<![CDATA[&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 渠县是一个典型的农业大县，也是国家商品粮、省黄花、柑桔生产基地县，辖60个乡镇、543个村（社区），总人口138万，农业人口116.09万，农村劳动力54.7万个。2007年年末耕地86.85万亩，农作物播种面积231.6万亩，其中：粮食（含秋洋芋）种植170.02万亩，总产53.25万吨；经济作物种植61.58万亩（黄花4万、油菜19.1万、花生10.5万、蔬菜20.59万，其它7.39万），水果13.5万亩，产值达7.9亿多元。全年农业总收入43.4亿元，农民人均纯收入3473元，同比增加350元。 <br />　　近年来，渠县县委、县政府高 度重视农业农村工作。把渠县建成&ldquo;川东特色农业大县&rdquo;作为未来三五年奋斗的&ldquo;四大目标&rdquo;之一。通过一年打基础，二年见成效，三年上台阶，认真打好&ldquo;黄花牌&rdquo;&ldquo;柑桔牌&rdquo;&ldquo;现代牌&rdquo;；以建设现代农业示范园区、培育壮大龙头企业、发展农村专合组织&ldquo;三驾马车&rdquo;为抓手，逐步实现集约化经营、规模化经营和产业化经营；突出抓好主导品种、主推技术和主体培训，加快农业结构调整步伐，拓展了农业发展新领域新途径，提升了农业自主创新能力和支撑保障能力，加强农业基础建设，积极发展现代农业，实现了粮食增产、农业增效、农民增收，助推了社会主义新农村建设，农业生产呈现出较好的发展态势。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 【渠县特色经济作物黄花】渠县黄花种植历史悠久，在渠县已有2000年种植历史，到20世纪70年代，渠县黄花种植面积达10万亩，总产1.5万吨，达历史顶峰；后由于市场变化等多种原因，面积和产量下降，从2000年以来，特别是近两年，县委、政府高度重视黄花生产，以实施&ldquo;万亩优质黄花示范基地&rdquo;为切入点，打造&ldquo;渠县西部黄花种植带&rdquo;，从品种培育、反季节和再生栽培以及保鲜加工等方面下功夫，实现一季黄花&ldquo;四季鲜活&rdquo;目标，努力打好&ldquo;黄花牌&rdquo;，发展&ldquo;黄花经济&rdquo;，面积和产量逐年回升，2007年，全县有19个乡镇156个村种植黄花，面积达4万亩，产鲜花2.8万吨（折合干花4000吨），产值达6000万元。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 渠县黄花品质独特，1982年在全国黄花产销经验会上，全国2 0个省市110名代表、专家、学者评价渠县黄花&ldquo;加工考究无污染，色泽黄润鲜明，香气浓馥，肉质肥硕，条干粗长，嫩脆爽口，色、香、味俱佳&rdquo;，渠县地方品种&ldquo;渠县花&rdquo;在&ldquo;全国十一个主要地方品种&rdquo;评比中其营养含量、百条重和产量名列第一；据四川省营养协会测定，渠县黄花含有较高的Vc、VB2、VE、&beta;-胡萝卜素、赖氨酸、植物多糖等营养保健成分，是一种高营养及保健型花卉蔬菜食品，渠县地方早熟品种&ldquo;武坪早&rdquo;具有早熟、质优等特点，比主栽品种&ldquo;渠县花&rdquo;早采摘15天，花蕾通透嫩绿，粗细均匀适中，卖相极佳。 <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 渠县黄花荣获诸多殊荣，1993年12月由国家农业部在泰国曼谷主办的&ldquo;93中国优质农产品及科技成果展览&rdquo;会上，渠县黄花荣获金奖；在&ldquo;中国西博会&rdquo;上渠县黄花次次荣获金奖和&ldquo;名优农产品&rdquo;称号，其生产基地和产品分别是&ldquo;全国无公害农产品生产基地&rdquo;和&ldquo;全国无公害农产品&rdquo;，渠县成为&ldquo;四川省十个重点花卉生产基地&rdquo;；渠县黄花生产区是全国第四批农业标准化示范区。 <br />　　【渠县优质柑桔】渠县柑桔栽培已形成了&ldquo;一带两片&rdquo;的种植格局，&ldquo;一带&rdquo;即巴河流域和华莹山柑桔带，涉及文崇、丰乐、三汇、双土、琅琊等20个乡镇。&ldquo;两片&rdquo;即 三板片和宝城片，三板片以三板乡为中心辐射岩峰、巨光、万寿、板桥、渠北等7个基地乡镇；宝城片以宝城镇为中心辐射宋家、拱市等5个基地乡镇。柑桔作为全县农业生产优势作物和农村经济发展主导产业，2007年，全县柑桔高接换种5000亩，改树5万株，建柑桔新品种展示园110亩，新植柑桔营养钵大苗9600株，新植和间伐柑桔良种果苗2000亩，16000株，建立柑桔营养钵育苗基地75亩，完成12万株枳橙砧木苗的嫁接，全县柑桔面积已达10.96万亩，产量6.8万吨，产值11828万元，占全县农业收入的8%。甜橙类5.45万亩,品种主要有锦橙、脐橙、地方甜橙，产量3.57万吨，产值6074万元，分布在三板、万寿、三汇、琅琊、宝城等乡镇；柑类1.88万亩，产量1万吨，产值1690万元，分布在李馥、板桥、三板、三汇等乡镇；桔类2.01万亩，产量1.58万吨，产值2084万元，分布在文崇、汇南、丰乐、三汇等乡镇；杂交柑1.2万亩，产量0.4万吨，产值1040万元，分布在卷硐、双土、三板、汇北等乡镇；柚类0.42万亩，产量0.25万吨，产值940万元，分布在巨光、三板、鹤林等乡镇。 <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />]]>

