<![CDATA[1　空气过滤器的发展(桂龙松 13681915901)<br />　　空气过滤器的原型是人们为保护呼吸而使用的呼吸保护器具。据记载, 早在一世纪的罗马, 人们在提纯水银的时候就用粗麻制成的面具进行保护。在此之后的漫长时间里, 空气过滤器也取得了进展, 但其主要是作为呼吸保护器具用于一些危险的行业, 如有害化学品的生产。1827 年布朗发现了微小粒子的运动规律,人们对空气过滤的机理有了进一步的认识。<br />　　空气过滤器的迅速发展是与军事工业和电子工业的发展紧密相关的。在第一次世界大战期间, 由于各种化学毒剂的使用, 以石棉纤维过滤纸作为滤烟层的军用防毒面具应运而生。玻璃纤维过滤介质用于空气过滤于1940 年10 月在美国取得专利。50 年代, 美国对玻璃纤维过滤纸的生产工艺进行了深入的研究, 使空气过滤器得到了改善和发展。60 年代, HEPA 过滤器问世; 70 年代, 采用微细玻璃纤维过滤纸作为过滤介质的HEPA 过滤器, 对013 微米粒径的粒子过滤效率高达99.9998%。八十年代以来, 随着新的测试方法的出现、使用评价的提高及对过滤性能要求的提高, 发现HEPA 过滤器存在着严重的问题, 于是又产生了性能更高的UL PA 过滤器。目前, 各国仍在努力研究, 估计不久就会出现更先进的空气过滤器。<br />　　过滤器本身的设计也取得了显著进展, 其中最重要的是分隔板的去除, 即无隔板过滤器的发展。无隔板过滤器不仅消除了分隔板损坏过滤介质的危险, 而且有效地增加了过滤面积, 提高了过滤效率, 并降低了气流阻力, 从而减少了能量消耗。此外, 空气过滤器在耐高温、耐腐蚀以及防水、防菌等方面也取很大的进展,满足了一些特殊的需求。<br />2　空气过滤器的应用<br />　　随着环境污染的日益严重和人们环境意识的加强, 空气质量已成为全世界关注的焦点。现在人们认识到空气过滤系统不仅要保护机械设备, 还要保护人。因此, 空气过滤的应用范围越来越广泛。<br />　　空气过滤的最大应用是住宅楼, 其次是商业和工业建筑。此外, 过滤设备还常用行下列场合: 洁净室; 复印设备; 室内空气净化器; 麻醉气体过滤设备; 激光外科手术应用; HVAC 系统(供暖、通风和空调系统) ; 恒温室; 计算机打印机; 工作室空气过滤系统; 空调器等。<br />2.1　住宅市场<br />　　由于人们对生活质量的要求不断提高, 住宅原有的空气过滤系统已不能满足人们的需要, 性能更高的静电过滤器则成了原有空气过滤器的首选替代品。但与普通玻璃纤过滤器相比, 由于过滤介质成本较高, 静电过滤器的应用也受到一定的限制。<br />　　3M 公司是静电过滤器市场的领头羊, 正积极销售其产品。3M 公司的静电过滤器采用波纹结构, 介质装填较松散, 因而气流阻力较小。3M 公司称他们过滤器的装填密度是最适宜的, 而且具有很长的寿命。波纹结构还会提高过滤效率, 且能够比平板过滤器捕集更多的粒子。<br />在中国, 住宅绝大多数没有空气过滤系统, 但中国的住宅数量巨大, 且每年以数百万套的速度递增。随着居室内空气质量的日益恶劣和人们环境意识的不断加强, 空气过滤系统在住宅的应用是有前途的, 存在着潜在的巨大市场。<br />2.2　办公楼应用<br />　　要求改善办公室空气质量的推动力是先进的办公设备的广泛应用。计算机终端是产生臭氧和挥发性有机化合物的来源。喷墨打印机是碳氢化合物和臭氧的来源。干法照相复制机产生碳氢化合物、可吸入悬浮粒子和臭氧; 传真机产生臭氧和挥发性有机化合物; 激光打印机产生碳氢化合物、臭氧和可吸入粒子; 等等。这些产物已经严重地污染了室内环境, 并给人身和办公设备造成了一定的危害。<br />　　据估计, 在美国的办公楼和公共建筑中有30% 存在室内空气污染问题, 尤其公共建筑如机场、车站等所面临的挑战远大于办公楼。