            <p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><br /><br />一、 引言<br />二十世纪五十年代，高压<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>首次在油田上得到应用。随后，其便以优异的性能在油田地面管线和注水管线中得到迅速推广。九十年代中期，我国首次在三次采油工艺中采用高压<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>。目前，每年世界石油工业应用高压玻璃钢管道达数千公里。美国是世界上应用<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>历史最长、应用量最大的国家。我国在这方面的起步较晚，但近几年呈迅速上升之势。<br />油田用管道是一项复杂的系统工程，在原材料选择、设计、制造到安装施工都应制订一整套完善的规范，才能够保证油田生产的稳定运行。玻璃钢管道由于具备耐腐蚀性好、内壁光滑、流体阻力小、对输送介质无二次污染、保温性能好、工程造价低等诸多特点而倍受青睐。<br />本文就高压<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>在生产过程中需注意的一些问题进行简要论述，以期对国内高压玻璃钢管道生产企业提供帮助和参考。关于生产过程中的具体节点质量控制，我们将另外撰文加以阐述。<br />二、 技术要求及主要应用领域<br />（一）技术要求<br />1. 公称直径（mm）：DN40～DN200；<br />2. 公称压力（MPa）：PN3.5～PN25；<br />3. 使用温度（EP/MeTHPA）：-40℃～80℃。<br />（二）主要应用领域<br />1. 产出水处理系统或污水回注管线；<br />2. 集输管线；<br />3. 聚合物注输系统；<br />4. 三元复合驱注输系统；<br />5. 二氧化碳注输系统。<br />三、 原材料选择与控制<br />经过对比工艺试验和基本性能测试，我们选择了以下材料体系：<br />1. 增强材料体系：TYPE 158B或PPG-2006；<br />2. 树脂体系：液态低粘度环氧树脂及相应固化体系；<br />采用纤维缠绕工艺，在合适的固化制度下进行固化，经过水压检验、爆破试验后，各项指标均满足设计要求。固化制度是通过差热分析等实验后确定的，它对管道的适应环境的能力和使用寿命、经济效益等具有关键作用。<br />四、 原材料质量控制<br />（一）优选供应商，确定合格供方<br />一旦材料体系和供应商确定以后，一定要贯彻实施ISO 9001质量管理体系，进行合格供方认证。因为现在大多数厂家都缺乏较为严格的原材料入厂检验手段和配套的硬件设施，如果原材料质量发生了微小变化没有及时发现，极易对高压玻璃钢管的质量造成严重影响，给生产厂家带来较大损失。因此，有必要对供应商自身的综合管理水平以及质量控制手段进行实地考察。通常，国内厂家很容易因为过多地考虑价格及成本因素，而将原材料的质量控制放到了次要地位。如果供应商的质量水平缺乏重现性，即使价格再低，也不能选用，否则终将受到市场的惩罚。<br />（二）重视供应商管理，建立战略合作联盟<br />玻璃钢高压管道前期的投入成本较高，企业需要做长远规划才能真正在市场中立足。由于受变动因素影响较大，供应链的任一环节发生变化都将影响生产进度、产品质量和存货水平。因此要想长远发展，在原材料方面，生产商必须重视对供应商的管理，通过合作建立起战略合作伙伴关系，形成稳定的原材料供应渠道。否则，除非采取有利措施，建立一套有效的预警系统，才能够提前做好准备来应对各种不利的变化。<br />另外，不定期地组织与供应商的互访，也能够在原材料市场出现波动时处于有利地位而不至于被动。<br />五、 制造过程质量控制<br />（一）人员培训<br />鉴于目前中小企业技工严重缺乏，而目前行业又没有相应的上岗资格认证程序，高压玻璃钢管的生产企业一定要重视自身操作工人的培训。<br />培训内容主要包括：<br />1. 基本道德素质培训；<br />2. 玻璃钢基本理论知识培训；<br />3. 岗位技能培训（包括安全操作注意事项）。<br />其中，基本道德素质培训涉及到操作工的道德素养、责任心、敬业精神等等。