<p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph; WORD-BREAK: break-all; LINE-HEIGHT: 12pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; COLOR: #555555"><font face="宋体">一<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>自来水能否饮用：</font><span lang="EN-US"><br /></span><font face="宋体">自来水厂生产的水是符合饮用标准的。但是，这并不表明它是标准的饮用水。原因有二：（<span lang="EN-US">1</span>）自来水在生产过程中用氯净化水虽可杀死病原微生物等有害物质，但加入氯本身又可造成新的化学污染。氯可与水中的有机物生成三氯甲烷，它是一种致癌物质。同时，氯还破坏营养，易导致心脏病。（<span lang="EN-US">2</span>）在自来水的管网中，长距离管道运输，管道陈旧生锈，城市高楼水箱和楼群蓄水池不清洁或常年使用不消毒，都可造成二次污染。二次污染使细菌、病毒和藻类繁殖，再加上原有的氯及氯化物、铁锈、重金属、放射性物质、使水体浑浊、有异味，其害无穷。所以说，自来水并不是标准的饮用水。在各种污染日益加重的环境下，我们喝到身体里的水一定要有严格的标准。还水的本来面目，喝纯净水才符合人体的需要，并且喝生水比喝开水更有利于人的健康。因为开水失去氧气太多，喝开水不利于向人体供氧。可能有的朋友要说，我喝了一辈子自来水，身体不照样挺好的吗？其实不然，首先，人体的疾病是个积累和渐进的过程，如果您不饮或少饮不洁的水，身体肯定比现在更健康。其次，现在的水环境也不能与若干年前相比。以前的水污染主要来源于有机物和自然界的污物，主要污染物质为细菌和病毒，因此，经过煮沸后的自来水基本可以达到消毒的目的。而现代水污染我们以上已经讲到，主要是工业废水中的化学污染和重金属，而这些污染物通过把水煮沸的办法是不可能去除掉的。因此，煮沸的开水同样不是标准的饮用水。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p>

COLOR: #555555"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />2</font></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; COLOR: #555555; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">．发白的原因主要是供水管网中溶入了空气，经压力作用分解成微小气泡（凭肉眼观察不到），气泡的紧密排列就会感觉到流出的水呈乳白色，当在容器中静止数分钟后，随着气泡消失，水就会变清。这种现象不会影响到自来水水质。另一种原因，某些二次供水储水池（箱）微生物超标，投加了漂白粉产生一种轻微白灰色。漂白粉主要成分为Ｃａ（ＣｌＯ）２、Ｃａ（ＯＨ）２、ＣａＣｌ２等成分，主要有效成分是次氯酸钙：２Ｃａ（ＣｌＯ）２＋２Ｈ２Ｏ＝Ｃａ（ＯＨ）２＋ＣａＣｌ２＋２ＨＯＣｌ。当放水后，流出水的颜色是一种轻微白灰色，并能闻到轻微刺鼻氯气味，待静置数分钟后，有很少量微小颗粒沉淀物（一般情况不会有）。这种现象不会危害人体健康。如你感兴趣的话，可以用白色透明杯观察水的颜色。打开水龙头放水，将水流入杯中后观察水的颜色，如水发白，你可以观察到白色逐渐从杯底向上变清，这就是水中溶入了气体的现象。也就是水中微小气泡逐渐从杯底向上逸出，逐步变清，而且透明。如水中投加漂白粉，流入杯中水，排除气泡形成水发白外，观察杯中水仍然有轻微白灰色，能闻到轻微氯气味。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; <title>自制纯净水　　健康有保障</title>