芝加哥D&lsquo;Hare 机场大厅空气流量为每分钟约5166 万m 3, 为改善空气质量, 该处共装有1100 个预滤器, 1100 个终滤器和2200 个炭滤器(其中的炭每10&mdash;12 个月需更换一次)。<br />预计2000 年办公室、商业及公共建筑对空气过滤器的需求在全球将达到五亿美元。<br />2.3　室内空气净化器<br />　　随着建筑标准的日益严格, 消费者对室内空气质量越来越重视。尤其是患有过敏症、哮喘病或呼吸道疾病的人, 因为空气污染影响了他们的正常生活。人们在室内度过90% 的时间, 而室内空气污染水平可能是室外的2&mdash;5 倍。室内几乎所有空间都含有花粉、霉菌、孢子、动物毛发、烟雾、细菌、病毒和包括石棉在内的有害纤维及灰尘。恶劣的空气质量使得哮喘和过敏症更加严重。用空气净化器除去室内空气污染物是一种有效的方法。<br />　　在便携式室内空气净化器市场上有多种产品。发展最快的是使用高效过滤介质的静电空气过滤器如3M 公司的F ilt rete, 和更高效的微细玻璃纤维HEPA过滤器, 它们占据了市场的大部分。在美国空气净化器市场以每年10% 以上的速度递增。日本是继美国之后的第二大市场。在中国, 空气净化器的需求也在增加,随着空气质量的不断恶化和家庭办公的出现, 空气净化器将有一个巨大的潜在市场。<br />2.4　生产工厂<br />　　不同工厂对空气质量的要求差别很大。装有排烟罩和污染控制设备的工厂需要补充大量的空气, 如果这些工厂所在地区环境空气受到污染, 那么在将补充的空气分布到工作场所之前必须先进行过滤。在半导体生产和制药工业中, 对空气的洁净度要求较高。典型的工作环境中, 每立方英尺空气中含有500000 个粒子, 而半导体生产的最新要求是每立方英尺空气中只有1 个粒子。因此, 工作间需要用经过HEPA 过滤器过滤的洁净空气不断地循环清洗。为保持HEPA 过滤器的洁净和寿命, 还需要几段效率较低的预滤器联合使用。<br />工业用洁净室要求连续有效地去除粒径更小的粒子。HEPA 过滤器一度是效率最高的过滤器, 现在UL PA 过滤器则是效率最高的过滤器, 以后更高效率的新一代过滤器也将得以开发应用。微细玻璃纤维过滤介质是过滤器介质的主要选择, 但膜和静电增强介质已向该领域渗透, 并获得部分应用。<br />　　对于工厂排放的废气, 要求最严格的是毒性。某些重金属如汞、砷、铬、铍等毒性很大, 其排放限制非常严格。在空气毒性方面, 美国和德国已经通过了新的更严格的立法。执行新的立法后, 空气毒性的限制由原来的20 m g/m 3 (标准) 降低到010004 m g/m 3 (标准)。为达到这一目标, 工厂需要更先进的过滤器以除去亚微粒子。一些德国公司使用传统的折叠式微细玻璃纤维HEPA 过滤器用于过滤系统, 同脉冲空气洁净机理相互配合, 并使过滤介质的波纹更密。一家美国公司则通过设计管式微细玻璃纤维HEPA 过滤器又向前进了一步。<br />2.5　医院<br />　　卫生行业是一个很庞大而特殊的行业, 它对空气的洁净度要求也很高。通常, 对医院空气的最低要求用效率为30% 的预滤器和效率为90% 的终滤器结合使用进行过滤。一般情况下不需要HEPA 过滤器过滤, 但在特殊情况下如隔离室、特定的测试和护理区域则需要HEPA 过滤器过滤。<br />　　医院的许多HVAC 系统使用100% 的室外空气,这对于防止病人通过HVAC 系统中的悬浮微生物进行交叉感染是很好的策略。但100% 使用室外空气并不能消除微生物在空气过滤介质中的生长及其对护理环境产生的不良影响。因此, 现在许多医院仍极需先进的HVAC 系统。<br />　　卫生系统的洁净室最先用于手术室。开始它只是在矫形手术中获得广泛应用, 因为矫形手术时间较长,易于引起感染。