<p>&nbsp;生物作用：细菌、藻类及其他生物体的新陈代谢会消耗水样中的某些组分，产生一些新的组分，改变一些组分的性质，生物作用会对样品中待测的一些项目如溶解氧、二氧化碳、含氮化合物、磷及硅等的含量及浓度产生影响。</p>
<p>&nbsp;化学作用：水样各组分间可能发生化学反应，从而改变了某些组分的含量与性质。例如溶解氧或空气中的氧能使二价铁、硫化物等氧化；聚合物可能解聚；单体化合物也有可能聚合。</p>
<p>&nbsp;物理作用：光照、温度、静置或振动，敞露或密封等保存条件及容器材质都会影响水样的性质。如温度升高或强振动会使得一些物质如氧、氰化物及汞等挥发；长期静置会使A1(OH)<sub>3</sub>，CaCO<sub>3</sub>及Mg<sub>3</sub>(PO<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub>等沉淀。某些容器的内壁能不可逆地吸附或吸收一些有机物或金属化合物等。</p>
<p>水样在贮存期内发生变化的程度主要取决于水的类型及水样的化学性质和生物学性质。也取决于保存条件、容器材质、运输及气候变化等因素。</p>
<p>必须强调的是这些变化往往是非常快。常在很短的时间里样品就明显地发生了变化，因此必须在一切情况下采取必要的保护措施，并尽快地进行分析。</p>
<p>保护措施在降低变化的程度或减缓变化的速度方面是有作用的，但到目前为止所有的保护措施还不能完全抑制这些变化，而且对于不同类型的水，产生的保护效果也不同，饮用水很易贮存，因其对生物或化学的作用很不敏感，一般的保护措施对地面水和地下水可有效的贮存，但对废水就不同了。采自不同地点或废水性质不同其保存的效果也就不同，如采自城市污水和污水处理厂的水其保存效果不同，采自生化处理厂的废水及未经处理的污水其保存效果也不同。</p>
<p>由于样品中成分性质不同，有的分析项目要求单独取样，有的分析项目要求在现场分析，有些项目的样品能保存较长时间。</p>
<p>由于采样地点和样品成分的不同，迄今为止还没有找到适用于一切场合和情况的绝对准则。</p>
<p>在各种情况下，存储方法应与使用的分析技术相匹配，本标准规定了最通用的适用技术。</p>]]>

<p>1. 用于进行一般化学分析的样品</p>
<p>分析地面水或废水中微量化学组分时，通常要使用彻底清洗过的新容器，以减少再次污染的可能性。清洗的一般程序是，用水和洗涤剂洗，再用铅酸－硫酸洗液，然后用自来水蒸馏水冲洗干净即可，所用的洗涤剂类型和选用的容器材质要随待测组分来确定。测磷酸盐则不能使用含磷洗涤剂；测硫酸盐或铬则不能用铬酸－硫酸洗液。测重金属的玻璃容器及聚乙烯容器通常用盐酸或硝酸（C＝lmol／L）洗净并浸泡一至两天然后用蒸馏水或去离子水冲洗。</p>
<p>1.2 用于测定农药、除草剂等的样品</p>
<p>一般使用棕色玻璃瓶。因除聚四氟乙烯(PTFT)外的塑料容器会对分析产生明显的干扰，按一般规则清洗(即用水及洗涤剂<em>&mdash;&mdash;</em>铬酸－硫酸洗液<em>&mdash;</em>&mdash;蒸馏水)后，在烘箱内180℃下4h烘干。冷却后再用纯化过的己烷或石油醚冲洗数次。</p>
<p>1.3 用于微生物分析的样品</p>
<p>容器及塞子、盖子应经灭菌温度并且在此温度下不释放或产生出任何能抑制生物活性、灭活或促进生物生长的化学物质。</p>
<p>玻璃容器，按一般清洗原则洗涤用硝酸浸泡再用蒸馏水冲洗以除去重金属或铬酸盐残留物。</p>
<p>在灭菌前可在容器里加入硫代硫酸钠(Na<sub>2</sub>S<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>)以除去余氯对细菌的抑制作用。(以每125mL容器加入0.1mL的10％Na<sub>2</sub>S<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>计量。)</p>

