<![CDATA[<div style="text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt">驼背是老年人极为常见的一种生理现象，它给老人身体、心理都带来了严重的伤害，不仅影响人的体形美观，而且严重的驼背会导致胸廓变形，胸腔狭小，从而影响人的心脏功能、呼吸系统、消化系统功能等。一些医学专家发现，现实生活中，绝大多数的驼背老人并不是因病导致，而是由于生活习惯不好、缺乏足够、合理的锻炼所引起。也就是说，保持良好的生活习惯，老人可以轻轻松松防驼背。</span></div>
<div style="text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt">一方面，老人应该养成良好的生活习惯，从一点一滴做起，防止脊柱和肩背骨骼因为长期劳累而变形，故应少坐沙发，少下棋、打牌、打麻将。沙发由于弹性太强，老人躺坐时无形中会让脊柱成弧形，更加重驼背的形成；下棋或打牌需要久坐，而且姿势固定，身体容易前倾，易于驼背形成。偶尔长时间下棋、打牌后，有意识地给身体供点氧，比如坐坐扩胸运动，增加肺活量，增强细胞的携氧能力。</span></div>
<div style="text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt">另一方面，老人应该进行一些有意识的防驼背锻炼，使用靠背椅、健身器材等使脊柱、肩背骨骼得到适当锻炼。老人可以坐在靠背椅上，双手抓住椅背两侧，昂首挺胸，保持脊柱挺直，每次坚持</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">10</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">分钟左右，每天做</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">3</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">次；老人使用双杠锻炼脊柱、肩背骨骼也很有效，方法是背靠双杠中的一个杠杆，双手把持，身体适度后仰，有意识地矫正脊柱，防止前倾，此方法每天可做三四次。此外，老人即便是躺在床上，也能进行防驼背训练，譬如仰卧之时，在驼背突起处放一个枕头，身心放松，保持仰卧</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">5</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">～</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">10</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">分钟，休闲之时也达到了防止驼背的效果。</span></div>

	　　中医把人看作是一个开放的、复杂的巨系统来对待，这为中医研究亚健康提供了宏观的视角。以往中医在辨治亚健康病证表现方面，多从心、肝、肾三脏入手，注重气、血、痰、郁的调治，随着研究的深入，应以复杂系统科学理念推进亚健康学术的研究，建立新的辨治亚健康理论体系。把现代医学研究成果纳入中医领域并与之有机结合，改进诊断与治疗方法和手段，促进中医对亚健康认识的具体化、客观化、规范化。</p>

	　　中医认为健康的生活行为、工作方式是提高生命质量、预防亚健康和疾病的根本方法，主张饮食有节、起居有常、情志条畅、劳逸适度。《素问&middot;上古天真论》云：&ldquo;虚邪贼风，避之有时，恬淡虚无，真气从之，精神内守，病安从来。&rdquo;告诉人们应注意生活起居，保持良好的心境状态，则可以防病保健。这些论述为中医调治亚健康提供指导。</p>