<![CDATA[水是生命之源，人体中大约70%是水，随着人民生活水平的不断提高，饮料及饮水将逐步从浓味、甜味向淡味发展。但为何要喝淡到不能再淡的纯净水呢？<br />　　中外专家的观点是：<br />　　中国预防医学科学院鄂学礼教授认为：&ldquo;水在人体内的主要作用是新陈代谢，饮水并非提取人体所需营养的主要途径，自然界中的水中可能含有一定量的矿物质，但其对人体所需矿物质的贡献则微乎微。更何况，自然界水中所含有害（污染）的物质较之营养而言确实得不偿失。&rdquo;
<p>　　世界卫生组织饮水学术权Hency.A.SchOroeder博士指出：&ldquo;人体所需矿物质，其存在于水中者比起那些存在与食物中者，乃是无意义的&rdquo;。</p>
<p>　　美国医学月刊（Medical Journal）发表专著认为：&ldquo;人体所需物质是从食物而来，并非来自饮水，有益人体的有机矿物质在自来水中仅占所含全部矿物质的1%而已&rdquo;。</p>
<p>　　中国环境卫生监测所水质专家杨振波先生指出：&ldquo;事实上只有活着的植物才能从土壤中吸收和利用无机矿物质。经植物转化的有机矿物质才能被人体及动物利用。几乎没人能从无机矿物质中摄取营养，也没有人能有效地适用无机矿物质于体内。例如：若人体感到缺少钙则应从牛奶或钙片中摄取（活性钙，有机钙），此时水中有大量的钙也是无用的。摄入体内而不能被吸收的矿物质将通过肝脏、肾脏等体内脏器排除，从而使体内脏器承受额外负担。这也是造成一些慢性疾病的一个重要原因&rdquo;。</p>
<p>　　日本医学博士、营养专家、茶道人士莜原秀隆先生说：&ldquo;中国人自古就讲究补，吃的讲补，喝的也讲补。实际上现代科技证明，人体获得营养主要靠食物而非饮水，另外最佳沏茶用水应选择清洁、矿物质含量少的纯净水方能品出茶的纯正茶味&rdquo;。</p>
<p>　　中国医学博士、营养专家李文君先生指出：&ldquo;据统计，长期饮用纯净水（活性）可以使泌尿系统疾病发病率下降60%，心血管疾病发病率下降40%，癌症发病率下降20%。由于纯净水是活性的，处于一种&lsquo;饥饿&rsquo;状态，进入人体后，体内的各种杂质会迅速扩散进入其中，从而能够包容体内无用之物，并随之排出体外。同时，活性水还能激活老化细胞，提高免疫力。对一些慢性疾病还有一定的疗效和防止作用。&rdquo;</p>
<p>　　饮水方面的专家指出：水对于人体的主要功能在于促进新陈代谢，而非矿物质的摄取（1杯牛奶的矿物质相当于1000杯矿泉水），人体矿物质源自于日常食物，我们没有必要为水中微不足道的无机矿物质而将可能存在的各种污染、细菌、病毒等一起喝下去。</p>
<p>　　而依靠反渗透膜分离系统制取的健康纯水，由于在制水过程中无相变过程，所以制出的纯净水具有活性且富含氧，而且水中绝大多数水合离子和几乎100%其他污染物被去除，使纯净水具有更大的表面张力，具有较强毛细湿润功能，因此对人体的皮肤有相当的美容滋润作用。人体摄入纯净水后，其对食物有较强的溶解力，使营养成份能够有效地吸收。这样的水在进入人体后，流动顺畅，更有利于输送营养及毒素排泄，能活化细胞，增加人体免疫力。<br />　　一般来说，人体内的水份在5-13天内就完成一次全面的补充和更换，而且我们都知道人体的水份也都是依靠饮水来补充的；如果占人体比重70%的水分是洁净的，那么人体内的细胞也就有了健康新的环境。洁净的水有利于促进细胞新陈代谢，那么人体内的细胞也就丧失了病变和毒素扩散的条件。故此饮用洁净水的人群得病的机率自然就会大大减小。专家告诫我们，在关注求医的同时，还要注意使源源不断的好水补充到肌体的细胞当中去，努力为细胞创造一个清新健康的生存环境。<br />　　自古以来，中国人习惯喝开水，但开水只杀灭部分细菌、病毒和降低生水部分碳酸盐硬度，但是烧开水过程中被杀死的细菌和病毒死尸仍存在于开水中，水就还有重新被污染或产生病变的可能；而在烧开水的过程中也无法去除水中超标的重金属离子、过多的无机盐和致癌物，也就是说，开水中的过多无机盐、重金属离、亚硝酸盐、三氯甲烷等致癌物根本就没有减少。另外，值得说明的是，当自来水中含有对人体有害的亚硝酸盐时（传统的自来水净化工艺是无法去除该类污染物的），生水经过加热烧开后，亚硝酸盐含量还会因此而增高；若亚硝酸盐在体内积累时，往往会给人带来血液性疾病，所以饮用原水本身就不洁净的开水对人体健康也是很有害的。相反，而经过健康纯水机净化后的水几乎没有任何细菌、病毒、重金属等污染物，所以喝下去才是最安全的。</p>
