<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;做的工作不如我多，重要性也不如我，凭什么工资和奖金要比我的高？&rdquo;在面对有欠公平的薪酬体系时，很多员工有这样的想法。这也是造成员工敬业度低的最重要原因。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 对于造成薪酬体系不公平的原因，在一些中小企业，尤其是私营企业，老板喜欢以用人为亲的管理模式进行管理，从而导致了薪酬的不一致，使得一些有能力的员工失去工作动力，丧失了敬业精神。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 在薪酬体系中，员工最关注的是基本工资。对基本工资满意的员工，其工作投入程度要高于那些对可变薪酬计划满意的员工。在设计薪酬体系时，企业要更多地注意公平设置基本工资。另外，薪酬可以保密，但是薪酬体系应该向员工说明清楚。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 公司的文化、战略导向，透过管理层表现为日常的工作内容，所传递给员工的信心和希望，是最能影响员工敬业度的因素。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 管理层的行为与员工的价值观不相符时，员工对管理层、对公司都缺乏认同感。这就类似于两个志趣不相投的人在一起生活，总是会发生一些磨擦和纠纷。在这样的环境下，员工不可能敬业。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 如果管理层在招聘时就选择价值观一致的员工，就可以避免这种情况的发生。管理者也可以多和员工进行沟通，将公司的任务、目标等清晰地传达给员工，获取他们的支持。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 职业发展机会</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 现在企业中的主力员工是70年代末80年代出生的一代人，他们的性格张扬，自我表现欲强，看重个人的发展。</p>
