<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt"><font size="3">３<span lang="EN-US">.</span>师徒型。<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">师带徒，</span>这种方式学习效果的好坏和师傅的水平有很大的关系，有一种弊端是，师傅是否会倾囊相授？人们总有一种习惯是&ldquo;留一手&rdquo;，那是因为徒弟的成长和师傅的未来利益没有结构性关系，甚至成为潜在威胁。这种类型的还有另外一种弊端是难成规模，不适应现代企业规模化运作的需要。还有一点就是，师傅的技能更新机制怎样保障。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt"><font size="3">４<span lang="EN-US">.</span>复制型。结合外脑，建立自己企业的内部训练团队，甚至是自己的商校。在<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">格式化训练下，资质正常者都可能批量成长为有竞争力的经理人，速度快，不会有所保留，教练技术成熟。</span>很好的例子是体育教练，就是很职业化的将自己的技术复制给学生，其间还有科研教练的辅助，是一个教练团队在工作。一个世界网球冠军，五块肌肉由五个教练合作完成，何其专业！<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p>