<p><strong>饮水认识误区</strong></p>
<p>饮水认识误区<br />1.喝开水最安全<br />　　自古以来,中国人习惯喝开水,但开水只杀减细菌和部分病毒,并且被杀死的细菌和病毒死尸仍存在于开水中;而在烧开水的过程中也无法去除水中超标的重金属、水垢和致癌物，即开水中的三氯甲烷等致癌物根本就没有减少。所以饮用不洁净的开水对人体健康也是有害的；相反，经过健康纯水机净化后的水几乎没有任何细菌、病毒、重金属等污染物，所以喝下去才是最安全的。<br />2.喝桶装水方便又安全<br />　　桶装水需要买水、等水、扛水很不方便。在流通过程中又容易二次污染，桶装水开盖后保质期只有24小时，数小时后，在一定适宜的温度及环境条件下细菌就可能重新滋生，七天之后的桶装水基本上就可能变成含有新生污染物的死水，也是不宜饮用的。另外一些不法商人贪图暴力，向水桶内直接灌装自来水或生水，所以市面上有相当一部分桶装水不能达到纯净的标准，所以桶装水既不方便又不安全，而且费用也相对偏高。<br />3.纯净水缺少矿物质和微量元素<br />　　水在人体中主要是担当&ldquo;运输大队长&rdquo;的职责，一是通过它，才能把人体摄入的营养物质送给人体的五脏六腑和六十兆细胞，同时又可把人体内分泌系统排出的垃圾和毒素输送到各个相应器官并使之排出到体外，而水中的矿物质及微量元素是非常少的，一般来说所谓比较适宜饮用的矿泉水含矿物质和无机盐总量一般也仅在0。1-0.5克/升左右，含量过高，口感不好，并不利于人体吸收。故此，人体所需要的矿物质及微量元素和200多种营养素主要来源于蔬菜、水果、五谷杂粮和肉、禽、蛋、奶、水产品等，而不仅仅是所饮用的水！况且在未经净化的水中，有益人体健康的矿物质只占全部矿物质的1%。这比起食物中所含矿物质和营养成分显然是微不足道的，所以通过饮水摄入营养成份的做法毫无意义，如果仅仅为了1%的有益物质，而把99%的无用的，甚至是有害手质都喝进体内，实在是有点得不偿失。数据更给说明我们所讲的道理，一杯牛奶的含钙量等于1200杯矿泉水的含钙量，一斤牛肉的含铁量比8200杯矿泉水高500倍。因此，靠水补充矿物质简直是杯水车薪，实在不可取。<br />4.喝矿泉水有益身体健康<br />　　大地表面已被各种放射物和各种有害手污染。地表由于各种污染300米之内已无净水，所以矿泉水也不是让人放心安全的饮用水。所以，喝矿泉水显然不是十分安全，也无益于身体</p>

            <td width="100%">饮用水安全与百姓生活息息相关。目前，由国家标准化管理委员会牵头，建设部和卫生部等参与制定的新的《生活饮用水卫生标准》已经完成论证和审核，不久将颁布实施。而21年后的首次标准修订，将人们的目光又一次集中到饮水安全的话题上来。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;据了解，新国标的检测项目将由35项增至106项，与国际标准相吻合。其从根本上对水质提出要求，确定了饮用水的水质&ldquo;安全&rdquo;标准。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;但在实际生活中，百姓仍然普遍存在有关饮用水的误区。比如，人们认为将自来水煮沸喝就能够安全；安全水等于健康水等。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;自来水&ne;安全水<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;目前，许多消费者认为，自来水可直接饮用。但由于我国自来水的水质还未达到某些发达国家自来水可直接饮用的水平，因此首先应将自来水煮沸后再饮用是最基本的要求。