTEM ERROR #3</p>
<p>　　【故障说明】：NO ACTIVE VIDEO</p>
<p>　　【形成原因】：1.AD27354上跳线J1没有安装；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.主控板有问题</p>
<p>　　【解决办法】：1.检查跳线J1是否安装；</p>

<p>　　【解决办法】：1.检查是否卡片，一般＃4错误均由此引起；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.检查裁刀马达，Sensor连线；</p>

<p>　　【故障说明】：Lazy Loop Failed堕环失效</p>
<p>　　【形成原因】：1.堕环编码器失效；</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.主控板有问题。</p>
<p>　　【解决办法】：1.检查堕环连线、电源；</p>

<title>ULTRE系列激光照排机原理及故障</title>

<![CDATA[<p align="left"><font color="#0000ff" size="4">前言</font><font size="5"><br /></font><font size="2">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 美国ULTRE公司（被LINO-HELL公司兼并后，LINO-HELL公司又被德国海德堡公司收购）是世界上著名的激光照排机机芯生产厂家，同时它又是世界上小幅面（八开，四开）绞盘式半导体激光照排机的重要生产基地。它生产的72P/E、94P/E系列照排机以其结构轻巧、操作方便、故障率低、维护简单。在欧美、东南亚占有很大市场。在我国也有几百台的机器，如果加上国内就有近千台同类机器。所以有必要将此类机器的工作原理及常见故障做一简要分析，以供此类用户参考。</font><br /><font color="#0000ff" size="2">一、机械光学结构</font><font size="2"><br /><font color="#ff00ff">1、胶片传动</font><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 精密步进电机通过一特制蜗轮蜗杆将传动传到驱动辊，在压力辊的配合下将胶片从供片盒送到收片盒。并实现扫描的Y方向进给，如图1所示。因为这种传动类似于绞盘传动机。所以此类机器称绞盘式照排机。</font><font size="2">从传动原理可以看出，此类机器的传动精度，从理论上看只取决于步进电机、蜗轮蜗杆付、驱动辊的精度。但是为了保证一定的粗糙度，而且不划伤胶片，驱动辊和压力辊都采用了胶辊，这就使得影响传动精度的因素变得复杂了。除了以上因素外，压力辊的压力，供、收片盒的阻力都将影响传动精度，这就是绞盘式比鼓式机器重复定位精度差而且不稳定的主要原因。但是国内外厂家仍然为提高此类机器重复定位精度而做出了许多有益的尝试，如增加CQR，改变供、收片盒结构，改变驱动辊、压力辊材质并增加检测编码机构等，使其可以满足中、高档彩色分色片输出的要求。</font></p>
<p align="left"><font color="#ff00ff" size="2">2.光学扫描</font><font size="2"><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一个以5100RPM（E型机器为10200RPM）速度转动的超精密直流旋转马达带动五面棱镜转动，实现光学打点，并实现X方向的视频图元，所以此类机器也叫转镜式照排机。X方向的扫描质量取决于旋转马达的精度和一个叫SOL(START OF LINE行开始）传感器；成像质量取决于激光准直管，F&theta;透镜及聚焦。</font></p>

<p><font color="#0000ff" size="2">二、电器原理</font><font size="2"><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 以Z80CPU为核心,PROM保存着主程序,程序除和其他电路配合控制旋转马达、步进电机、激光驱动外,还完成如下功能:1.上电复位及加电故障诊断;2.串口通讯及串行命令解释、执行:计算机可以通过串行命令对照排机进行分辨率、激光强度、进片、切片、故障诊断等各种控制;3.低电压报警:系统电压+5V、&plusmn;15V、+13V、+24V的任一电压过低都将报错;4.光路出错报警:激光管坏、SOL传感器坏、卡片、光路堵塞等都可能引起此类报警;5.可恢复性故障报警:无胶片、无暗盒、阻塞的报警;6.开关排命令解释及执行:机器自检、SOL调试、激光调试、故障查询等都通过开关排发送命令,常用开关排命令如图4所示;7.执行命令后的状态回送:状态回送通过LED发光管排显示,常见LED的意义如图5所示。EEPROM记录着一些可变参数，如步进电机、旋转马达校正值、激光电流倍增系数、版本号等。</font></p>

<p align="left"><font size="2"><font color="#0000ff">三、接口原理<br /></font>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 接口被设计为CANON LBP-CX和ULTRE专用模式两种。CANON LBP-CX模式适用于低分辨率打印，在这种模式下，照排机按照页连续打印。和CANON标准模式不同的是，在整个页打印完之前PRINT*信号一直保持低电平。ULTRE专用模式适用于高分辨率打印，在这种模式下，照排机可以启停，并且在每个BD脉冲下降沿都应产生一个垂直同步VSYNC*信号（控制走片），此信号应维持至少0.5ms，其时序如图6所示。<br /><font color="#0000ff">四、常见故障分析</font><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 总述：激光照排机为高精密机、光、电一体化设备，为保证其正常工作，该机应置于较为宽敞无尘环境下，室温20-25℃，空气相对湿度不超过85％，带有交流净化稳压电源（因有感性负载，不要接低容量UPS），并保证照排机和所连计算机共地良好，不可带电拔插任何电缆或插头。</font><br /><font color="#ff0000" size="2">几点说明:</font><font size="2">为描述方便,&ldquo;/&rdquo;隔开的为可能发生的因素之一;因篇幅的原因，只列出故障原因;电器部分因主控板元器件较多,故障难以描述清楚,请和国内生产维修厂家－&ldquo;<em><font color="#ff0000">前景计算机科技工程公司</font></em>&rdquo;联系。</font> </p>