<p>1. 将水样充满容器至溢流并密封</p>
<p>为避免样品在运输途中的振荡，以及空气中的氧气、二氧化碳对容器内样品组分和待测项目的干扰，为对酸碱度、BOD、DO等产生影响，应使水样充满容器至溢流并密封保存。但对准备冷冻保存的样品不能充满容器，否则水冻冰之后，因体积膨胀致使容器破裂。</p>
<p>2.&nbsp;冷藏</p>
<p>水样冷藏时的温度应低于采样时水样的温度，水样采集后立即放在冰箱或冰－水浴中，置暗处保存，一般于2～5℃冷藏，冷藏并不适用长期保存，对废水的保存时间则更短。</p>
<p>3. 冷冻(－20℃)</p>
<p>一般能延长贮存期，但需要掌握熔融和冻结的技术，以使样品在融解时能迅速地、均匀地恢复原始状态。水样结冰时，体积膨胀，一般都选用塑料容器。</p>
<p>4.&nbsp;加入保护剂(固定剂或保存剂)</p>
<p>投加一些化学试剂可固定水样中某些待测组分，保护剂应事先加入空瓶中，有些亦可在采样后立即加入水样中。</p>
<p>经常使用的保护剂有各种酸、碱及生物抑制剂，加入量因需要而异。</p>
<p>所加入的保护剂不能干扰待测成分的测定，如有疑义应先做必要的实验。</p>
<p>所加入的保护剂，因其体积影响待测组分的初始浓度，在计算结果时应予以考虑，但如果加入足够浓的保护剂；因加入体积很小而可以忽略其稀释影响。</p>
<p>所加入的保护剂有可能改变水中组分的化学或物理性质，因此选用保护剂时一定要考虑到对测定项目的影响。如因酸化会引起胶体组分和悬浮在颗粒物上固态的溶解，如待测项目是溶解态物质，则必须在过滤后酸化保存。</p>
<p>对于测定某些项目所加的固定剂必须要做空白试验，如测微量元素时就必须确定固定剂可引入的待测元素的量。(如酸类会引入不可忽视量的砷、铅、汞。)</p>
<p>必须注意：某些保护剂是有毒有害的，如氯化汞(HgCl2)、三氯甲烷及酸等，在使用及保管时一定要重视安全防护。</p>]]>

<title>电解质电导率国家计量基准</title>

<![CDATA[<p>电解质电导率国家计量基准 <br />　　电解质电导率国家计量基准由国家标准物质研究中心建立，于1984年通过了成果鉴定，1986年由原国家计量局批准为国家计量基准。其工作原理是：首先制取一种高纯度氯化钾作为一级标准物质，其主体含量为99.99％。利用国际公认的25℃下各浓度的电导率为起始点，测出25℃下电导池常数J25，然后按下式计算出不同温度下的电导池常数Jt： <br />　　Jt=J。(1－&alpha;t) <br />　　式中J。为0℃时的电导池常数；&alpha;为构成电导池的玻璃的膨胀系数(84.9&times;10－7)；t为测量温度。再根据不同温度下各种溶液在相应电导池上的电阻值，计算出各种溶液在不同温度下的电导率。 <br />　　该基准包括高纯度氯化钾和测量氯化钾溶液电导率的电解质电导率国家计量基准装置两部分。测量温度为15℃、18℃、20℃、25℃、35℃。准确度为：在1D、0.1D、0.01D三个名义浓度下的扩展不确定度为0.03％～0.05％(k=3)；在0.001D名义浓度下的扩展不确定度为0.07％(k=2)。达到了国际水平。 <br />　　电解质电导率量值是电解质溶液的一个基本物理化学量。电导率的测量广泛应用于环境监测、工业流程控制、医药卫生、科学研究和产品质量检验过程。电解质电导率国家计量基准的建立对于工、农业生产、科学研究和国防各部门都有重要价值，其中环境水质监测、电子工业用水水质评定是最为突出的应用例子。基准对于我国电导(率)仪的生产和正常运转起到了统一量值的作用。目前已在全国形成了一个较为完整的传递和溯源系统。</p>
<p><br />这个对使用者没有任何的意见，现在大家使用的都是标准物质中心生产的GBW(E)130198、GBW(E)130199的电导率标准溶液，目前有资质生产这个产品的有两个单位。两种氯化钾电导率标准溶液的相对扩展不确定度都为0.25％；一种用来校准仪器，一种用于测量电导率；根据测量的值比对标准物质中心提供的标准值，可以判断使用电导率仪仪器的准确。<br /></p>]]>
