<p>易观智库Enfodesk数据显示，2010年前3个季度网上零售市场规模累积达到3475亿。根据国家统计局同期数据显示，2010年第3季度，社会消费品零售总额3.8万亿元，其中商品零售总额3.4万亿元，网上零售占比达到3.96%，增长速度较快，高于商务部预期。易观国际研究预计，2010年中国网上零售总额与社会商品零售总额的比值约达3.7%。 <br />

<p align="left"><strong>易观分析：</strong></p>
<p align="left">易观国际（Analysys International）分析认为：苹果此次在中国的Apple Store零售店销售iPhone 4裸机，对其合作伙伴联通构成了一定的竞争压力。易观国际认为苹果此举出于其对中国市场的重视和其长远的战略考量，相比联通版iPhone用户购买裸机版的iPhone 4可以自由选择包括中国其他运营商。中国电信等运营商也已经表露了与苹果公司合作的意愿。未来并不排除苹果与其他电信运营商合作的可能。</p>
<p align="left">iPhone 4相比前代产品在中国市场的短期前景较为看好。因为首先行货iPhone 4相对前代产品价格，入市时间和功能上优势明显，上代iPhone行货刚刚引入中国时价格比水货高且功能上有削减，加上引入时间相对全球其他地区较晚造成消费者对行货的态度较为冷淡，而水货销售情况却较好。事实证明在联通iPhone&ldquo;24个月合约计划&rdquo;对价格调整后，iPhone的行货销量环比增长很快超过100%，降价效果相当显著。此次iPhone 4行货的价格与水货差距不大且功能方面并无太大删减，用户进入门槛较低，且入市时间与其他地区差距不大，因此水货对其构不成太大威胁，从目前的预订用户数量和国外iPhone 4的销售情况来看此次行货iPhone 4销售量预计比上代产品要高出许多。</p>
其次，短期内从市场其他竞争对手的现状来看，在高端娱乐智能手机方面还没有竞争对手能够挑战iPhone 4的地位。诺基亚N8和HTC Desire等竞争对手在用户体验，硬件规格和应用丰富程度上都和iPhone 4有一定差距.但从长远来讲，Symbian^4,微软WM7和Android 3.0系统都陆续将于一年内推出，这些新系统都针对移动互联网和用户体验做了很大改进，在未来会给iPhone 4带来不小竞争压力。苹果应在未来加强与软件开发商的合作，重视针对中国用户习惯的应用开发，从而保持自己差异化竞争中的优势。]]>