因为每一个操作工工作质量的好坏直接影响其工作成果的质量，提供一些基本的玻璃钢理论知识培训，可以使他们进一步了解和认识自己所做的工作。技工之中也不乏善于动脑之人，有些人甚至比一些受过高等教育的人认识问题更深刻，眼光更独到，观察更细致。通过岗位技能培训、实习等，可以使他们更加了解岗位工作的重要性，充分发挥其潜能为企业服务。<br />简言之，一线技工是质量控制最直接的元素。因此，对于一线员工的管理，应该在企业战略管理中得到应有的重视。包括企业对他们的工作情绪、工作环境、福利待遇以及娱乐活动的考虑，都应该成为企业领导者重点考虑的问题。<br />（二）工序控制<br />高压玻璃钢管的生产工序主要包括：<br />1. 缠绕；<br />(1) 配制胶液；<br />(2) 穿纱；<br />(3) 模具准备、涂脱模剂；<br />(4) 缠绕。<br />2. 固化；<br />3. 冷却、脱模；<br />4. 阳螺纹制作；<br />5. 水压检验；<br />6. 喷涂标识、安装螺纹护套；<br />7. 打包、入库。<br />针对工序控制这些环节，注重加强岗位技能的培训。操作熟练程度是一个渐进的过程，所以应该把岗位技能培训当作一项系统工程，在生产中安排专门人员负责不定期地进行，才能够不断提高工人的熟练程度。<br />以上每一道工序都很重要，从材料准备一直到最后的成品入库，只有严格控制质量检验标准，真正把质量当作企业的生命，运用多种质量管理手段，如贯彻实施质量管理体系、TQM（全面质量管理）等，才能进一步提高和稳定产品质量。关于生产过程中的具体节点质量控制，我们将另外撰文加以阐述。<br />全面质量控制涉及到整个制造过程的所有员工，包括岗位员工、工艺技术人员、设计人员以及采购人员，从人（职工方面）、机（设备条件方面）、料（原为、设计条件等）、法（操作规程、设计方法）、环（工作环境、企业管理环境）等五个方面进行控制和分析。<br />六、 工程质量控制<br />包括搬运和现场安装、施工、回填、试压的质量控制。这一环节通常容易被忽视，主要是因为部分玻璃钢企业对高压管玻璃钢管道本身的认识不够。企业应该制订严格的贮运和安装施工规范，而且要安排专人负责监督执行，使其真正落到实处。<br />七、 结语<br />本文简要介绍了高压<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>生产的工序过程，并强调了质量控制的重要性。当前高压玻璃钢管道的市场已经成熟，用户认知度较高，各企业在上项目的同时，一定要重视产品设计和质量控制，避免将这一有着良好应用前景的产品毁于人祸。我们愿和有志于推动高压玻璃钢管道在油田广泛应用的有识之士共同努力，为推动我国玻璃钢高压管道的发展尽自己的微薄之力。<br /></p>

<![CDATA[<p>近年来，我国东部油田多已进入后期开发。为了稳定原油生产，各油田普遍采用注水工艺来增加地层能量，提高产液量，从而达到稳产增产的目的。但是，由于我国淡水资源匮乏，所以在注水工艺中多采用污水回注，根据国内某油田的调查研究表明，由于在回注的污水中含有大量的腐蚀性物质，如：H2S，SO2，NaCl，Ca2＋等，这些物质对金属的平均腐蚀速度为每年1～1.7mm。长期以来，国内外都在积极开展新材料、新工艺的研究，在二次采油和三次采油过程中使用高压玻璃钢管作为地面油气集积和输送管线，以及井下油管、套管已是屡见不鲜。 <br /><br />为了解决目前各大油田存在的钢管严重腐蚀问题，打破高压玻璃钢管单纯依赖国外技术的现状，我们把高压<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>作为一个系统工程，从材料选择、管材（件）制造、质量控制到安装抢修以及售后服务，均制定了一整套完整的工艺。经在油田实际运行证明，我们研制的高压<a href="http://www.bokee.net/classificationmodule/biz/index_list.do?typeMask=product&amp;companyId=1513292">玻璃钢管道</a>完全能够满足油田使用要求，主要性能指标已超过国际先进水平。 <br /><br />2 高压玻璃钢管的特点及重点应用领域 <br /><br />采用纤维缠绕工艺制造的高压玻璃钢管与传统的钢管、混凝土管相比，除具备复合材料本身的一些优异特性外，还具有以下特点： <br /><br />（1） 使用寿命长。其设计使用寿命可达到30年至50年； <br />（2） 性能可设计性、产品适用性强。