砂浆泵在岩土工程注浆技术中的应用

        砂浆泵在岩土工程注浆技术中适合于压力在6MPa以下的静压注浆,注浆作业可概括为四个种类:
  1、充填或裂隙注浆
  大洞穴、构造断裂带、隧道衬砌壁后注浆。岩土层面、节理和断层的防渗、固结注浆。
  2、渗透注浆
  在不破坏地层颗粒排列的条件下,浆液充填于颗粒间隙中,将颗粒胶结成整体。渗透注浆的必要条件是浆液的粒径远小于颗粒粒径。
  3、压密注浆
  压密注浆是注入极稠的浆液,形成球形或圆柱体浆泡,压密周围土体,使土体产生塑性变形,但不使土体产生劈裂破坏。
  4、劈裂注浆
  劈裂注浆是浆液在孔内随着注浆压力的增加,先压密周围土体当压力达到一定程度时,浆液流动使地层产生劈裂,形成脉状或条带状胶结体。主要用于土体加固、裂隙岩体防渗补强。
  设备安装配置
  注浆方法有纯压式注浆和循环式注浆两种。一般土体注浆吸浆量大,采用纯压式注浆;裂隙岩体吸浆量小,采用循环式注浆。
  根据注浆材料的不同,又可分为单液注浆和双液注浆。双液凝胶时间较长时,二者在罐内混合后用单泵注入,称为单枪注射。凝胶时间中等(2~5min),双液用双泵在孔口混合后注入,称为1.5枪注射;凝胶时间较短时,双液用双泵泵入在孔底混合后注入,称为双枪注射。    
  单液注浆及双液注浆中的单枪注射用一台砂浆泵(以下称单泵注浆),双液注浆中1.5枪注射和双枪注射则 需用两台砂浆泵(以下称双泵注浆)。实际施工时要根据不同的土体和注浆材料安装配置设备,有四种可能的注浆组合配置,即:单泵纯压式注浆、单泵循环式注浆、双泵纯压式注浆、双泵循环式注浆。
  注浆结束后,必须立即清洗设备,以免浆料在设备内凝结造成设备损坏。砂浆泵流量可通过-阀门调节,以满足浆液配比设计要求。
  水坝、矿山巷道、竖井、隧洞、江河海底隧道、地铁等地下工程开挖时采用注浆防渗帷幕;可控制涌水或防渗堵漏。坝体、坝基的防渗堵漏、基坑周边渗水和基底涌水涌沙都可采用注浆法处理。
