New live-event coming to the game November 18-December 1, giving players early access to new content.
Players of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning have a couple of new features to look forward to. The Heavy Metal quest—a live, in-game event—will run from November 18 until December 1 and it needn't new Warhammer CD Key. Players who complete the quests associated with the Heavy Metal event will gain access to new careers a full week before they are available to the general public.

There's a new philosophy in World of Warcraft Power leveling, when it comes to who you should bring on your raids. In short, as the headline says: pick the players you like, not the classes and specs you need. In all of WoW power leveling until this point, there have been certain specs that were virtually required in various parts of the various raids. Which specs these were has changed with time, but think of Shadow Priests' mana battery capabilities, or stacking Shamans to get many Heroisms/Bloodlusts. To be a cutting-edge raid it was simply required to prioritize "correct" raid composition over other factors. Yes, your players needed to know how to play their class, but beyond that, you took what was needed for the fights you were doing. And you took a Warrior main tank, generally speaking.
All that is set to change forever in just nine days. Now the classes are much more interchangeable with each other than before in the process of World of Warcraft powerleveling . Some prominent buffs have been nerfed, and in one notable case, distributed: Shadow Priests, Survival Hunters, and Retribution Paladins all give mana back with Replenishment. In general there is more than one class that can provide most types of buffs and debuff. Also, many buffs that used to be group-wide are now raid-wide, such as Paladin auras and Shaman totems. This makes it much more likely that picking two tanks, three healers, and five DPSers out of a grab bag will get you decent coverage on buffs and debuffs.
Personally, I find this a very exciting trend. That might just be because I mostly play hybrid classes, but honestly, six out of ten classes are not pure DPS classes when we do WOW powerleveling, which at least to some extent qualifies them as hybrids. After all, this game is about fun, and I never have more fun than when I'm playing with friends. We shouldn't have to choose between fun and success.

What's it like to level a Priest in WoW?

There are lots of reasons you might want to play a Priest. Perhaps you like the idea of smiting your enemies (sure, you can pick fights with any class, but you have to be a Priest to do any literal smiting). Perhaps you want to melt faces (no class does it better!). Perhaps you want to help your groupmates by providing healing (Vampiric Embrace is healing, right?). Or maybe you enjoy the god-like feeling of being completely in control of which members of your party live or die.
Priests aren't the fastest levelers, no matter how you spec them. When you do WoW power leveling 40, you'll find your Priest to kill and advance more slowly than average. After World of Warcraft Power leveling 40, a Shadow Priest can pick up shadowform -- and the increase in both damage and survivability results in a noticeable improvement in wow powerleveling speed. However, even if you want to stick with a healing build, healing Priests have the abilities (and talent options) to solo at a reasonable pace. (It's still slower than average, but it's completely doable.)
A healing Priest may also be able to do a good amount of Wrath of the Lich King Power Leveling in dungeons or in groups, which you may find faster and more efficient than wow powerleveling solo. However, this is completely dependent on the quality of the group –WOTLK Power Leveling up with friends will be fast and fun, while World of Warcraft powerleveling up with PuGs will be slow and agonizing.
