<title>莫做这样的HR</title>

<![CDATA[<p>记得几年前看过一个帖子&ldquo;下辈子不再做<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>&rdquo;，看帖的人超过两万，回复的人亦在百人之上，当然都是<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font>其实<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>只是一个职位，和销售、生产一样，有其存在的价值，而很多<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>将人力资源部门评价为&ldquo;花钱部门&rdquo;，这本身就是对<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>角色的误解。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>人是第一要素，没人，企业的一切目标实现、发展都是空谈。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>这些大道理，我想不止是<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>，企业老板也是再清楚不过的了。毕竟他自己也是个人啊。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>为什么老板清楚，<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>明了，<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>们仍然在企业中体现不了自己的职业价值呢？</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>那是因为，很多时候，我们没有认清自己的角色，扮演错了角色的<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>大有所在。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>第一，成为老板的传话筒</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>这种<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>在企业中以老板的思想为中心，老板说什么就是什么，指令、制度原原本本的传达下去即可。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>第二，成为老板的枪干子</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>这种<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>在企业中看似很重要，老板似乎什么事都跟你商量，听听你的主意，实质想法都是在老板的&ldquo;引导&rdquo;下出台。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>第三，成为老板的挡箭牌</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>几年前，听过一个老板对他的<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>说：&ldquo;我知道我们公司有很多地方不合法，如果我都合法了，我请你来干什么？&rdquo;。毫无疑问，因不合法而引起的纠纷，&ldquo;罪魁祸首&rdquo;就是专业的<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>了。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>第四，成为老板的晴雨表</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>老板一般都会将自己的用人喜好和员工看法告知给<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>，<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>就以不同的方式将同事分成三六九等，老板喜欢的人就奉承巴结，老板不喜欢的人就给脸色。</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>第五，成为老板的复印件</p>
<p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp; </font>有些<font face="Times New Roman">HR</font>成为&ldquo;老板文化&rdquo;的复制品，老板制造人文环境、文化氛围，无论是紧张或松散、严格或宽松，都一概追随，活脱一个&ldquo;老板二世&rdquo;。</p>