控制水平较理想的是使用手术台附近的空气洁净度达到100 级。一般建议使用顶部HEPA过滤系统, 它能覆盖至少3 m &times;3 m 的面积, 从而将手术台和人包括在内。<br />　　洁净室获得应用的其它领域有分娩室、保育室、烧伤室、心脏病人护理单元等。最新进展之一是牙外科手术洁净室的应用, 它降低了在长期手术过程中医务人员被感染的危险。<br />2.6　食品加工<br />　　食品工业对于空气过滤设备来说, 正在成为一个不断扩大的市场。为保持食品的新鲜口味, 用消毒来消除污染的方法已逐渐不被使用。这使得消除与产品相关的空气污染更加重要。国家规定、保险意识和公众关注正促使肉加工者、奶制品生产者及其它食品生产者更新他们的空气过滤系统。<br />　　在欧洲, 酸奶的罐装是在洁净室条件下进行的, 其结果是在不用添加价格昂贵的化学保鲜剂, 产品可以保存较长的时间。<br />　　啤酒厂发现为保护它们的生啤酒, 必须控制灌装车间周围环境的空气污染。在洁净室进行灌装是最佳选择。这类工厂需要100000 级的洁净室, 可以采用顶部通风系统, 用HEPA 过滤器过滤。<br />　　在法国北部的亚眠市, Su lzer 先生为其厨房设计了洁净室。Su lzer 的厨房洁净室级别为100 级, 并配有必要的加热和冷冻设施。按照美国联邦标准209 D 规定, 食品应在洁净度100 级、室温12℃的条件下进行分装。这样可以保证无菌操作, 其好处是提高质量、增加营养、改善口味、延长贮存期。<br />3　市场趋势<br />　　展望未来的空气过滤器市场, 我们可以发现:<br />(1) 在当前的空气过滤器市场中, 以微细玻璃纤维作为过滤介质的过滤器仍占主导地位, 但膜生产商也正向空气过滤领域发展, 提供高效的膜滤器, 并改善膜在低气流阻力下过滤的性能。它们认为, 在高效空气过滤和集尘应用中, 膜滤器不久将取代微细玻璃纤维过滤器。<br />(2) 耐高温过滤器的发展将会加快。金属纤维和陶瓷纤维过滤器已获得应用。玻璃纤维复合无机膜可以增强纤维的机械性能, 赋予滤袋较强的耐高温性能, 使之在高达480℃的温度下使用。热电工程、煤气化系统和垃圾焚烧系统将为耐高温过滤器提供了一个巨大的市场。<br />(3) 空气过滤器市场发展的趋势是全球化。发展中国家购买增长率将比发达国家快。刺激今后几年过滤器市场快速发展的因素包括: ①发展中国家大量新工厂的建设; ②欧洲和日本等发达国家的经济复苏; ③世界范围内对环境保护的更严格要求。这种需要、繁荣和环境意识的结合必然会激起过滤器市场的迅速发展。 <br />]]>

<p><font size="2">一、按用途分类<br />按用途可分为两大类：<br />（1）工业洁净室--以无生命的微粒作为控制对象。主要控制无生命微粒对工作对象的污染，内部一般保持正压。它适用于精密工业、电子工业、宇航工业、原子能工业、印刷工业、照相工业等部门。<br />（2）生物洁净室--以有生命的微粒为控制对象，又可分为：<br />①一般生物洁净室。主要控制有生命微粒对工作对象的污染。同时内部材料要经受各种灭菌剂侵蚀，内部一般保持正压。可用于制药工业、食品工业、医疗设施、实验设施等。<br />②生物安全洁净室。主要控制工作对象的有生命微粒对外界和人的污染，内部需保持负压。用于实验设施、生物工程、医疗设施等。</font> </p>
<p><br /><font size="2">二、按气流分类<br />按气流可分为四类：<br />⑴单向流洁净室<br />⑵非单向流洁净室（乱流洁净室）<br />⑶矢角流洁净室<br />⑷混合流洁净室（局部单向流洁净室） </font></p>
