<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 26pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 楷体_GB2312">桥八队由于种种原因，其承担的流水河大桥施工进度一直滞后。在大桥项目部成立时，该队基本上已处于停工状态，通过调查，其所剩人员不足<span lang="EN-US">20</span>人，组织涣散，管理混乱，财务状况严重恶化，既无资金又无人力更无设备投入工程施工。针对这一情况，经项目部研究决定对该队予以清退处理。同时清退的还有负责益家河混凝土施工任务的综合队，该队是典型的&ldquo;无资质、无实力、无资金&rdquo;三无施工队。却承担着益家河大桥包括上部悬浇在内的全部混凝土施工任务。为了保证工程顺利开展，对该队一并予以了清退。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