<title>管理一定要有＂爱＂</title>

<![CDATA[<p>随着竞争的加剧，企业一方面为了提升自身的竞争能力，一方面面对自身销售人员因为各种原因流失率据高不下的问题，对于销售人员的需求已经到了如饥似渴的地步。招聘对于每个企业来说都是家常便饭，也是企业的老板们最为关心的一件事。在茫茫人海中大浪淘砂，招聘到精明强干而又合适企业发展的销售精英，已经成了企业发展的计划里关键的一步棋子。那么，企业应该怎样去招聘？通过什么样的方式才能招聘到老板们需求的销售精英呢？ <br />　　<strong>一、 中介机构推荐 <br /></strong><br />　　为各个企业提供招聘等相关人力资源服务的中介机构，就是我们常说的猎头公司，作为一个国外衍生的新生物，猎头公司近年来广泛被国外的企业所沿用，也被部分大型国内企业所接受。国内早期发展起来的一些人力资源中介机构也逐渐向猎头公司转形，比如南方猎头的前身就是前南方人才市场。 <br /><br />　　<strong>优点： <br /></strong><br />　　猎头公司作为一种专业的人力资源中介机构，具有着广泛人才搜索网络，它会根据企业所需人才的职业和职位的不同，为企业推荐不同的人才。在推荐的同时，猎头公司会帮助企业对推荐的人才进行初步的资质审查，技术技能的评测。由猎头公司来推荐人才，具有着效率高，招聘有的放矢，节省人力的优点。在人员的从业素质、职业道德上也有一定的保证。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点： <br /></strong><br />　　通过猎头公司进行招聘的一个最大的缺点就是成本过高。中介成功后，猎头公司一般收取企业的中介费用一般为中介成功的人员年薪的30％－50％，职位较高或者希缺型的人才中介成功甚至会收企业中介成功的人员一年的年薪。利用猎头公司进行的招聘还有着企业本身缺乏人员储备的弊端。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员：</strong> <br /><br />　　企业中高层销售管理管理人员及部分要求较高的基层销售管理人员如：销售总监、大区销售经理、区域销售经理、地区销售经理、省级销售经理、城市销售经理、高级销售主管等。 <br /><br />　　<strong>二、 媒体公开招聘</strong> <br /><br />　　最常见的媒体公开招聘的方式就是报纸招聘，各大报纸周六、周日都会推出整版的招聘广告，所以在大城市里，从周一到周三，拿着报纸找工作的人也成了一道特别的风景。招聘广告的费用视报纸在当地的地位和发行量而有所不同，按照省会城市八开版面的主流报纸的四分之一版面来计算，费用大概在5000－15000元不等。其他的媒体公开招聘还包括电视、电台广告，不过这些方式用的都比较少。 <br /><br />　<strong>　优点：</strong> <br /><br />　　利用媒体公开招聘的方式进行的招聘，可以获得大量的人才信息，企业可选的余地较大。媒体公开招聘也会吸引到平均素质较高的人才前来。同时在媒体上公开人才招聘信息时，出色的表现形式也无疑为企业本身打了一次广告。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点：</strong> <br /><br />　　由于媒介费用日益提高，所以通过媒体的公开招聘费用相对较大。不管是招聘的形式是投递简历，还是应聘者本人前来面试，都会在短时间内给企业的招聘者们在短时间内带来很大的工作量，造成很大的工作压力。如果这个招聘是在企业本部进行，这种招聘形式还容易给现在的团队形成一定压力，造成团队情绪波动，带来一定的不稳定性。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员：</strong> <br /><br />　　中基层销售管理人员及部分要求较高的基层销售人员如：省级销售经理、城市销售经理、区域销售主管、高级销售代表、销售代表等。 <br /><br />　　<strong>三、 招聘会现场招聘 <br /></strong><br />　　现场招聘会是一个最现实最热烈的招聘方式，现在每逢周末举行的大型招聘会更是吸引着大批求职者趋之若骛。参加的方式也很简单，招聘的企业只需要将提供企业的相关证件，交纳各项费用，然后将自己招聘的要求提供给招聘会的主办方，就可以在招聘的时间里坐等求职者上门了，看着他们的简历，对他们本人现场进行审查和评测。 <br /><br />　　<strong>优点： <br /></strong><br />　　现场招聘会比较直观，可以见到应聘者本人，通过交流也可以了解应聘者本人的一些相关的信息，现场进行选拔。由于参加的招聘会的人员较多，可选择的余地也较大。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点： <br /></strong><br />　　现场招聘由于时间较短，不能当场对应聘者进行详细的审查和评测，还需要进行下一个面试或者笔试的环节。由于现场招聘者个人的因素（现场招聘人员往往是秘书或者助理），也容易造成对应聘人员的把握不准，造成真正优秀人员的流失。现场应聘人员一般以刚刚毕业的学生居多，从业经验缺乏，平均素质也不会太高。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员：</strong> <br /><br />　　基层销售管理人员及基层销售人员如：区域销售主管、高级销售代表、销售代表等。 </p>
