                <li><strong>TPE與PVC發泡材料之比較</strong><br /><br />TPE：<br />TPE(Thermoplastic elastomer)為熱可塑性彈性體之簡稱，顧名思義，即是具備塑膠加工性的橡膠材料。而微細科技的CELLOMER環保瑜珈墊即採用主成份為軟質段聚丁二烯和硬質段聚苯乙烯嵌段結合而成的嵌段共聚物(styrene-butadiene-styrene block colpolymer, SBS)為主成份的複合材料，經由特殊的硫化技術而製成的發泡材料。由於在配方中不添加硫磺、硫化促進劑等化學助劑以及碳黑等對工廠作業人員的健康造成危害的添加劑，因此，CELLOMER TPE環保瑜珈墊的製造過程相當符合注重工安與環保之訴求。此外，藉由材料配方技術的調控，當本發泡材料有邊料或廢料產生時，可重覆添加、再生利用，因此不僅可節省廢棄物處理的費用，反而可讓這些廢料的剩餘價值發揮, 達到垃圾減量及永續經營的理念。 </li>

            <p>PVC：<br />至於以PVC為原料製造而成的瑜珈墊，由於要求質軟，因此必需在配方中添加大量的可塑劑，除了部份的可塑劑有致癌的疑慮外，這些可塑劑隨著時間會慢慢釋出至表面，因此對消費者而言在使用上有所不便且甚至對健康有所危害。此外，在加工過程所添加的重金屬類安定劑，若無法控制在要求的含量內，更是對健康造成傷害。而PVC的廢棄物處理上若採用燃燒方式的話，容易因不完全燃燒而產生戴奧辛，這物質更是對環境與人體健康造成巨大的影響。</p>
