<![CDATA[<br /><font size="4">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;对于国内市场来讲，中密度聚乙烯（MDPE）似乎还是个新名词，但由于其性能介于高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）和低密度<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%BE%DB%D2%D2%CF%A9">聚乙烯</span>（LDPE）两者之间，既保持了HDPE的刚性，又有LDPE的柔性、耐蠕变性，集两者优点于一身，在制造配气管、配水管、通讯和电缆护套方面占有绝对优势，因而越来越受市场关注。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />　　独特性能确立市场地位：MDPE因其良好的抗环境应力开裂性、焊接性和使用寿命长等，近年来应用发展迅速，用量增加很快，MDPE被认为是目前世界上通讯电缆、光纤光缆最合适用的护套材料。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />　　在国外，MDPE的开发是与LDPE和HDPE同步的。陶氏化学有限公司采用I nsite&nbsp;&nbsp;技术开发成功增强型&nbsp;&nbsp;PE树脂<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=DOW">DOW</span> LEX2344&nbsp;&nbsp;E，该树脂是一种十分稳定的MDPE，为乙烯-辛烯的共聚树脂，具有特殊的线型乙烯主链和辛烯支链，具有优越的韧性和杰出的长期耐水压性能。北欧化工公司开发出多种牌号的MDPE，广泛应用于天然气管、饮水管、发泡同轴电缆、发泡绝缘电话板、通讯和动力电缆护套的生产，其中采用北星双峰技术生产的PE100<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%CA%F7%D6%AC">树脂</span>成功地挤出了世界上最大直径为1600mm&nbsp;&nbsp;的管道。韩国三星公司开发出旋转成型级MDPE系列产品，主要用于化学品储罐、玩具、油箱、水箱。韩国SK公司在HDPE装置上，采用三井和Sclairtech两种<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B9%A4%D2%D5">工艺</span>，结合其优势，开发出旋转成型、<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B9%DC%B2%C4">管材</span>涂覆、注射成型、拉丝级MDPE产品。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />　　在欧洲，MDPE在配气和配水压力管市场上已确立了优势地位。在大直径配气管（外径100mm以上）、输气管（外径300mm以上）和配水管（外径200mm以上）领域，MDPE具有进入金属和聚氯乙烯领地的巨大潜力。仅在配水管方面，欧洲MDPE年用量为16万吨。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />　　国内研发步伐亟待加快：国内市场MDPE树脂发展滞后，面市产品不多，大多数电缆护套生产厂家只能采用共混方式完成。茂名石化和中原乙烯公司引进的全密度聚乙烯生产装置中都有MDPE牌号，如管材料DGDA-2401和用于旋转成型的DNDD-7152，但产量很少。燕化公司新引进EXXON化学公司的20万吨／年LDPE生产装置中有3个MDPE牌号(117、151、157)，密度值范围在0.9280g／cm～0.9355g／cm&nbsp;&nbsp;3，目前已生产出其中两个牌号117和151 产品600吨，但产品密度偏低，且非共聚物产品，耐环境应力开裂性能差，不适宜制作压力管如燃气管等。2004年上海石化公司投产的25万吨／年聚乙烯装置采用北欧化工双峰聚乙烯技术，可以生产PE100管材专用料，但产品分级工作也要到2004年能完成，这意味着我国目前所用原材料仍需进口。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />　　市场需求潜力可观：目前国内使用MDPE的领域有电线电缆护套料、水输送管道、埋地用燃气管道、农用浇灌软管（带）等，且用量需求越来越大。大多数厂家使用&nbsp;&nbsp;HDPE加LDPE生产MDPE通信电缆、光缆护套料，年产量在3万吨左右；燃气管原料要求具有良好的可焊接性、耐环境应力开裂性和耐开裂快速传递性，目前生产厂商均采用进口MDPE原料；农用浇灌软管（带）也是MDPE的应用领域之一，为了降低价格控制生产成本，目前这类厂家只有少数使用进口MDPE，多数采用国产&nbsp;&nbsp;LDPE和LLDPE，个别厂家加入少量HDPE共混以提高刚度；世界认最好的软管卷盘式自动喷灌机，是适合我国国情的一种喷灌机，该机上缠绕的&nbsp;&nbsp;PE软管不仅要承受弯曲、拉伸应力及内水压力等，而且还要耐地面摩擦、日晒雨淋、冷热交替等综合作用，国外开发出了MDPE管，使软管的使用寿命和喷灌机同步。我国八十年代中后期研制出了这种形式的喷灌机。而与之配套的质量上乘的MDPE软管尚未见有成功研制的报道，市场需求约在&nbsp;&nbsp;2万～3万吨／年。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />　　西部大开发中西气东输、西电东输工程的开发以及城市天然气输送管网、城乡输水燃气管网工程建设和我国农业大国的地位都为&nbsp;&nbsp;PE家族的新宠---&nbsp;&nbsp;MDPE及其制品描绘了一幅光辉的前景。但目前对于国内市场来说，国内用户无论从理性还是感性方面对MDPE&nbsp;&nbsp;的认识都很不够，但通过加大宣传和开发MDPE&nbsp;&nbsp;牌号的力度，相信&nbsp;&nbsp;MDPE在逐渐被人们认知的同时，也会为国家的建设和发展作出越来越突出的贡献。</font>]]>
