<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 28pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 楷体_GB2312">根据美国对企业发展作了<span lang="EN-US">200</span>多年的追踪研究，找出了卓越企业所具有的<span lang="EN-US">11</span>个基因，并且把这<span lang="EN-US">11</span>种基因纳入到美国国奖（波多里奇质量奖（<span lang="EN-US">1987</span>年设立））的评选标准，每年由总统亲自颁奖，代表企业追求卓越的最高荣誉。中国质量奖（<span lang="EN-US">2001</span>年设立）、深圳市市长质量奖（<span lang="EN-US">2004</span>年设立）等也等同采用波多里奇质量奖的评奖标准，为打造中国世界一流的企业采取的新举措。可以毫不夸张地说：卓越绩效模式是世界企业管理的通用语言，是世界一流企业的管理模式，是衡量企业成熟度的标准（<span lang="EN-US">ISO9000</span>：<span lang="EN-US">2008</span>质量体系认证是符合性标准），是企业由优秀走向卓越的评价工具，是企业由产品和服务质量上升到管理质量的标准。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
