劳动力数量的保证措施

For the labor force in this project, the most excellent teams will be selected from the labor service teams and subcontracted teams which have cooperated with our company for multi-years as the construction teams of this project. All these teams are in organizational system and have subcontracted qualification, completed construction of many like projects together with our company, and can construct continuously, ensuring free from the effects of farming and autumn harvesting. At the same time, a part of teams with high technical level and fine personnel quality, belonged to the key work types, will be selected as standby, and signed an agreement, ensuring to satisfy the needs of key work types in this project construction on the personnel number and technical level.

本工程劳动力将在与本公司配合多年的劳务队伍、分包队伍中选择最优秀的做为本工程的施工队伍。这些队伍都是成建制且有分包资质，与我公司共同完成过许多类似工程的施工，能够连续施工，保证不受农耕、秋收的影响。同时还将选出一部分重点工种技术水平高，人员素质好的队伍作为备用，并与之签订协议，保证满足本程施工的重点工种在人员数量上和技术水平上的需要。

Our company will sign a subcontract with the labor service subcontracted personnel legally, and fulfill our obligations according to the contract terms. The paid time and settlement method of subcontract engineering fund, and the requirements to the number, quality, and the times of enter and exit site of labor force are stipulated definitely in the contract.

我公司将同劳务分包人依法签订分包合同，并按照合同条款履行义务。合同中明确约定支付分包工程款时间、结算方式以及对劳动力数量、素质、进出场时间的要求。

The construction and subcontracted teams are selected jointly by the Technical Quality Department, Engineering Department, and Mechanic & Electric Department, and determined by the chief engineer. To carry out enter-site education, verification, and examination, etc. for all construction personnel before they enter the field. For the key controlled work types ensuring the engineering quality such as electric welder, elevator installation and maintenance man, measurement verification worker, measuring and paying-off worker, tester, painter, water proofing worker, timberman, bar setter, concrete worker, woodworker, electrician, brick layer, ventilation worker, piper, plasterer, electric welder, and material man, etc., the personnel must not flow randomly in the construction stage, and are carried out technical training and guidance regularly as well as take part in the regular quality meeting.

技术质量部、工程部、安保部、机电部联合选择施工队伍和分包队伍，由总工负责确定。对所有施工人员进场前进行入场教育、验证、考核等工作，对于保证工程质量的重点控制工种如：电气焊工、电梯安装维修工、计量检定工、测量放线工、试验工、油漆工、防水工、架子工、钢筋工、混凝土工、木工、电工、瓦工、通风工、管道工、抹灰工、电焊工、材料员等。在其施工阶段不得随意流动，并定期对重点工种人员进行技术培训和指导，参加质量例会。

For the key work types of selected labor teams and subcontracted teams, their post certificates are verified before they enter site, and the implemented technical level of key work types are examined jointly by the Technical Quality Department, Engineering Department, Security Department, and Mechanic & Electric Department. 

对选定的劳务队伍、分包队伍中的重点工种在进场前对其所持上岗证进行符合，并由技术质量部、工程部、安全部、机电部联合对重点工种实施技术水平的考核。
