<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一对螺杆有一个啮合点，而三根螺杆却有三个啮合点。即相当于三对双螺杆，因此剪切效率高、物料容易塑化。在实验颜料&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;颜料含量为15%的蓝色母粒时，抽出螺杆检验，看到物料在螺杆全长的中部就已完成塑化了，说明其塑化效果好。&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 二、密练功能、分散效果好&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 三根螺杆呈倒&ldquo;品&rdquo;字型排列，在中心区形成一个闭合空间。螺杆每转动一周，在同一截面该中心区空间通经面积由7.5平方毫米变到321平方毫米，变化三次即当压缩比为43倍螺杆转速为500转/分钟时，变化330500=45000次，如物料在机内停留20秒钟，则物料在机内将受到15000次强力积压和揉揣。因而被均匀塑化分散。所以该机是集密练和挤出为一体的分散性非常好的挤出机。实践证明生产碳黑母料时碳黑含量可达55%，低烟无卤阻燃电缆料氢氧化镁含量可达90%，PP或PE母料碳酸钙添加量可达85%以上效果很好。&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 三、产量高、能耗低&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 其产量是规格、同功率双螺杆挤出机的2倍。对生产相同数量的产品，所需要的人力、场地等成本成倍降低。并因其长径比短，主机功率、加热器等功率下降而节能。&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 四、排气性能好&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 该机的排气口没有任何物料积存，更无冒料、堵塞等现象，其原因是物料几乎都被吸入螺杆中心的蜜炼区，密练区就相当于一个熔体泵，因此不会冒料。所以该机可以达到很高的真空度，提高了产品的质量。&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 五、物料在机筒内停留时间短、不易被降解&nbsp; </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 该机的长径比短（现在是22，对于某些物料还可以短），22长径比相当于双螺杆的66长径比，物料在机筒内停留时间却可以缩短三分之一，因此，该机适合于热敏性和怕降解的物料。&nbsp; </span></strong></p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 下面着重讨论近年来得到广泛应用的复合管材、复合薄膜、平膜和流延膜、PVC芯层发泡复合管、板、异型材共挤出技术。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 复合管材共挤出</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 铝塑复合管集塑料和金属优点为一体，具有无毒、平滑、耐腐蚀、质地轻、强度高、耐热性能好、脆化温度低、安装方便、外观大方、使用寿命长等优点，可用于冷热水及饮用水管道、地面及地下暖气管道、煤气管道、石油化学工业中的腐蚀液体和腐蚀气体的输送，压缩空气输送以及食品工业中饮料、酒和牛奶等液体的输送等，在近期内有可能逐步取代镀锌管、铜管、塑胶管。在工业发达国家，铝塑复合管在管材中的占有率约为15%。该项技术1974年由英国工程师ItzhakBarnoach提出申请专利，而后荷兰Kitech公司、德国Unicor公司和克劳勃公司等对管材结构、加工设备和制造技术等方面进行了改进，使其性能不断得到完善，在20世纪90年代初开始在欧洲和澳洲进行商品化应用。我国在20世纪90年代中期开始引进铝塑复合管生产线的技术，开始进行铝塑复合管的生产和应用。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 铝塑复合管由5层（聚乙烯、热熔胶、铝箔、热熔胶、聚乙烯）组成，以交联聚乙烯(XLPE)为内外层，中间层为焊接铝管以增加管材的强度，在铝管的内外表面涂以胶粘剂与塑料层粘接，通过共挤工艺成型。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 平膜和流延膜共挤出</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 流延膜成型原理是将在挤出机中塑料熔体经T型模头挤出，直接进入水溶液或骤冷辊经冷却、牵引后制得流延膜。这种加工方法能够充分的发挥被加工材料的性能，而同时又能保持最佳的尺寸精度。大多数热塑性塑料薄膜都可以用流延法生产。尤其对半结晶型热塑性塑料更为合适。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 平膜挤出的成型原理是：将在挤出机中已经塑化均匀的塑料熔体从平膜机头挤出，经冷却辊接触而冷却固化，最后剪裁成一定宽度的膜，卷取成卷。共挤膜各层的结构可以是对称的或不对称的，当两层膜之间的粘附性能不佳时，就需要在两层之间加入一层很薄的粘结层，以提高热封性能和边界粘附性能。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 用于平膜和流延膜的共挤出机头有三种型式，即多流道共挤出机头、带喂料块共挤出机头以及多流道机头和喂料块组合的共挤出机头。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)多流道共挤出机头：由数台挤出机挤出的熔体从一个拥有多流道的机头进料端分别流入设定宽度及厚度的分流道中，各层熔体在机头口型内复合成型。</p>
<p>采用这种方法人们可以选择流动性和熔点相差较大的塑料原料制取复合制品。但复合层数不能太多，否则共挤出机头过于庞大。 <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)带共挤出喂料块的机头：由数台挤出机挤出的熔体经喂料块分流道，通过其内设置的熔体流率比调节阀和厚度调节栓调节，然后汇合进入衣架机头挤出成型。这种方法允许人们生产较多层数的复合薄膜，共挤出机头小巧而精密。其缺点是只有流动性和加工温度相近的塑料才能彼此复合，加工范围较窄。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)流道机头和喂料块组合的共挤出机头。它是由德国Reifenh妘ser公司开发的专门用来加工五层以上热敏性物料的共挤出机头。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 异型材共挤出</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 塑料异型材共挤出的目的就是要将不同性质的高聚物挤到同一型材的不同部位从而赋予型材特殊功能要求或是获得最佳的性能、价格比，从而使产品多样化或多功能化，以提高产品档次，并降低成本。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 异型材共挤工艺按共挤材料的成型状态可以分为前共挤和后共挤两类。前共挤是指两种材料在未完全成型的过程中实现复合成型；后共挤是指一种材料已完全成型之后，再与另一种材料实现复合成型。后共挤的优点在于能够利用废料，经济性较好。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 按挤出材质不同可以分为有机共挤和无机共挤两类。有机共挤包含同材质前共挤（如精细料与掺加回收料的前共挤）和不同材质前共挤（如PMMA与PVC前共挤）以及软硬PVC的后共挤；无机共挤可以分为铝塑复合共挤和钢塑复合共挤。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在此重点介绍后共挤挤出、铝塑复合异型材共挤出、钢塑复合异型材共挤出以及双色共挤出技术。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 后共挤(以下简称PCE)技术是20世纪80年代末期由奥地利人开发的一项具有革新性的先进成型技术，是共挤技术的最新发展。与传统的前共挤(以下简称FCE)技术比较，具有工艺简单、应用灵活、废品率低、易于回收、粘接强度可控等显著特点。目前该技术主要应用于制造带密封条的门窗用异型材。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 传统的FCE技术是一次成型技术。由两台以上的挤出机向同一成型模具挤出具有不同流变行为或不同颜色的熔融物料，这些熔体在成型模具中各自的流道内流动，然后在口模处汇合挤出，并在定型套中抽真空，冷却定型。在此过程中，由于熔体粘度和压力不同及流速的差异，各层物料在口模中汇合时，易产生不稳定层流，造成复合界面不规则、不均匀，出模后各层容易分离。此外，熔体粘度的差异还会使挤出熔体在真空冷却定型时，产生定型困难(如进入定型套时容易堵塞)，使得工艺过程较为复杂和难以控制。因此，如果要保证成型质量，就需要设计制造复杂的模具和熟练的操作技术。</p>]]>

