<p>近日在媒体的报道下，康师傅不得不承认部分矿物质水产品由自来水净化而成。现在来看&ldquo;部分&rdquo;显然是外交词语，国内已报出多处康师傅生产基地同样用城市自来水充瓶。</p>
<p>两年前当我第一次饮用康师傅矿物质水时就感觉口味不好，与家中自来水无异。当时念康师傅的品牌力，还不敢设想竟是来自自来水。从此不再喝康师傅了，而且每每看到学生们喝康师傅也告诫他们不要再喝了，因为我看到厂址为河北某地，而当地并无良好水源。现在看来我还是有远见的。</p>
<p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr></p>
<p><strong>混淆矿物质水</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr></p>
<p>矿物质水最早是可口可乐公司以&ldquo;天与地&rdquo;矿物质水的形式推出的，我是第一个在媒体上撰文报道此事的。记得那是2000年，是在中国经营报上写的名为《天与地把水价降至冰点》的文章，当时影响不错。文中对各种水的概念有明确的划分，其中矿物质水是由镁（Mg<sup>＋＋</sup>）、钾（K<sup>＋</sup>）、钠（Na<sup>＋</sup>）、硫酸根（SO<sub>4</sub><sup>--</sup>）、氯离子（CL<sup>&mdash;</sup>）等矿物质浓缩主剂，加上纯净水人工调配出的一种人造矿泉水，它与矿泉水的天然概念不同。主剂是由中外合资的天津津美饮料有限公司提供，这家公司同时还向国内各大饮料厂家提供这种矿物质浓缩液。</p>
<p>随着竞争力剧，水饮料也慢慢变味了。</p>
<p>而康师傅&ldquo;矿物质水&rdquo;直接选取城市自来水经水滤系统过滤灌装成瓶就不伦不类了，显然它不是纯净水，而且也没有再加入矿物质浓缩液的必要了，因为水滤系统只能除去水中杂质等，自来水中也有相当的矿物质。</p>
<p>所以康师傅用&ldquo;矿物质水&rdquo;显然是挂羊头卖狗肉了。</p>

<p><strong>水也出暴利</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr></p>
<p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr> 康师傅公关部相关负责人承认，&ldquo;大家都是这样做的，售价仅一两元一瓶不可能用矿泉水等天然水。&rdquo;没错，天然水与矿物质水不同，成本更相差很多。目前国内的优质水源非常有限，大部分都在深山老林里，因此把工厂建在优质水源地附近势必会使运输成本大幅上升，所以包括康师傅、统一在内，部分企业把工厂建在城市附近，将自来水过滤净化，然后加入人工矿粉。好嘛，水饮料业也有潜规则。</p>
<p>然而，公众不知情，市民对每天喝的矿物质水竟然取自于自来水表示吃惊。</p>
<p>更令人吃惊的是康师傅水的超暴利：4元1吨的自来水可以装1666瓶康师傅矿物质水，而我们之前为一瓶水要付出一元的高价。</p>
<p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr></p>
<p><strong>不再愚弄消费者</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr></p>
<p>积极有效的企业营销战略应该是以顾客价值为核心的战略，其中要为顾客提供更多更好的价值，这样才是长远的品牌营销之道，然而很多企业唯利是图的销售主义至上的销售原则难免做出伤风败俗的丑恶之举。他们从来没把消费者当成上帝，更没把消费者当人看，至少把广大消费者当作白痴。因为很少有人仔细看商品标签，更少有人去研究矿物质水与矿泉水的区别。</p>
<p>康师傅水事件是对康师傅品牌的极大伤害，是在为品牌减分。这也是用公关手段不能平息的，因为康师傅不可能用重金对遍布全国各地的灌装厂的水生产线进行大规模改良，去生产真正的矿物质水。</p>
<p>我们只能有两种选择：第一希望&ldquo;康师傅矿物质水&rdquo;改名为&ldquo;望康师自来水&rdquo;并标价1分钱一瓶（这也够暴利了）；第二自己往矿泉水瓶中灌入冷白开。</p>