<p><strong>四、 互联网人才库搜索</strong> <br /><br />　　互联网时代的到来，为信息的传播提供了一个全新的平台。很多大的网站和专业的人力资源网站上都提供免费的刊登个人求职信息的服务，这为大批的求职者提供了一个良机。而招聘的企业，只需要支付较低的费用，甚至不需要支付费用，就可以上网浏览成千上万求职者的信息。 <br /><br />　　<strong>优点：</strong> <br /><br />　　利用互联网人才库选拔人才，获得的信息量较大，可选择的面也很广，由于网络的发达，对求职者按照行业、职位、专业进行了有机的分类，所以招聘的企业也能对号入座，寻求自己需求的人才。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点：</strong> <br /><br />　　信息量大的同时也意味着招聘者的工作量大，招聘者想要从成千上万的求职者信息中搜索出合适的人选，需要大量的时间。每个求职者为了找到一份好工作，都想通过网上的简历尽量把自己包装得尽量完美一些，这样难免就有夸张得成分包含在其中，这就给招聘者全面认识应聘者造成了一定得困难，有时从网上简历上看各个方面都非常优秀得人，面试时说不定漏洞百出，造成招聘企业资源的浪费。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员： <br /></strong><br />　　中基层的销售管理人员及基层的销售人员：如省级销售经理、城市销售经理、区域销售主管、高级销售代表、销售代表等。 <br /><br />　　<strong>五、 社会公共部门的推荐</strong> <br /><br />　　这里的社会公共部门指的是象由政府主办的社会就业中心，各个大学或者专科学校的就业辅导中心。社会就业中心永远挤满了来找工作的人，政府为了解决就业问题非常欢迎企业去选择他们的人员。各个大学或者专科学校的就业辅导中心也非常乐意为他们的毕业生提供就业的机会，学校同样面临竞争，毕业生就业的机会高了，也会吸引更多的新生入学，所以他们更欢迎企业来选拔他们的人员。 <br /><br />　　<strong>优点：</strong> <br /><br />　　社会公共部门推荐的招聘成本较低，选择的余地较大，所招聘的人要么出于生活的压力，要么刚从学校毕业，冲劲十足，在就业压力较大的情况下，他们一般也比较珍惜任何工作机会，稳定性较高。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点： <br /></strong><br />　　由社会公共部门提供的人选存在从业能力的问题。由政府主办的社会就业中心推荐的人员，要么年龄较大，要么就是因为专业技能较差而失业，这部分人存在的问题是从业基本素质较差的问题。而从各个大学和专科学校的就业辅导中心招聘来的人员，都是刚刚毕业的学生，仅仅只有书本上的理论知识，要将理论转化为实践，也同样需要时间。招聘了这样的人员，需要付出大量的成本去进行培养和教育。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员：</strong> <br /><br />　　基层销售人员及辅助销售人员如：销售代表、经销商销售代表、理货员、驻店促销员员等。 <br /><br />　　<strong>六、 内部选拔 <br /></strong><br />　　内部选拔就是在招聘时将目光投向企业内部，在企业内部各个部门的员工中进行挑选，或者将同一个部门的员工提升到较高的职位，或者将不同部门的员工换到另外一个部门工作。 <br /><br />　　<strong>优点：</strong> <br /><br />　　内部选拔这种招聘形式，其优点在于成本较低，选拔出的人员对企业的产品和企业文化都已经驾轻就熟，不存在象&ldquo;空降兵&rdquo;存在融入问题，忠诚度较高，而且对企业内部人员的激励有很大的正面作用。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点：</strong> <br /><br />　　如同内部选拔的优点一样，内部选拔的缺点也同样明显。内部选拔虽然成本较低，但是同样存在着过程比较漫长的弊端，一个内部员工的提升或者更换部门，需要经过无数次的审查和讨论，经过谨慎的考核才能最终实现，这个过程是需要一定时间的。另外，内部选拔以后，获得提升的人员在提升以后，同样会给原来的岗位留下一个空缺，同样还得历经招聘的过程。还有一个不可忽视的问题，那就是如果在同一部门获得提升，和获得提升的人员原来同样级别的人员在产生期望的同时，也会存在心理的短暂失衡，不排除个别人员的过激行为。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员：</strong> <br /><br />　　中基层销售管理人员及基层销售人员如：省级销售经理、城市销售经理、区域销售主管、高级销售代表、销售代表等。 <br /><br />　　<strong>七、 推荐</strong> <br /><br />　　这里的推荐指的是经过企业内部的人员或者和企业存在联系的外部人员推荐的合适的人员。 <br /><br />　　<strong>优点：</strong> <br /><br />　　通过企业内部或者外部推荐这种方式的招聘形式是小规模招聘常见的一种形式，它的好处在于成本较低，节奏较快，推荐者一般比较熟悉招聘企业的产品和文化，所以在推荐人员时也会有的放矢，所推荐的人员基本具有同业的操作经验，所服务过的企业和招聘企业在文化方面也存在大同小异，经推荐招聘到的人员工作上手较快，由于和推荐人本身存在一定关系，融入团队的速度也会较快。 <br /><br />　　<strong>缺点： <br /></strong><br />　　通过内部人员或者外部人员推荐来招聘，可选则的面较小，由于是经过内部人员或者外部人员的推荐，所以招聘者在审查方面或多或少会有些松懈，造成所招聘人员素质参差不齐。这种招聘形式还存在另一个较大的弊端，在中国&ldquo;打虎还需亲兄弟，上阵还要父子兵&rdquo;这种特殊的文化下，内部人员推荐所招聘来的人员往往容易和推荐者形成&ldquo;小团队&rdquo;，而外部人员推荐所招聘来的人员也会因为千丝万缕的关系，给以后的管理工作造成困难。 <br /><br />　　<strong>适合招聘人员：</strong> <br /><br />　　中基层管理人员及基层销售人员如：省级销售经理、城市销售经理、区域销售主管、高级销售代表、销售代表等。 <br /><br />　　企业的老板们要意识到，招聘并不是一成不变的，招聘虽然有很多种途径，但是每一种途径都存在着一定的优缺点，每一种途径都适合招聘不同层次的销售人员。企业在招聘销售人员的时候，必须根据所招聘人员的不同，根据企业本身，参照各个招聘途径的优缺点来选择不同的招聘途径，一种或者多种组合使用，经过多方位考察和评测，才能招聘到合适的销售人员。<!--