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;然而，事实上，由于环境污染，公众的饮用水安全正受到全面威胁。我国是世界上污水排放量最大、污水排放增加速度最快的国家之一，因此造成水源水质污染日趋严重。各地的水源都受到不同程度的污染，使水的质量大打折扣。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;在日前举行的饮用水安全与健康高层研讨会上，中国疾病预防控制中心环境所研究员鄂学礼说：&ldquo;我国目前90％的水厂只能对物理污染和微生物污染进行净化处理，而无法对化学污染，诸如农药、杀虫剂、合成洗涤剂、重金属、各种有机和无机化合物及其他有害毒素进行深度处理。&rdquo;<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;据悉，上海市曾经在黄浦江水源中检测出400多种有机化合物。重庆的一项调查显示，长江、嘉陵江水中有机污染物的种类分别达到50多种、60多种。复旦大学一课题组自1991年开始，对一个9万人的人群进行长达10年的跟踪调查后发现，该地区居民饮水中含有的微囊藻毒素，使癌症发生的可能性提高了近10倍。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;所以，现在看来，仅把水煮沸、烧开已经未必安全。中国医促会健康饮用水专业委员会李复兴教授在一次新品上市的新闻发布会上表示，将自来水煮沸喝并不代表安全，因为水煮沸并不能&ldquo;杀死&rdquo;重金属、砷化物、氰化物、亚硝酸盐、有机污染物，比如农药、杀虫剂、合成洗涤剂等有害物质。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;安全水&ne;健康水<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;同时，按照世界卫生组织提出的健康好水标准，即使是安全的、干净的水，也不等于是健康的好水。专家认为，现在还有一些错误观点，使百姓偏离了正确饮用水的方向。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;既然自来水不能直接饮用，并且开水也不能保证安全，因此时下许多人选择桶装水。而据北京协和医院消化科医生伍东升介绍，盛放桶装水的水桶会被反复回收再利用，时间一长，很容易造成真菌感染。一些不正规的生产厂家的产品，卫生状况更加难以保证。饮水机中的开水由于反复煮沸、保温，容易造成矿物质沉积，也影响健康。同时，纯净水太过&ldquo;纯净&rdquo;，所有的矿物质和微量元素都被滤去，反倒未必对健康有利。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;专家还介绍，许多肠道腹泻患者发病的一个重要诱因，是无节制地饮用冰镇水。喝生水拉肚子是常识，可对于冰镇水，许多人的认识存在误区，不少人甚至认为冰镇是一种很好的消毒方法。其实，在0～4摄氏度的冰镇环境中，细菌照样滋生，根本不能保证卫生健康。从医学角度来说，夏天人体胃酸分泌相对较少，大量饮用冰镇水、冰镇啤酒会进一步稀释胃酸，造成肠道功能紊乱，由此带来众多相关疾病。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;另外，目前市面上不少&ldquo;健康饮料&rdquo;中含有糖、食用色素和食物添加剂，虽然尚无明确研究显示其有害性，但也并不表明它们就一定无害。因此，专家建议，特别是正处于成长发育期的孩子，应该少喝含糖饮料。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;而对于避免公众的饮水误区，除了从公众自身加以改变外，国家也采取了一系列重大措施，推动饮水安全保障工作取得明显进展。据悉，目前我国政府已经大幅度增加对饮水安全保障工程的投资，5年共解决了6700万人的饮水困难，全国饮水不安全人口从2000年的3.79亿降低到2005年底的3.12亿。预计到2015年，我国将解决2.67亿人的饮水安全问题，占饮水不安全人口的70%。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;作者：史晓菲</td>