            &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 利用风能、太阳能发电，虽清洁环保，但也存在发电不连续、不稳定的难题，通常作法是将电能储存起来延续使用。2005年，大连化物所与大连融科储能公司合作，成功研发国内首台10千瓦液流储能电池，2008年，成功组装具有国际先进水平的100千瓦液流储能电池系统。近日，融科储能公司又在储能电池的材料国产化和制造工艺上取得突破，实现产业化。<br />
            &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 大连融科储能技术发展有限公司副总经理 张华民：&ldquo;我们在电池设计，电池模块的组装方面克服了种种困难，能够实现小批量的生产。&rdquo;<br />
            &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 融科储能公司正在进行小批量生产的液流储能电池，属世界第二大&ldquo;全钒液流储能电池单模块&rdquo;。它的输出功率达260千瓦，可以储能500千瓦时，这些单模块组合在一起，就可以为兆瓦级风电厂储能。首批储能系统将于明年年初在风电厂试运行。<br />

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;从表1可以看出，与T91比较，T92的密度有所减小，强度和模量均有所提高或维持不变；最突出的是T92的剪切延伸率为15%，是T91的2-2.5倍，达到了PVC泡沫的量级（如常用的C70.55的剪切延伸率为16%），突破了传统PET泡沫&ldquo;脆&rdquo;的弱点。 <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;从表2和表3可以看出：与C70.55/C71.55比较，T92.100的压缩性能高于C70.55/C71.55，剪切性能基本一致；与C70.75/C71.75比较，T92.100的压缩和剪切性能低于C70.75/C71.75；T92.130的压缩性能高于C70.75/C71.75，剪切性能高于或等于C70.75/C71.75。</p>

            <p><strong>为什么要选择高性能空心玻璃微珠？</strong><strong> </strong></p>

            <p>空心玻璃微珠是很小的微粒，球型率大，具有滚珠轴承效应，能提高流动性，能降低树脂混合物的黏度和内应力。因此，在加工过程中复合材料动态生热少，能防止润滑不足和局部热分解，注塑时更容易挤出，所以能大量填充，不仅减少制品的缺陷，而且使生产效率提高15%-20%。</p>
            <p>(2)较高的树脂替代率</p>
            <p>空心玻璃微珠的球体微粒决定了其具有最小的比表面积及低吸油率，使得它在混合物中能够具有良好的分散性，很容易被压紧和融合，因此它具有很高的填充性能，可大大减少树脂的用量，增加填料的用量，有效减小VOC指标，同时也降低了成本。</p>
            <p>(3)降低制品的收缩性和曲翘性</p>
            <p>空心玻璃微珠各向同性和高填充量的特性，使制品尺寸稳定性非常高，能够减少收缩率和曲翘率，提高制品的平整度。若填充的空心玻璃微珠的粒径和比例适当时，树脂制品具有优良的特性，表现在：制品的韧性明显改善、弹性模量和抗弯曲性显著提高、表面硬度增强。此外，用空心玻璃微珠作填料提高了熔体破裂的临界剪切应力，加快填充改性材料的加工速度，提高生产效率。</p>
            <p>(4)体积成本更经济</p>
