                                                <td align="left" colspan="2"><font face="Verdana">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 主要说明变频器在接线、功率因数的改善、抗干扰、变频系统调试及一些应用中的注意事项。变频器的安装注意事项请注意变频器的说明书。<br />一&nbsp; 接线 <br />1&nbsp;主电路接线：R，S ，T为电源进线，U，V，W为电源出线。电缆选择按照变频器说明要求规格和线径。<br />2 控制电路接线<br />1) 模拟信号控制线:给定信号,反馈信号,输出频率和电流等模拟信号。这些弱电控制距离电力电源线至少100mm以上，且不可放在同一导线槽中，模拟信号的配线必须采用屏蔽线或双绞线，屏蔽层一头接地，一头悬空。<br />2）开关量控制线如起动，停止，点动，多档速控制，抗干扰较强，可允许不用屏蔽线，但距离远时，必须经过相关器件中转。控制电路配线和主电路配线相交时要成直角相交<br />3）大电感线圈在接通和断开的瞬间，在电路中回形成较高的浪涌电压，引起误动作，因此要采用阻容吸收电路。<br />二功率因数的改善<br />变频器输入电路的无功功率是有高次谐波电流产生的，因此功率因数较低，需要改善，一般在输入侧加入交流电抗器和直流回路加入直流电抗器。<br />◎在直流回路加入直流电抗器,可使功率因数提高到约0.95.<br />◎在输入侧加入交流电抗器,滤波效果略差, 功率因数提高到约0.75~0.85.<br />交流输入电抗器除滤波功能外,还有以下功能:<br />1,抑制输入电路中的浪涌电流<br />2,削弱电源电压不平衡的影响<br />3,抑止外界对变频器干扰(主要来自电源进线)<br />三变频系统调试及一些应用中的注意事项<br />变频系统的调试，总体上遵循&ldquo;先空载，继轻载，后重载&rdquo;的原则。<br />&nbsp;1，变频器的通电<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 变频器在通电时，一般输出端可先不接电动机，按说明书要求进行启/停的基本操作，观察变频器U，V，W电压是否平衡。<br />2．电动机空载<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 输出端接上电动机，电动机尽可能空载，通电调试，设置参数，运行，观察电动机的旋转方向，变频器U，V，W电压，电流等参数是否正常<br />3．电动机带载<br />电动机带载，按负载工艺等情况设置参数（有些参数要在运行调试中确定）进行试运转，观察运行情况，最终确定有效的参数值。<br />4．变频器使用中的一些问题<br />4.1 不能用输入侧的接触器辅助触点作为变频器外部运行的启动信号,易损坏变频器,缩短变频器内元件的寿命.<br />4.2 一台变频器带一台电动机时,不需要设置热继电器用于过载保护,因为变频器本身带有电子热继电器保护;当一台变频器带多台电动机(容量匹配)时,每一台电动机都需要设置热继电器用于过载保护。<br />4.3 转矩提升<br />&nbsp;&nbsp; 转矩提升的补偿应慢慢地从底到高补偿,寻找合适的补偿点,过补偿易应起过电流,边确认边调节。</font> </td>
