<title>练就火眼金睛识别“决策人”</title>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">当我们刚开始跟客户接触的时候，接待我们的不一定都是能&ldquo;拍板&rdquo;的人。虽然迫不得已，但是如果在他们身上消耗过多的时间和精力必然会丧失大好良机！所以，如何辨别对方的真实身份，对于业务新手来讲，似乎有些难度。即使是&ldquo;老手&rdquo;，在签单心切的情况下有时也会马失前蹄！</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">我有位江苏的朋友，做生意也有十来年，家产数百万，几年前开始涉足建筑装修行业。第一单业务是经朋友介绍的丰台区的一个项目，该单位的办公楼需要装修。遂马上跟甲方取得联系，并拿了图纸回来做预算。在此后接触的一个多月时间里，由于对该单位一个&ldquo;王总&rdquo;（后来才知道他根本做不了主）看走了眼，对此人奉若神明，请客送礼花了上万元，当时自我感觉良好，以为非他莫属，结果却眼睁睁地看着别人拿走了合同！欲哭无泪！</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">其实这种事情是可以避免的。通过我们对接触对象细微之处的观察就能发现一些蛛丝马迹！</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">例如：</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText"><font color="#0000ff" size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">有决策权力的人通常行为谨慎，举止稳重，不轻易发表肯定或否定的意见（不绝对），这是对方长期处于决策人地位练就的世故与圆滑！试想如果肯定你的产品，那就意味着即将购买，如果否定你的产品，又将会陷入无休止的争论当中，对方工作繁重，那有功夫招惹这种麻烦？所以，对于那些随便就出口肯定或否定的人你要多个心眼儿。还有就是那些拍着胸脯大包大揽的人，以及暗示你只要有好处就保你万事大吉的人，更是要慎重对待，很可能对方不过是酒囊饭袋而已！</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">另外还可以从侧面的观察来进行判断此人在单位内部的份量。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">他在接电话时候的语气神态如何？决策人经常会受理一些工作上的请示或汇报，也会指派或安排一些事情，语气比较坚定，处事也比较果断！等等！&hellip;&hellip;反而，如果对方凡事都要请示，经常被别人指派做些无关紧要的事情！或举止轻浮，口无遮拦，喜欢品头论足，摆谱显阔等等，都不是一个决策人应有的行为！</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">或者试探对方：&ldquo;徐经理，看您经验如此丰富，是不是经常接触我们的同行啊？以前咱们采购这类设备的时候一般都走那些程序呀？&rdquo;（如果对方不是主办人的话一般不会说得十分详细！由于你是内行，应该能听出一些端倪！）</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: blue"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<title>会说三句话让客户围你转</title>

<![CDATA[<span class="text_zx">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一直以来，不少业务新手通过网络和电话找到我，希望我传授所谓的业务经验.有时候我讲解半天，对方也没明白所以然，一方面我在检讨自己说的不够精练，另外一方面我又怪对方领悟能力太慢，这样的事情多了以后我也在反省，怎么样才能让每一个人都把营销做好？
<p>反思多次以后，我发觉其实我不需要讲太多，也不需要对方领悟太多，只要能说话，哪怕就会3句话，照样可以把营销做好.因为市场上的营销手段和技巧太多，但不管是哪种，核心问题只有3个，其余的话可以说，也可以不说，其余的话都是这3句话的补充。 </p>
<p>第一句：这是我们产品或我们需要XXX产品。（即介绍自己的目的） </p>
<p>第二句：我XXXX价格可以交易。（说出自己能承受的价格） </p>
<p>第三句：这是我们的联系方式，欢迎联系（把自己的卡片和联系方式留给对方） </p>
<p>说完这三句就可以走人了，如果对方对你的产品和服务有兴趣，邀请你继续交谈，后面的话就需要自己把握了，.（如果自己实在是能力有限，可以让他自己和公司里的人谈，一般来说这个单公司还会算你的） </p>
<p>对于不同的产品买或卖，都可以套这3句话，我把这种营销方式叫甩手式营销，这种营销特别适合刚入行的新手和入行很久的老手.这样的营销最大的优点就是快速，直接.可以在最短的时间判断客户有没有诚意，对于有诚意而且懂行的客户这招最灵。 </p>
<p>当然如何判断客户有没有诚意可以从他的眼神来看，至于如何看，还请大家自己揣摩.有必要告诉大家的是，无论谈什么话题目光都不要离开客户的面部，这是礼貌也是观察人的最好角度。</p>
<p>用这套的抓客户到底行不行？可能有人觉得这和大街上见人就发传单没什么两样，老实说确实如此，但如果这样的传单发到需要的客户手里，那赢来的就是定单，当然我不希望大家都去这样发，而是要发到自己认为的潜在客户群手里。 </p>
<p>对于我这种甩手式营销到底管不管用，我也和几个长期从事营销工作的几个前辈探讨过，，他们也认为其实真正懂行的客户不需要你介绍太多，因为他们知道自己需要什么，假如他们不需要你的服务和产品，哪怕你和他聊再久也是空谈.这也就是为什么人们觉得没怎么联系过的客户反而有单下，联系很久的一些客户却不下单的真正原因。 </p>
<p>对于那些能说会道的营销人员，客户们也见多了，那些夸夸其谈的招数对客户来说早就腻味了，办实事，说实话，说真话，是新时代营销人员应该谨记的.时间不一定都是金钱，但是对每一个人来说，都不想把它浪费在不相干的事情上.我们的客户也是如此。 </p>
<p>对于有些人问我，性格内向的人能不能做业务？我坦然的回答，只要敢和客户讲话，就可以干业务.对于那些不敢在客户面前说话的年轻业务员，我就无能为力了，因为虽然我是告诉大家说3句话就可以做好营销，但不等于只说这3句，因为前3句话是关键，后面的话在需要的时候还是要说的，前3句话是前提，后面的话虽然是补充，但也必须要在需要补充的时候能补充完美。 </p>