<div><font size="2">三、单向流洁净室的原理和特性<br />⑴定义<br />单向流洁净室是：气流以均匀的截面速度，沿着平行流线以单一方向在整个室截面上通过的洁净室。<br />⑵原理<br />单向流洁净室靠送风气流&ldquo;活塞&rdquo;般的挤压作用，迅速把室内污染排出。</font></div>

<p>洁净室就是洁净室。但现在给洁净室赋予了特殊的含义，</p>
<p>国际标准化组织（ISO）的14644-1标准对洁净室是这样说明的：该洁净室的悬浮粒子浓度受控，其建造和使用方式是使进入、产生、滞留于室内的粒子最少；室内其他参数，比如温度、湿度、气压、按需要受控。</p>
<p>该定义的前半部分基本上说明什么是洁净，这是一个使粒子的进入、产生、滞留最少化的房间。要实现这一点，首先，要对极大量的送风经高效过滤器过滤。</p>
<p>这种送风的目的在于：（1）稀释并清除室内人员和设备散发出的粒子和细菌；（2）向房间加压，确保脏空气不会流入洁净室。其次，洁净室的建筑材料不产生粒子且便于清洁。最后，洁净室人员使用服装罩住身体，使他们散发的粒子和微生物最少。这些措施及其他使用洁净室引入、产生、滞留的污染降至最少的类拟措施。</p>
<p>洁净室还可以控制温度、湿度、声音、照明、振动。但这些特性并非洁净室所专有。 </p>]]>

<p>为证明洁净室工作得令人满意,必须证明其满足了下述准则的要求：<br /><br />1.洁净室的送风量充足，足以稀释或消除室内产生的污染。<br /><br />2.洁净室内的空气是从洁净区向洁净程度差的区域流动，受污染空气的流动达到最低程度，空气在门口处和室内建筑中的流动方向正确。<br /><br />3.洁净室的送风不会显著增加室内的污染。<br /><br />4.室内空气的运动状态可保证密室内没有高浓度聚集区域。<br /><br />如果洁净室达到了上述这些准则的要求，就可以测量其粒子浓度或微生物浓度（必要时），以确定其达到了规定的洁净室标准。<br /><br />洁净室的测试：<br /><br />1．送风量与排风量：如果是紊流洁净室，那么就要测量其送风量与排风量。若为单向流洁净室，则要测量其风速。<br /><br />2．各区之间的气流控制：为证明各区之间气流运动方向正确，也就是从洁净区向洁净度差的区域流动，必须检测：（1）各区间的压差正确；（2）门口处或墙、地板等处的开口处气流运动方向正确，即从洁净区向洁净程度差的区域流动。<br /><br />3．过滤器检漏：对高效过滤器及其外框要进行检验，以保证悬浮污染物不会穿过：（1）损坏了的过滤器；（2）过滤器与其外框间的缝隙；（3）过滤器装置的其他部位而侵入室内。<br /><br />4．隔离检漏：这项测试是为了证明悬浮污染物不穿过建筑材料侵入洁净室。<br /><br />5．室内气流控制：气流控制测试的类型要依洁净室的气流模式&mdash;&mdash;是紊流还是单向流而定。若洁净室气流为紊流，则必须验明室内没有气流运行不足的区域。若是单向流洁净室，则必须验明整个室内的风速和风向是符合设计要求的。<br /><br />6．悬浮粒子浓度和微生物浓度：如果上述这些测试满足要求，则最后对粒子浓度和微生物浓度（需要时）进行测量，以便验明其符合洁净室设计的技术条件。<br /><br />7．其他测试：除了上述这些污染控制方面的测试以外,有时还必须进行下述一项或若干项测试</p>]]>

<title>HEPA／ULPA过滤器性能测试方法评述</title>