<title>糖醋黄花鱼</title>

<![CDATA[　黄花鱼以肉嫩味鲜而出名，加上刺少肉多，易于消化吸收，因此很适合老人、孩子和病人食用。糖醋黄花鱼是琳琳的拿手菜，她用这道菜收买了朋友们的胃口，尤其不爱吃鱼的小朋友一尝便会喜欢上。琳琳说，黄花鱼的做法多样，除了可糖醋外，还有红烧、煨汤、清蒸或煎炸等烹调之法。

<p>　　材料：黄花鱼(2条，350克)、蒜(1头)、葱(3根)、姜(1小块)</p>
<p>　　糖醋酱汁：山西陈醋(8汤匙)、海天铁强化金标生抽王(4汤匙)、白糖(2汤匙)、生粉(1汤匙)、鸡粉(1/2汤匙)、清水(2汤匙)</p>
<p>　　调料：油(1碗)、盐(1汤匙)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>做法:</p>
<p>　　1　洗净膛好的黄花鱼，在鱼背两面各划三刀，洒入1汤匙盐抹匀，腌制20分钟。</p>

<p>　　2、可用厨房纸吸干鱼身上的水分，放入锅内油炸时就不会溅起油花，以致烫伤手。</p>
<p>　　3、黄花鱼以大小适中为宜，将其油炸至干身呈金黄色，吃起来口感更佳。</p>
<p>　　4、用大葱代替青葱，可使煮好的糖醋酱汁更好吃；煮酱汁时应顺一个方向轻搅，煮至沸腾便可。</p>
<p>　　5、黄花鱼有健脾开胃、安神止痢、益气填精、健脾暖中的功效，对贫血、失眠、头晕、食欲不振及妇女产后体虚有良好的疗效。</p>

                        <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 黄花，又名金针菜、忘忧草、安神菜等，而其最古老的名称叫萱草。是观赏、食用和医用为一生的著名三栖花卉。据说人们遇到多大的优愁，只要吃了黄花，就会烟消云散。历代文人黑客和医学家为黄花下了赞美的诗句。如华佗对黄花之容形写照：&ldquo;慢道农家无宝玉，遍地黄花皆是金。&rdquo;民代医学家李时珍在《本草钢目》中对黄花的功效作了高度的评价，谓其具有：安神、醒脑、增智、宽胸、美颜、养血、解毒、清热、除寒、通乳之功效。民间常把黄花与木耳、猴头菌齐头并列为席上珍品。《本草图经》载：&ldquo;黄花菜安五脏、利心神、明目疗愁。&rdquo;民间多用黄花菜炖母鸡汤，服之令人镇静、解忧。相传唐代武则天对黄花菜情有独钟，指名要四川渠县的黄花作为贡品供她享用。武则天每天吃一小碗黄花银耳羹，到了晚年，肌肤仍光滑细腻，容颜婉若风华正茂的少女一般。这与黄花具有的活血养血、安神增智、清热解毒的功效分不开。现代医学研究证明，黄花具有较好的健脑益智、抗衰防老之功能，对降低血清胆固醇效果很好。近年来发现黄花根还具有抗结核和治疗血吸虫病的作用。&nbsp;</p>
                        <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 黄花的营养价值很丰富，每百克中含蛋白质14.1克、脂肪1.1克、碳水化合物62.6克,钙463毫克磷肥173毫克以及多种维生素,特别是胡罗卜素的含量很高,每百克中3.44克,为蔬菜之冠.黄花还含有人体不能自身合成的8种氨基酸、脑灵素以及SOS物质，有较好的抗氧化还原和健脑、盒智、安神、抗惊厥、延缓衰老及美容作用，对患有脑溢血、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、神经官能的中老年人无疑是一味不可多得的优良美食。日本科学家列举了8种健脑食品，把黄花列为首位，它称为&ldquo;健脑菜&rdquo;。日本、韩国、等东南亚国家还掀起了食黄花的热潮。 </p>

<title>地震感悟</title>

<div id="firstpost"><font size="4">5.12下午2点多，在上课时，可以说一点感觉都没有。5点多，一同学说，2点半好象发生地震了。我想抽他：&ldquo;你开什么玩笑？！怎么可能有地震？还火山呢！&rdquo;<br />到家很晚，也没看新闻，就写作业了。想起9点多大叔代班的节目，准备听听。一听才知道，果然地震了！更让膛目结舌的是：在四川！！！！！汶川发生7.8级大地震！天！一看地图，我老家在汶川旁边&mdash;&mdash;德阳！忙像疯子一样打电话。可结果都是：&ldquo;您所拨打的电话暂时无法接通&hellip;&hellip;&rdquo;每5分钟打一次。后来，在当晚11点多，家人打电话来了，报平安了。我的家人没事，每一个都很安全。在重庆的家人也没事。我的心沉下来了。在四川的朋友们，也都没事。小四，张昕、一诗人，刘佳宁&hellip;&hellip;都很安全。。。 <br />后面几天一直在关注新闻。心里很酸，眼泪止不住地往下流。看着那些一个个被救出的人们，我的心和他们一样激动。而那些至今仍被埋的群众？已经快5天了。人的生存极限早已到。还有那些至今生死未卜的人们？他们又怎么办？还有那些失去父母的孤儿，那些失去孩子的父母？天灾太恐怖了。想着以前繁荣的家乡四川。如今很多地方已成一片废墟。现在，我家德阳那已经有7049死亡；6200人被埋；21020人受伤；26000人被困。 而人数还在不断增加。<br />我想，我们现在也只能尽我们的绵薄之力，去帮助他们。去为他们祈祷。中国人团结起来，坚强起来！共同去面对这次灾难！</font></div>