<title>从依赖走向互赖</title>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">这句话不是我想到的，而是从看一本书中联想到的。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">的确，我们之所以不能很正确的看待身边发生的每一件事情。我们会区别开心或是不开心，可以接受或是不愿接受的。这些都源于我们没有认识到&ldquo;互赖&rdquo;的真正含义。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">我们从母亲分娩的&ldquo;痛并快乐&rdquo;中来到这个世界，从呀呀学语到满腹经纶，这期间我们都是在依赖着他人力量，从中学会成长。我们依赖我们的父母、依赖我们的老师、依赖我们的家庭、依赖我们的学校。到了我们到了&ldquo;被依赖&rdquo;的时候，我们准备好了吗？</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">我们从&ldquo;被依赖&rdquo;的责任中学会了独立，独自生活，独立工作。我们认为我们长大了，成长了，我们不需要依赖了，并且有被依赖的资本了，于是我们自满了，我们骄傲了，我们开始瞧不起比我们岗位级别低一些的人，比我们学识少一点的人，比我们收入低一些的人，在我们眼中自己变得无所不能了。</div>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">一个人要有被人依赖的责任，也要承认我们无时无刻也在依赖着别人。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">我们担任着企业中核心职位，是管理者，是技术尖子，但如果不依赖劳动在最平凡岗位上的清洁工，我们将没有干净舒适的办公环境，这样我们不会有出色的工作结果。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">我们为企业付出了劳动，企业没有我们就会产品生产不出来，商品卖不出去，但如果没有企业家的投资建厂，我们的才能和知识都无法得到展示，更谈不上提升职业水平了。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">我们长大成人了，认为自己可以被父母依靠了，可以回报父母了，可是他们会在我们被生活的重担压得喘不过气来的时候，给我们一句最亲热的、除了关切外不含任何杂质的安慰时，我们又能挺直腰身，永往直前。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">还有什么？你、我都可以在脑海里想想的。</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">我们要坚信，在我们被依赖的时候，我们也同样在依赖别人。因此，我们没有理由再埋怨付出得不到回报；我敬你一尺，你就得敬我一丈。</div>

