<p><font face="宋体">1;树脂灌注法；<br />2.&nbsp;表面封闭法；<br />3.&nbsp;钻孔嵌塞法；<br />4.&nbsp;柔性封闭法；<br />5.&nbsp;表面附加钢筋法；<br />6.&nbsp;灌浆法；<br />7.&nbsp;干嵌填法；<br />8.&nbsp;钉合法；<br />9.&nbsp;聚合物浸入法（重力渗入和真空渗入）；<br />10.&nbsp;迭合面层和表面处理法等等。<br /><br />l&nbsp;修补方法的选择一般要考虑的因素：<br /><br />1.&nbsp;判断裂缝是活动的还是静止的？<br />2.&nbsp;修补的主要目的是什么？是减少过多的渗漏、使裂缝处完全水？<br />是否需要加固处理？<br />3.&nbsp;裂缝产生的主要原因是什么？<br />4.&nbsp;裂缝未来的变化（数值和方向）如何？<br /><br />l&nbsp;常见的混凝土裂缝修补原理的基本要点：<br /><br />1.&nbsp;树脂灌注法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;环氧树脂是最常见的裂缝灌注材料。它具有较高的机械强度，并能抵抗混凝土所遇到的大多数化学侵蚀，树脂可以灌入到0.05㎜的裂缝。除某些特殊的环氧树脂之外，当裂缝是活动的、有渗漏的、不能干透的或者裂缝数量极多时，通常不易采用树脂灌注法。北京冶建工程裂缝处理中心开发的具有国际领先水平的工程师TM自动低压灌浆技术是树脂灌注法的最佳工法之一。<br /><br />2.&nbsp;聚合物浸入法<br />2.1重力渗入法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;低粘度的液态树脂可用来密封路面、桥面的不小于0.1㎜的裂缝。将树脂涂刷到表面上，或者在水平表面上沿裂缝构筑临时的围堤，使树脂溢于裂缝表面。<br />2.2&nbsp;真空渗入法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;更适合封闭多重无规则表面裂缝。先将裂缝表面密封，抽去真空，使裂缝中和孔隙中的空气全部排除。再在大气压力下用纯环氧树脂浆料注入裂缝表面中。<br /><br />3.&nbsp;钉合法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;当必须恢复主裂缝断面的抗拉强度时，使用钉合法比较适宜。特别比较适宜在不会损坏周围结构的场合下用来锁闭活动裂缝。用相对薄而长的金属&ldquo;缝合U型钉&rdquo;跨过裂缝嵌入事先开好的槽沟中，用无收缩砂浆或者环氧树脂基粘合剂来固定。<br /><br />4.&nbsp;表面封闭法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;这是最简单和最普通的裂缝修补方法。用于修补对结构影响不大的静止裂缝，通过密封裂缝来防止水汽、化学物质和二氧化碳的侵入。<br /><br />5.&nbsp;灌浆法<br />5.1普通水泥灌浆&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;大体积水坝、厚混凝土墙、或者水工结构的岩石基础上的裂缝，有时通过注入硅酸盐水泥砂浆来密闭。<br />5.2聚合物灌注&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;基于氨基甲酸乙酯或者丙烯酰胺聚合物的灌浆料，和水反应后形成固态沉淀物或泡沫材料，起到封闭裂缝的作用。可在潮湿环境中使用。<br /><br />6.&nbsp;钻孔嵌塞法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;这种方法通常用来灌注墙体中的裂缝。如果要求密封防水，孔中应填入柔性沥青来代替砂浆；如果灌注栓塞的作用比较重要，孔中则要灌注环氧树脂。<br /><br />7.&nbsp;柔性密封法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;通常将活动裂缝转变为运动节缝是比较适宜的办法。沿裂缝边缘开一凹槽并填入适当的柔性材料。节缝底部使用隔离层。<br /><br />8.&nbsp;粘贴法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;当运动不止作用于一个平面时，或者过度的运动已超过一个普通尺寸的凹槽所允许的范围时，或者不可以切割出槽时可使用这个方法。用柔性的密封带盖住裂缝，仅将带的边缘部分粘住。<br /><br />9.&nbsp;附加钢筋法<br />9.1普通钢筋&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;首先将裂缝密闭，然后贯穿裂缝平面大约90&deg;的方向钻孔，将环氧树脂注入孔内，再将钢筋插入孔中使之粘合成整体。<br />9.2外部施加预应力&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;通过后张法施加应力，来加强结构件的主要部分或者封闭裂缝。<br /><br />10.&nbsp;干嵌填法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;用手工将低水灰比的砂浆连续嵌入裂缝，形成与原有混凝土结构紧密连接的密实砂浆。先在裂缝表面开槽，大约25㎜宽、25㎜深，清理后涂刷界面剂、连续嵌入低水灰比的砂浆。<br /><br />11.&nbsp;迭合面层法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;当结构表面存在大量的裂缝，而且采用其它办法单独处理各个裂缝过于昂贵时，用这个方法来密闭、覆盖（不是修复）裂缝非常有效。对于偶然出现大面积网状裂缝使用该法很有效。<br /><br />12.&nbsp;自闭合法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;混凝土依靠自身合拢裂缝称为&ldquo;自闭合&rdquo;，这是在存在湿气并且没有拉应力作用时发生的一种现象。机理：由于周围空气和水中存在二氧化碳，使水泥浆中的氢氧化钙发生碳化作用，结果碳酸钙和氢氧化钙晶体在裂缝内析出并生长。晶体组合交织产生一种机械粘接作用，又被邻近晶体之间以及晶体和水泥浆及骨料表面间的化学粘接作用所增强，最后混凝土裂缝部位的抗拉强度得到一定的恢复，裂缝也被密闭了。主要用于修补潮湿环境的结构，。整个自闭合时期的水饱和必须连续保持。<br /><br />13.&nbsp;涂层及其它表面处理法&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;修复开裂的混凝土结构可以使用范围很广的表面浸渍密封剂和涂料。如果混凝土开裂已经稳定，则可通过涂料获得成功地修补。但不适合低温区域操作。<br /></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">对负有保密义务的劳动者，用人单位可以在劳动合同或者保密协议中与劳动者约定竞业限制条款，并约定在解除或者终止劳动合同后，在竞业限制期限内按月给予劳动者经济补偿。劳动者违反竞业限制约定的，应当按照约定向用人单位支付违约金。</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第二十四条　竞业限制的人员限于用人单位的高级管理人员、高级技术人员和其他负有保密义务的人员。竞业限制的范围、地域、期限由用人单位与劳动者约定，竞业限制的约定不得违反法律、法规的规定。</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">在解除或者终止劳动合同后，前款规定的人员到与本单位生产或者经营同类产品、从事同类业务的有竞争关系的其他用人单位，或者自己开业生产或者经营同类产品、从事同类业务的竞业限制期限，不得超过二年。</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></font></p>