<![CDATA[<p>拉纸辊电机的转速时快时慢<br />　　现象：在穿纸过程中某拉纸辊电机的转速时快时慢，而其他电机的转速正常。<br />　　分析：AMK变频器由电源模块、控制模块和数字逆变模块3种模块组成。控制模块通过现场总线接收各种指令信息，再经过运算把结果送到数字逆变模块，由数字逆变模块根据运算结果控制其内部的晶闸管电路，从而改变控制电机的电流频率，使电机得到所需的转速。根据以上变频器的工作原理可以推测此故障的成因可能有这样几个方面：控制模块运算出错，数字逆变模块故障，电机编码器故障以致反馈的速度出错。<br />　　排除：根据先容易后复杂的原则，先更换控制模块上的SERCOS卡，故障依旧，再更换数字逆变模块，故障排除。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 现象：点车时裁报滚筒快速转动一下，然后停了下来，并且电脑报&ldquo;超速&rdquo;故障。<br />　　分析：根据以上现象可以判断电机的编码器有问题。编码器安装在电机转轴上，电机转动时编码器将电机的实时转速反馈给变频器，再由变频器根据设定值调整电机的转速。在上述故障中，由于编码器故障而使反馈给变频器的电机转速值出现了错误，从而导致了变频器对电机进行了错误的控制。<br />　　排除：更换电机的编码器，故障排除。</p>

<title>轮转胶印机上纸单元/印刷单元/折页单元的故障与维修</title>

<![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 上纸单元常见故障有两类：一类是原材料不合格引起的，如纸卷不圆、变形，主要是在运输过程中挤压造成的；纸卷两边张力不等，纸卷表面不平整呈绳状等，都是在生产过程中常遇到的问题，只要更换合格的纸卷，故障即可排除。第二类故障是由操作不当引起的，如纸张易断、皱褶等，都是因操作人员对纸张的适应性没有足够的认识而引起的。这类故障一般可以通过调节张力控制器来排除。 <br /></p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 印刷单元的故障有两类：&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.供水部分常见故障 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 故障分析：供水量过大，使印版上过剩水分太多，油墨乳化加快，反映在产品中表现为墨色发浅、无光泽、网点不充实、版面墨色不稳定。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 排除方法：首先，检查水斗辊在水槽中的深度是否符合要求，如果过深会使供水量增大，反之则减小，可通过水斗辊两端的偏心装置来调节水斗辊在水槽中的位置，使供水正常；其次，检查靠版水辊和印版滚筒之间的压力是否在技术要求范围内，具体方法是，在印版滚筒合压状态下，对印版打墨杠来判断其压力大小，墨杠一般在4～7mm之间较为合适，或者用0.15mm厚的塞尺进行测量，以2kg的力为基准进行调节即可达到调节目的。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.供墨部分常见故障 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 故障分析：墨色不稳定表现在印张上是墨量时大时小，极不稳定，很难控制。这是因为各墨辊之间的间隙过大，导致墨辊表面墨层不稳定，供墨量随之变化。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 排除方法：调节各墨辊之间的间隙，可用0.15mm厚的塞尺测量，以2kg的力为基准进行调节。要注意的是如果各墨辊之间的压力调节过大，会使摩擦力加大，墨辊两端发热容易损坏墨辊；但压力调节过小，会导致供墨量不稳定而无法正常印刷。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.压印部分常见故障 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 故障分析：压力过小，则油墨转移不够充分，产品印迹发虚，网点不充实，字迹缺笔断画，图文不清；压力过大，则会使印版耐印力降低，字迹、图文变形，机器负载增大。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 排除方法：可采用改变橡皮布包衬厚度的方法，但在特殊情况下这种方法并不能排除故障或排除得不理想、不彻底。这时就需要对滚筒间的压力（间隙）进行调节，注意必须参考随机说明书和机械原理图，查阅准确的技术数据，用专用工具进行调节，使压力达到技术指标。 <br /></p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 折页单元的故障分析与排除 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 故障分析：出现折页不准，书帖规格不符合质量要求，掉页、烂页、堵纸等故障。机械部件的磨损超出技术要求、机械部件损坏、运动部件调节不到位等都会产生以上故障。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 排除方法：首先要细心观察产品，因为所产生的故障都可表现在产品上。只要对各机械部件的性能、功能、运动方式有一个准确的理解，都可通过观察产品来判断故障的具体位置；确定了故障产生的原因后，就可检查对应的部件；通过听、摸、看来判断，仔细观察，发现问题。机件损坏后，会表现出运动声音不平稳、运动部件常有发热等现象；运动部件磨损，则导致运动部件动作不到位，这些问题都可通过更换机件来排除。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 发生故障后要对所产生的故障有一个准确的理解和判断。因为同一故障所产生的原因可能不同，排除方法也不同，而不同的故障有时也可用同一种方法来排除。所以在实际工作中，要灵活应用，不可生搬硬套。</p>

<p><font face="Verdana">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)墨刀片前口边缘有异物或毛刺等划伤出墨辊外圆,清除或修理边口异物及毛刺。<br /><br />　</font><font face="Verdana"><strong>　2.墨斗出墨辊不转动<br /></strong><br />　　(1)出墨辊轴棘轮定位销钉变松，棘爪无法带动轴转动;</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)棘爪摆杆断裂或损坏，无法带动棘爪摆动，应更换棘爪摆杆;</font></p>