<![CDATA[HEPA／ULPA过滤器的性能是与其测试方法<br />相关联的，随测试方法的不同而有不同表示。现<br />把我国及国际上有代表性的规定或标准简介如下：<br />1．1美国有关规定(IEST．RP&mdash;CC一001)<br />(1)它对HEPA／ULPA过滤器按性能分类及<br />其测试方法要求简要综合见表1。<br />哀I 性能类型及测试方法要求(皿 r_ltI，一CC0o1)<br />(2)HEPA／UU，A过滤器透过率测试方法按<br />Mil&mdash;std一282标准(美国军标)，检测仪器采用光度<br />计，测试尘源需采用单分散(冷发)DOP，粒径为<br />0．3p,m，此方法传统称DOP法，对B、E类过滤器规定<br />以额定风量及20％额定风量进行测试。<br />(3)ULPA过滤器采用IEST-RP-CC007的方法<br />进行效率测试，检测仪器为粒子计数器，在效率测<br />试前先需测定过滤介质的最易透过粒径(MPPS，<br />Most Penetrating Particle Size)，对ULPA过滤器一<br />般在0．1&mdash;0．2 m范围内；<br />(4)HEPA／ULPA过滤器的检漏按IEsT&mdash;RP&mdash;<br />CC034规定，综合有关要求&middot; 55&middot;<br />表2 检漏要求<br />注：标准泄漏透过率，指取样量为28．3L／rain时下风侧浓度与上风侧浓度之比，超过此值即为漏。<br />1&middot;2欧洲有关规定(EN1822) 行<br />， 把过去欧洲各国混乱的各类及其测试方法都<br />(1)ENl822标准于1998年颁布，现在欧洲执 统一于此<br />。有关类型及其性能要求见表3。<br />表3 类型及其性能要求(EN1822)<br />注：HEPA 过滤为H13，H14，UI5~U17为ULPA过滤器<br />(2)此测试系统的检测仪器为粒子计数器，<br />尘源气溶胶亦是开放的，测试前先测定过滤介质的<br />MPPS，皆与美国IEsT&mdash;RP&mdash;CC007的方法类同。不<br />同的是测试采用扫描，即过滤器上风侧用可移动的<br />喷管供给测试用气溶胶，在下风侧用可移动的探头<br />进行扫苗采样，以每一扫描测试到的浓度与上风侧<br />测得浓度的对比，便可得|出局部透过率，然后统计<br />整理，得出(综合)透过率及(综合)效率。<br />(3)其检漏测试，在扫描测试局部透过率便<br />已解决，只要被测过滤器的局部透过率不超过规<br />定的局部值便为合格。<br />1．3 我国现行规定高效空气过滤器分类及测<br />试要求<br />我国标准(GB13554-92)规定高效过滤器的性<br />能分类及测试要求综合见表4。<br />表4 性能类型及测试方法要求(GB13554-92)<br />(1)效率测试：<br />B、C类过滤器都各以额定风量及20％额定风 3．5&times;l0&rsquo;PC／m3的大气尘或其他气溶胶，并以额定<br />量测试。D类属ULPA&quot;~滤器，用粒子计数器进行 风量及2 额定风量进行测试；但尚未有测试方法<br />测试，粒径为0．1 Il ITI，尘源用原始浓度为3．5xl&amp;~ 的具体标准及规定。<br />&middot; 56 &middot;<br />(2)检漏<br />C类过滤器，尘源采用多分散DOP，其上风侧<br />浓渡应达100 it g／L以上，下风侧浓度达到上风侧<br />的1O一时即为漏；D类过滤器，检漏仪器及尘源同<br />效率测试，任一点的透过率超过额定风量下的透<br />过率即为漏；采样流率&gt;lL／min时，扫描速度应&lt;<br />5cm／s，采样流率&le;1Lmin时，扫描速度应&lt;2cm／<br />s。但都尚无其他具体标准及规定。