为保证电泵正常运行应正确使用电泵

        井用潜水电泵主要有水浸和油浸两种,都是由水泵和电机两部分组成。为保证电泵的正常运行,必须按下述的使用方法进行。
  1.电泵在使用前,应用兆欧表检查电机绝缘电阻,
其最低值不能小于5MΩ。检查方法是将兆欧表上的一个接线柱接在电泵电缆线上,另一接线柱接在电机外壳上,摇动兆欧表,观察绝缘电阻值。
  2.检查电缆有无开裂、擦伤等现象,如有损坏应及时调换,以防漏电。
  3.水浸电机应打开灌水螺栓,灌满洁净的清水后拧紧螺栓,再潜入水中。油浸电机如发现漏油,应更换密封元件后再潜入水中。
  4.电泵潜入水中前,应向泵内灌满清水,空转1~2分钟,并启动2次,检查空转和启动是否正常。如果转向相反,将两相接线调换后即可。
  5.检查扬水管有无裂纹,连接是否牢固。
  6.电泵在潜入水中或吊起时,不得拉动电缆,以免电缆损坏或接头处断开。
  7.电源电压应控制在不大于或小于额定电压的5%范围内,如果电压过高或过低都会损坏电机。
  8.电泵潜入水中应垂直,不得斜放。
  9.电泵不得输送含沙量较多的水或泥浆。水浸电机应经常清理电机腔内的沙粒,更换电机腔内的清水。
  10.电泵实际扬程应在0.8~1.1倍额定扬程内。这样可提高电泵工作效率,节电,避免电机超负荷作业,延长使用寿命。
  11.电泵用后,应清洗干净,在金属表面涂油防锈,并竖直放在干燥处保管。水浸电机还应放净电机内的清水。

3. Flooding irrigation motor bolts should be open, filled with clean water after the bolt tightening, and then dive into the water. Oil motor oil is found to be the replacement of sealing components and then dive into the water.
4. Pump into the water before the pump should be filled with water, 1 to 2 minutes idling and restart 2 times, to check whether the normal idling and start-up. If turning the other hand, the two-phase wiring, ready for change.
5. Jan crack pipes to check whether or not to connect it firmly.
6. Pump into the water or in the lifting, there shall be no pulling cable, so as not to damage or disconnect joint.
7. Supply voltage should be controlled at not more than or less than 5% of rated voltage range, if the voltage too high or too low will damage motor.
8. Dive into the water pump should be vertical not diagonal.
9. Sediment transport may not pump more water or mud. Flooding electric motor cavity should be kept clean-up of sand, the replacement of electric water cavity.
10. The actual pump head should be rated 0.8 to 1.1 times in head. This will increase the pump efficiency, energy saving, to avoid electrical overload operation, to extend the service life.
11. After pump should be cleaned, oiled metal surface rust, and dry on the custody vertical. Flooding should also put a net electric motor with water.