可根据使用工况设计成耐高温（一般最高可达120℃，选择合适的树脂体系可达到160℃）、耐高压（一般最高可达25MPa；经过特殊设计，部分型号可达到30MPa），满足一定腐蚀性能要求的产品； <br />（3） 安装、运输方便，免维护。玻璃钢的密度不足钢的1/4，搬运、安装都非常方便，DN100以下的管线只需3个人和一些必备的简单工具即可，工程费用低； <br />（4） 内壁光滑，介质输送阻力小。由于模具表面光洁度高，制成的管道内壁哈森-威廉姆斯系数高达150，且其不结垢的特性使管内壁的光洁度不会随时间而改变； <br />（5） 抗菌性能好，不易寄生有机物。这一点对于二次和三次采油过程中使用的聚合物和微生物驱油技术非常有利； <br />（6） 导热系数小，不足钢的百分之一，保温性能好。 <br /><br />高压玻璃钢管在石油工业主要应用于以下领域： <br /><br />⑴ 原油或天然气集积和输送； <br />⑵ 化学处理及污水处理管线； <br />⑶ 高、中、低压流体输送管线； <br />⑷ 盐水注入管线； <br />⑸ 三次采油注入（聚合物、CO2、NaOH等）管线； <br />⑹ 罐进、出液管及站内管线。 <br />⑺ 生产井，处理井（盐水、化学流体或污水），注入井（盐水、CO2、聚合物、热等）。 <br /><br />其中⑴--⑹采用高压玻璃钢线管，⑺采用高压玻璃钢油管、套管。 <br /><br />3 高压玻璃钢管与钢管的性能比较 <br /><br />3.1 物理机械性能 <br /><br /></p>

<p>5 材料选择 <br /><br />5.1 增强材料 <br /><br />选择增强材料时主要考虑如下几个因素： <br /><br />（1） 所用基体材料的类型； <br />（2） 浸润剂的种类； <br />（3） 设计上的考虑； <br />（4） 缠绕设备； <br />（5） 制品工况； <br />（6） 成本因素。 <br /><br />玻璃纤维在选择时工艺性能非常重要，因为工艺性能的好坏不仅影响产品质量，而且直接影响生产效率。</p>

<p>5.2 基体材料 <br /><br />（1）树脂体系的选择 <br /><br />纤维的类型、品种及铺层决定了复合材料的极限强度，而树脂基体则通过与增强材料的有效匹配和应力传递作用，使纤维的性能得以充分发挥，从而制造出高性能的复合材料制品。此外，高压玻璃钢管的有些性能如耐高温性能、耐腐蚀性和耐老化性能等，主要由树脂基体决定。 <br />环氧树脂和乙烯基酯树脂是制造高压玻璃钢管时常用的树脂基体。 <br /><br />环氧树脂具有优异的物理机械性能，在高温下具有优良的性能保持率。同时具有优异的操作性能和加工性能，用它制成的复合材料性能优良，成本低廉。因此，环氧树脂是高压玻璃钢管中应用得最广泛的树脂基体。 <br /><br />环氧树脂中通常含有多个环氧基，它可与多种类型的固化剂反应，生成三维交联结构。可按不同的工艺要求和性能要求选择固化剂。例如，使用胺类固化剂（与液体环氧树脂共用）可得到室温下粘度中等、适用期适中、耐腐蚀性好、高温性能尚可的基体体系。同时，为了达到最佳粘接性能，基体树脂必须在特定的固化制度下固化。酸酐是环氧树脂的另一种常用固化剂。常用的有MeTHPA, MeHHPA,MNA等。为了缩短固化时间，提高固化度，通常引入适当比例的促进剂。 <br /><br />针对不同的使用环境，我们设计了三种耐温等级，两种输送介质的常规树脂体系</p>

<p>2.根据输送介质浓度、温度选择相应的树脂体系。表中所列数值只针对某一特定树脂体系。</p>
<p>（2）环氧树脂的固化 <br /><br />解决高压玻璃钢管耐渗漏问题关键在于选择合适的材料和制造工艺过程。 <br /><br />高压玻璃钢管失效时的环向应力受树脂体系固化程度的影响较大。因为要想提高其耐温等级，即要求有较高的玻璃化转变温度，必然要求有较高的固化程度。但固化度越高，树脂基体的断裂延伸率越低，越难与纤维的断裂伸长相匹配，在进行水压失效压力试验时，树脂基体首先开裂，树脂与纤维逐渐脱开，裂纹进一步扩展，导致管体渗漏，降低了管材的失效压力，进而降低其失效时的环向应力，使纤维的性能得不到充分发挥，因此，应根据设计要求选择合适的固化程度，以满足其性能要求。 <br /><br />6 产品规格 <br /><br />高压玻璃钢管的基本参数见表4。</p>