<br />2 问题及讨论<br />对当前有代表性的HEPA／ULPA过滤器性能<br />测试方法进行对比分析，提出以下几个值得注意<br />及讨论的问题：<br />2．1 这类过滤器性能的反映随其测试方法而<br />异，各方法间难以定量对比<br />这主要由于：测试仪器及相适应的尘源气溶<br />胶的不同以及相应会引起误差的有关参数控制措<br />施考虑的不同所引起，如：<br />(1)检测仪器。现行的基本为分为两类，一<br />是粒子计数器，它的测试值反映的是气流中粒子<br />个数的浓度(PC／L)并规定粒径范围，其灵敏度<br />较高，对所有尘源气溶胶选择余地较大；二是光<br />度计，它反映的是粒子质量浓度(mg／L)，因此<br />作效率测试时，只能用按要求粒径的单分散气溶<br />胶，两种仪器测试结果难以定量对比。即使同一<br />类粒子计算数器：采用单分散DOP或多分散DOP<br />时虽都以同一粒径进行检测，其结果亦不一样，<br />单分散DOP的透过率大， (这是因为单分散DOP<br />的粒径分布范围很窄，在规定粒径下的浓度很<br />高)，其间至今尚无换算关系可循。<br />(2)测量本身的要求随不同测试方法而异，<br />其对会引起测试误差的参数的控制，诸如尘源气<br />溶胶在测试过程中的稳定性及均匀性、风量及风<br />速的稳定性及均匀性(这一点对扫描测试更为重<br />要)、扫描速度的控制、气溶胶可能带电的中和、<br />上下侧试管路的相差系数以及温湿度等的纠正等，<br />都往往是不一样的，都会引起测试结果的不同。<br />在安装现场再测试过滤器效率，不可能有生<br />产厂的测试条件，其结果便很说明问题，所以主<br />要是要求制造厂保证性能。<br />2．2 粒子计数器比光度计灵敏度高<br />对UL-PA过滤器的性能测试，后者已不适应<br />要求，已不能采用。钠盐法的检测仪器，亦是一<br />种光度计(火焰光度计)， 钠盐粒径范围为<br />0．02itm～2it rn，其质量平均粒径约为0．5itm～<br />0．6it rn，钠离子对半导体工业的产品生产有害，<br />因此已不适应当前对HEPA过滤器性能的测试要<br />求，国外都已淘汰。<br />另外粒子计数器较之光度计在尘源气溶胶的<br />选择余地亦大，因此它作为HEPA过滤器的性能测<br />试亦终是趋势。<br />2．3 测试用尘源气溶胶<br />人工气溶胶DOP已有近40年历史，一段时间<br />以来， 因被怀疑对人有致癌作用，现常以DOS<br />(Dioctylsebaeate癸二酸二辛脂)亦称DEHS[di<br />(2-ethylexy1) sebacate] 及PAO (polya卜<br />phaolefin聚Q烯烃)等代替，但这些物质都被认<br />为对半导体及磁盘驱动器等产品有害，现国外常<br />多以SPL(聚苯乙烯乳胶球)替代，用于粒子计数<br />器为检测仪器的测方法中。<br />大气尘由于其浓度随地点及时间等变化，有<br />时较大，且其浓度亦底，因此国外不认可作为<br />HEPA及ULPA过滤器的性能测试之用，因为测试<br />结果的准确性不足。<br />2．4 EN一1 822的MPl，S法<br />其特点是， (综合)效率由扫描测试局部效<br />率后得出， 同时解决了检漏问题，但系统及操作<br />较复杂。<br />EN一1822的MPPS法，对HEPA／UU&rsquo;A过滤器<br />都先测定过滤介质的MPPS，美国对ULPA过滤器<br />效率的测定亦是先测定过滤介质的MPPS。过滤器<br />的MPPS除介质结构(纤维直径及其分布)外，亦<br />与滤速及尘源气溶胶组成有关，对HEPA／Um<br />过滤器一般都在0．