<title>人力资源管理作用隐性化决定了人力资源管理价值地位-2</title>

<![CDATA[<p><font size="3">新组织架构推出了已经半年了，整个供应部的情况比当初想象中要好。物流没有太多的投诉，仓库也在月头的<font face="宋体">GMP</font>论证中得到市场领导的好评。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">供应助理上手也比较快，是个反映很快的女孩。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">但最大的改变，莫过于张某了。她买了个比较大一点的包包，目的是为了能放下一本书，无意中我看到了书名&mdash;&mdash;《经理人员如何提高技能》。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">半年中，我做了些什么？</font></p>
<p><font size="3">在新组织架构刚推出后的几天，我对她说：我相信你一定能把供应部做好的。做好每个岗位的作业指导书，对着上面一一要求就成了。没什么难的。你知道吗？有人说，这样安排不好，工作肯定会滞后的。咱们不能被人看扁了。一定要把部门搞好。你有任何的想法我都会支持你的，你有什么困难我会帮助你的。&hellip;&hellip;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">她一直低着头。不敢和我对视。我说话的过程中，她有时点头，有时不做声。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">她相信我会帮她，但她要表现出来，就算是她有进步，也不希望别人知道是我在帮她，而且她自己也不承认这一点。而且在工作上需要我帮助的同时，心底也会很恨我。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">知道这是为什么吗？</font></p>
<p><font size="3">事情也要追溯到半年前，我刚入职的那个月。当时，张总（也就是张某的姐妹）就交待我一个事情，就是让员工食堂的租赁合同继续下去。而房东要求要加房租，要从每个月<font face="宋体">1400元涨到1800</font>元。张总表示可以答应他的要求，因为房东之所以提价，是因为不想租给我们。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">结果，我一谈，从<font face="宋体">1800元谈到了1600</font>元成交，而且继续与我们签一年合同。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">事后，张总对张某说：你看别人一谈就把事情谈成了，你不承认不行。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">张总把这话也跟我讲了，说是要我多关照她一些。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">因此，在跟张某谈之前，我都想过会是怎样的结束。但我还是讲了上面的话，而且也是这样做的。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">张某其实也很认真的在设计和制作部门各岗位的作业指导书，每做完一个就传给我看，说实在的，根本不能用，但我仍然说：不错，就这样，慢慢做，一点一点的就会把整个都做好。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">接下来，我就一点一点的修改。一份一份的岗位作业指导书制作完了。我又教她怎么跟员工开会，开会怎么说，怎么做。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">她仍然是低着头。仍然照着做。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">（大家一定很奇怪，为什么我有时候明知道一些事的结果不一定是对自己有好处，但我还是选择做。为什么？因为，我的职业要求我这样做。）</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">半年过去了，她从一个开干部例会不敢发言，对任何事情都说：没意见、没建议的人，变成了一个在会上能发言，对事情也可以谈几句想法的人。与此同时，领导的&ldquo;气质&rdquo;却是成熟的最快的。</font></p>
<p><font face="宋体" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">老板已经不记得半年前对张某的担心，认为她可能无能力当好一个部门负责人，做好这一大堆的事了。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">因为张某不但工作能力提高了，部门也未有明显的工作失误，张某说事评事的能力也随之提高，而且表现出非常的效用。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">人事部没事做；设计个绩效考核不科学，做起来不好评、不公正；研发部的人经常晚到，迟到了还被说是外出办事了；生产部的卫生情况太差了，包装盒都没人收；研发总监对员工的考核有失公正，得优秀的员工都是自己的亲信，走得近的人；<font face="宋体">**</font>部的人都不知道做什么，人那么多&hellip;&hellip;</font></p>
<p><font size="3">这些都是她最热衷于向老板反映的事情，老板相信了。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">研发总监对我说，老板说他的考核结果怎么有失公正了，他作为领导还不至于要这样来做去迎合某个员工。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">因为张某也曾经把这样的话对我说了，所以我知道一定是她跟老板说的，但我没告诉他是张某说的。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">太多了，如果我一一的说明情况，只会让工作越发的难做，公司的氛围越发的难受。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">而且说明也不一定是最好的办法。</font></p>

<p><font size="3">人力资源管理工作的无奈在一次感受到淋漓尽致，血泪斑斑。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">记得我在与一个公司的老板说过这样一句话：人力资源的工作价值，都看老板怎样看待。比如人力资源部设计了绩效考核、培训、薪酬等体制，改变了人的工作行为，从而提高了个人或企业的销售业绩。公司老板一定会认为，员工的主观能动性加强了，用人部门的负责人领导有方。不会想到人力资源部的作用和价值的。(作者:陈果)</font></p>