<p>　　被污染、不合格的饮用水，会使疾病传播和对人体健康产生慢性损害。由于肾脏是过滤血液的器官，从各部分循环而来的血液带有许多废物，经过肾脏的过滤过程，废物和水一起过滤下来输送到排泄系统。在这一循环系统中，常常因为水中有太多杂质在人体内沉淀而形成结石。我们通常所用的自来水中含有为净化自来水、消灭病原菌而投放的含有氯的消毒剂。但是氯易与水中的一些物质结合，生成潜在的致癌物质和导致身体畸形的物质。 </p>
<p>　　那么，人们日常生活中应该喝什么水好呢？营养学家认为，喝水最好喝优质的洁净水。因为人体摄取营养的绝大部分来自于食物，而通过饮水而获取的微量元素微乎其微。有资料显示，一杯牛奶中所含钙质超过１２００杯矿泉水中的钙质含量。 </p>
<p>　　目前市场上较为流行的纯净水的销售方式有瓶装纯净水、桶装纯净水（桶装饮水机）和纯水机制水。如果把瓶装纯净水作为生活饮水恐怕不是一般消费者所能承受的，而桶装纯净水又有定时更换的苦恼，一般由制纯净水的公司送货上门，每桶（２０公升）１５元左右，家中人口众多的话，一个月１００多元，每年近２０００元的饮水开支确实可观。而且，目前我国桶装纯净水良莠不齐（本报１０月２７日选择版曾对桶装纯净水做过详细的报道），不小心就会上当。而纯水机作为家庭消费的新热点正在逐渐凸现出来。 </p>
<p>　　目前市场上的纯水机都是采用反渗透技术，对原水进行深层次的净化，是把水工厂家庭化。用户可以直接接在家中的自来水龙头上，从纯水机龙头里流出的就是可以饮用的纯净水了。实际上，桶装水的净化原理也是如此，只不过纯水机是将桶装水加工的环节直接在家中实现。而且，桶装水一般家庭只用来喝，舍不得用于其他方面，因为毕竟每桶水的价格不低。但有了纯水机，您大可不必有此忧虑。安在自来水龙头上，打开纯水机龙头就有，您可以用来做饭、煮汤、饮用，甚至您家里的加湿器和蒸汽电熨斗都可以用，绝不会结水垢，以后再也不用为到处找蒸馏水而苦恼了。纯净水能够将水中的杂质有效去除，这样水进入身体后易被细胞吸收，促进新陈代谢，减轻了肝脏和肾脏的负担。另外，纯水机和桶装饮水机可以配套使用：将纯水机制出的纯净水接在饮水机的桶内，可以通过饮水机加热或制冷，这样的饮用水将是卫生、新鲜的，并且非常方便<br /></p>]]>

<![CDATA[白开水<br />自来水煮开后的水称为白开水。水煮开后，致病的微生物会被杀死，但由于水中大量的微生物、有机物、重金属离子在水厂净化时无法有效去除而且加入了氯气杀菌，余氯和水中未去除的有机化合物可能产生三氯甲烷等物质，对身体更有害。<br /><br />矿泉水<br />矿泉水是指含有对人体有益的微量元素矿物质的地下水。一般都含有30－40种以上矿物质，没有一种矿泉水是只含有益元素而不含无益或有害元素的，这些无益或有害元素长期积存可引起动脉硬化、胆、肾结石、高血压等多种疾病。<br /><br />蒸馏水<br />蒸馏水的制作原理是通过加热、使水由液态转化为汽态，再由汽态却还原成液态。这种制作过程中，水中40－60%的杂质和离子得到去除，大部份细菌和病毒已被杀死，但无法去除部份离子和有机物，如三氯甲烷和其它沸点比水低的化学物质，而且溶解氧没有了，所以水也就失去了活性，变成了死水。<br /><br />活性炭 过滤水<br />活性炭对有机物的吸附效果很好，但是对病菌却无明显的作用，大部份对金属离子则毫无作用，同时，活性炭使用寿命有限，随着处理水量的增加，吸附能力会降低直至饱和，这样就失去了净化效果。<br /><br />反渗透 净化水<br />净化水是利用反渗透的原理，将含有污染的水加压通过反渗透膜滤得的纯净水，反渗透膜微孔径为大肠菌的1/500000，只有0.000001微米，这样水中的重金属、农药、细菌、病毒、杂质就彻底分离，而且不分离溶解氧，所以制造出来的纯净水是活水，甘甜可口。