1&quot;43．3ll m间，对单一的确定<br />MPPS亦有认为不必要，对工程应用中实际意义不<br />大，因此在商业上，HEPA过滤器现多用0．3 ll m粒<br />径测试，对ULPA过滤器现常用0．12 ll m。<br />2．5 过滤器透过率测试<br />美国在HEPA过滤器的性能测试中，规规定对B、<br />E类过滤器用两种流量(额定流量及2O％额定流<br />量)进行透过率测试，实际上主要是为了检漏。<br />因为20％额定流量时，若有针孔存在则通过针孔漏<br />&middot; 57 &middot;<br /><br />至下侧的气溶胶泄漏率约为额定时的25倍，所以，<br />对额定风量时未检到的泄漏，易在20~,6额定流量时<br />被发现。美国对规定以分光光度计或粒子计数器<br />扫描检漏的过滤器，一般都不进行20~,6额定风量的<br />透过率测试。我国目前对C类过滤器(已规定用光<br />度计扫描检漏)及D类(HEPA过滤器，用粒子计<br />数器扫描检漏)，还要求用两种流量进行透过率测<br />试，似无必要。<br />2．6 HEPA Um 过滤器检漏，需要注意以<br />下问题<br />(1)一般宜用与测试效率的同一类仪器检漏，<br />因为规定的允许泄漏透过率，不同的仪器无规定<br />的对比关系可循，需用户与制造厂双方商定。<br />(2)检漏时规定的允许泄漏透过率应比效率<br />测试时规定的透过率为宽，因为扫描检漏时某一<br />点穿透率(即局部透过率)，其测量误差往往较<br />大；EN-1822规定超过局部透过率便为漏，一般<br />约为(综合)透过率的5倍，对UI7过滤器为1O倍；<br />美国对ULPA过滤器亦规定为达到透过率的5倍为<br />漏。对现场检漏，则比制造厂检漏要求要放宽些，<br />因为现场检测系统及操作都不如制造厂，误差亦<br />会大，EN-1822对现场检漏认为超过局部穿透率<br />时，泄漏可能性大，达到1O倍时为漏。美国规定<br />(上接第54页)<br />(4)冷却塔：降低冷却塔风机的转速，可以有效<br />地降低冷却塔的噪声，优化冷却塔水流分配及为冷<br />却塔加装适当的隔声板也可以降低噪声的产生。<br />(5)空分装置及空压机；采用具有隔声罩的空压<br />机，并在空分及压缩空气排气管道上加设消声器，<br />降低排气噪声。<br />(6)柴油发电机：为柴油发电机装设隔声罩，并<br />在吸排气管道上装设消间器；或对柴油机房采取必<br />要的降噪、隔声措施等。<br />(7)泵：在泵体基础上加装减振基座，泵的进出<br />口管道上均设置泵用软管接头，减少泵运行时对建<br />筑及管道的影响。<br />(8)建筑噪声：对于噪声较严重的空调机房、冷<br />&middot; 58 &middot;<br />对要求高的ULPA过滤器，现场检漏亦为1O倍。<br />美国对HEPA过滤器的检漏，虽然允许标准泄<br />漏透过率与透过率相同，但由于效率测试及检漏<br />都是用光度计，前者的尘源气溶胶为0．3 Il 11&rsquo;1单分<br />散DOP；后者多分散DOP，其粒子平均粒径约为<br />O．7 Il m，这就存在着差别，后者的要求宽于前者。<br />我国对过滤器的检漏规定超过透过率即为漏，<br />由于对过滤器检漏，尚未有具体的标准，如对各<br />种影响结果的其他参数作控制等，因此，亦难与<br />国外的泄漏透过率作对比，但若按检漏系统及操<br />作控制合乎精度的话，则规定的泄漏透过率就严<br />了。<br />]]>