<title>人力资源管理作用隐性化决定了人力资源管理价值地位1</title>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">生产总监管理生产部、设备部、仓库和采购（当时一人负责采购）；研发总监管理质检部、产品研发部、新产品事业部；营销总监管理培训部（会议营销培训）、销售部、客服部和物流（当时物流就一个人负责）；另外两个部门由老板直接管理，财务部和人力资源部。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">通过调查我获取以下信息：</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">1、采购部的张某是老板太太的亲姐妹，在公司已经有四五年时间了，从到公司来负责买菜做到公司所有物品的采购。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">2、张某的工作表面上是由生产总监负责，实际上所有原材料的定价，都是由张某直接向老板汇报、商量决定。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">3、物流的所有费用和承运商都由采购部张某核实后（说了算），物流员经常向营销总监投诉说工作不好开展。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">4、仓库分成品和半成品库，为了能及时提供货给营销部，有时则会在成口、半成品的检验上做动作。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">等等。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">由此，我连续两周加班加点进行了组织架构图的重组工作，为了使组织架构图能直观的反映沟通渠道、级差功能、职能差异等功能，确实下了不少功夫。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">最后做出的新的组织架构图：</font>&nbsp;</div>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">组织结构图中重大的改变是：</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><font size="3">将采购、仓库、物流合为供应部，负责整个企业的供应链的维持工作，由张某担任该部门的经理，这做的原因有以下几点：</font></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 40.5pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt"><span><font size="3">1、</font></span><font size="3">张某与老板的关系决定了张某的忠诚度及老板对其的放心程度，因此会省去很多不必要的沟通和减少工作阻碍。</font></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 40.5pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt"><span><font size="3">2、</font></span><font size="3">供应部在一个企业中的敏感性来自于岗位需要与大量的资金打交道，而张某的作用就是帮老板管好要支付的款项。</font></div>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">新的组织结构图能否推出，还需要做一系列的工作。在正式推出以前，我便找每个总监和部门负责人进行沟通，了解工作情况、工作阻碍和对现有组织架构的看法与改进建议，并在交流的过程中引导他们往新的新组织结构形式上想。特别对职业调动比较大的部门，如生产总监、营销总监、采购部等等沟通得更多。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">得到老板的初步认可后，进行了新组织结构图的推行工作。采用了培训讲解的形式，说明新组织结构图的各种功能及其运用。</font></div>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">新组织结构图推出后，并向全体员工进行了公布。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">在一次工作交流中，营销总监对我说：你都不了解公司的具体情况，就进行瞎改。（哦？之前都有沟通过的哦。）这些人&hellip;&hellip;，反正今年的任务要是没完成，到时候就说是你的组织结构图没设计好。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">我半开玩笑的说：你现在就想着把责任往别人身上推了。如果这些人能力不行，您可以指导、帮助他们嘛！</font></div>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">老板也在一次沟通中提出：你设计的组织结构图好是好，就是张某能把这三个部分管好吗？</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">我把要多配置一个助理的想法跟老板谈了，并说：我会帮助她提高的。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">老板说：如果实在不行，就聘一个有能力的供应部经理，她（张某）还是只做采购好了。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">我说：聘一个能力强的助理，然后我再帮助他们把相关的作业指导书和作业标准做出来，对照检查也不会太难的。</font></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.45pt"><font size="3">（其实，如果请一个有能力的供应经理，我倒是省心些。但供应是个敏感环节，也不是有能力就可以解决问题的。再者，张某与老板的关系，以后就算是有能力的供应经理也不见得好管，管得住。最后人同样不一定留得住。）</font></div>

<title>“团结”真是力量</title>

<p><font size="3"><font face="宋体">昨天，临到快下班的时候，接到总经理助理的电话，说是第二天卫生厅里要来人检查我公司</font><font face="宋体">GMP</font><font face="宋体">达标情况，要全体员工留下来加班，整理文件和办公室卫生。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">不到十分钟，又说是要开会研究一下，哪些部门留下来？留下来干什么？</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">我们部门是公司的人事部门，通知之类的事情肯定是拖不掉了。以最快速度、最及时通知到各部门负责人，可仍有人认为与自己无关，不予参加。</font></font><br /><font size="3"><font face="宋体">会上，生产副总把这些检查涉及到的方方面面，一共</font><font face="宋体">140</font><font face="宋体">项内容统统由头至尾说了一遍，花费了尽两个小时，讲完最后一个部门涉及到的内容已经是晚上快八点钟了。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">这次检查的重点是生产部门，而生产部的员工由于没有接到部门领导的通知，已经按时下班了，又派人一个一个的把员工通知回公司加班做卫生，迎接明天的检查。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">职能部门的人员留下来整理文件。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">大部分员工都加班到晚上九十点钟，而且被通知第二天早上提前上班。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">而我们知道要接受省级领导调查的事情是一、两个月以前。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">第二天，公司上上下下呈现出前所未有的团结，我带头打扫卫生，拖地、扫地、擦桌子，不到半小时，公司办公室的卫生基本上焕然一新。</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3"></font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">不知道这次检查能不能通过，但这次&ldquo;战役&rdquo;中我发现了：</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">第一，</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">为什么半天或几个小时做的事情，一、两个月时间都没能做好？</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">第二，</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">提前半小时上班，为什么以前老爱迟到的员工，都没迟到？</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">第三，</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">为什么在劳动中，有些人埋头苦干，有些人叫叫嚷嚷？</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">第四，</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">为什么有些人就可以看到别人忙前忙后，自己坐着，还能舒服？</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">第五，</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3">为什么有些人因为自己没有参加到&ldquo;战役&rdquo;中去，而质问别人没通知？</font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3"><br /><font face="宋体">&hellip;&hellip;</font></font></font><br /><font face="宋体"><font size="3"><br /><font face="宋体">突然想起一本书《问题背后的问题》，也许里面可以找到这些答案。（陈果）</font></font></font></p>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt">首先，也许有许多人都不理解，觉得为什么是&ldquo;一美元&rdquo;，干脆一块钱都不要，不是落得个更干净。我仅仅认为这一块钱更能反映出上述人员的&ldquo;职业化&rdquo;。职业的实质也是一种市场交换形式，而我们所拿的薪水就是这种交换实质的体现。只要拿了薪水，这种市场交换才是成立的，交换形式如果成立，双方的责任、义务关系就成立了。因此，&ldquo;一美元&rdquo;的年薪代表了他们仍有必要尽心尽力的把企业搞好，帮企业走出困境，是职责、是义务、是责任，而不是公义。</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 22.5pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt">再者，从上述持一美元年薪的人将创造的社会与企业的价值来看，我个人认为，在我们动不动就拿个人的价值与我们的职业价格作为绝对的配比指标的时代（不是吗？我们在招聘的时候与企业谈薪水、加工资，都是出于我们潜意识认为我们的职业价格与我们所创造的价值没达到我们理想的、合理的比例。），给我们以另一种思维，那就是我们&ldquo;价值&rdquo;与我们的&ldquo;价格&rdquo;之间的比例不是绝对的，而价值也远远不是&ldquo;价格&rdquo;可以体现的。</span></div>

<title>戴骁军，向你致敬！</title>

<![CDATA[<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">前不久，山西洪洞县霍宝干煤矿的&ldquo;封口费&rdquo;事件在各大网站与论坛被&ldquo;吵&rdquo;得沸沸扬扬。多家知名媒体都在追踪报道，而让这一丑恶事件浮出水面的是&ldquo;西部时报&rdquo;的工作人员戴骁军（最后有人证实了他的身份，也是个&ldquo;假记者&rdquo;），他因此成为社会各界的焦点。</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">听了他在&ldquo;锵锵三人行&rdquo;里的对话，几度让我鼻子酸酸，眼泪欲流。</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">&ldquo;当时，我想到可能有生命危险，但那时，我觉得生命已经不是最重要的，而那些胶卷才是第一生命。&rdquo;</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">问其最后被电话恐吓电话怕不怕时，他说：&ldquo;当我决定做这件事的时候，我已经想到会有危险，如果怕当时就不会做这事。&rdquo;</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">面对网上对他的负面言论，说他是因为封口费拿少了，才做这样的事以示报复。他说：&ldquo;如果是这样认为，还有别的记录也会认为自己拿少了，他们为什么不站出来？我认为我做了一个公民应该做的事。&rdquo;</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">戴骁军被称为&ldquo;英雄&rdquo;的行为，理所应当让他所任职的单位引以为豪才对，然而恰恰相反，单位却急着与之划清界限，称 &ldquo;戴骁军不是我报社的记者&rdquo;。</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">更有许多有心人开始调查戴骁军的记者身份，剧核实</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: windowtext">戴骁军没有新闻出版总署核发的记者证,被认定为货真价实的&ldquo;假记者&rdquo;。更可笑的是，相关报道认为：按照通知精神，将他排除在新闻界之外，那么戴骁军就是既无资格也无合法身份去采访报道，记者资格和合法的身份维护&ldquo;媒体良序的基本保证&rdquo;。</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: windowtext">真是让我啼笑皆非，一名&ldquo;真&rdquo;记者，如果报道的都是&ldquo;假&rdquo;新闻、&ldquo;伪&rdquo;新闻，他也是假的，因为里子是假的。一名&ldquo;假&rdquo;记者，如果敢冲破所有的规条界律、敢违某些&ldquo;潜规则&rdquo;去报道真事件，那才是真得不能再真的&ldquo;记者&rdquo;。</span></div>

<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: windowtext">我们来看看&ldquo;记者&rdquo;的职业定义：</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LETTER-SPACING: 0.25pt">媒体从事信息采集和新闻报导工作的人通常称为记者（Journalist或Reporter）；记者属于职业的一种。</span></div>
<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 25pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LETTER-SPACING: 0.25pt">记者的工作内容：代替广大的民众前往事情发生的现场，或是接触新闻事件的当事人，并将事情的真相及其代表的意义，透过报导呈现于大众媒体之上，协助媒体达成守望、教育、讨论、娱乐等功能。</span></div>
