    江海联片整治 蛏苗又养殖起来了

    “我算是老泉州人了。”现年76岁的泉州市新华小区居民王良意说，“这几年泉州面貌变化很大，不仅城区面积扩大，城市环境也改善了很多，你看那宽敞的温陵路两侧，成千上万棵芒果举手可及。以前，要找个散心的地方都要想半天，现在东湖、西湖、中山、大坪山、芳草园、石笋、俞大猷公园和市民广场相继建成，加上道路两边绿化景观带的美化，走到哪儿，心里都觉得舒畅。”

    “久违了！这样的环境。”石狮市蚶江镇水头村村支书王建源感叹地说。

    原来，作为晋江的出海口之一，各地支流汇集水头村，由于近海自然资源丰富，过去这里是全国最大的蛏苗生产基地。正常的年景，全村的养蛏收入可达四五千万元。

    然而，随着近海水域环境污染日益严峻，从1994年起，村民的养蛏面积和产量逐年下降，至2004年，水头村蛏苗颗粒无收。同时，污染也殃及其他养殖品种，如牡蛎、花蛤、青蟹、紫菜等时不时发生大面积死亡和腐烂，全村每年损失三四千万元。

    如今，经过两年来的整治，水质有了明显改善，蛏苗又养殖起来了。

    据了解，去年以来，晋江、洛阳江流域与近海水域水环境整治继续齐头并进，水污染防治“江海连片”整治效应取得了实效。晋江流域省控断面Ⅲ类水质达标率保持100%，近海水域水质功能区达标率50%，泉州市区及各县（市）集中式饮用水源水质达标率高于96%。

    近日，该考试英语专家委员会的部分专家和关心考试的翻译行业内的其他专家对考试的英文名称提出了更改建议，他们认为，使用“Aptitude”，强调测试的是翻译人员的“水平”，作为国家级的职业资格考试，更宜采用“Accreditation”，强调通过考试对翻译人员的能力进行“认证”。

    中国外文局考试办公室决定采纳上述建议，于2008年将该考试的英文名称更改为“China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters”, 英文缩写仍为CATTI，并已报人事部专业技术人员管理司备案。

　　早报讯（记者林福龙）昨日，第十一届海博会落下帷幕。四天展期共达成意向成交额60.7亿元，比上届增长12%%。

　　本届海博会主展区新纳入服装城二期两个交易区，由原来的“四区二馆”扩大到“六区二馆”。参展企业在积极采取措施保持外贸交易量的基础上，积极开拓国内市场，增加国内市场供应，因此，本届海博会的意向成交额继续保持增长势头。初步统计，四天展期共达成意向成交额60.7亿元，比上届增长12%%，其中服装类成交27.92亿元、占46%%，面辅料成交14.57亿元、占24%%，服装机械成交11.53亿元、占19%%，服装CAD成交4.86亿元、占8%%，服装资讯成交1.82亿元、占3%%；签订投资合作项目9个，投资总额1.9亿美元；举行重大项目奠基6个。

　　四天展期共吸引了观众13万人次，其中，来自国（境）内外的专业客商达1.5万人，他们分别来自美国、欧洲、日韩、中东、东南亚等50多个国家和地区。本次盛会，在两岸合作、信息交流、趋势发布、品牌推介、投资招商、城市协作、贸易出口等方面取得显著突破，实现展览效益的最大化。

　今年的鞋博会，紧扣主题“品牌晋江，助跑奥运”

　晋江现有印刷企业500多家，产值40多亿，占全省印刷包装产业产值的23%。业内人士估计，随着晋江及周边地区产业发展，由此每年产生的市场需求将达上百亿。此外，国内其他地区还有一批实力雄厚的晋江籍印刷业巨子，包括台湾印刷工业协会会长吕进发、香港印刷业商会会长杨金溪等。鞋博会期间，他们都回乡实地考察了晋江印刷业的发展环境，纷纷表示愿意来此投资创业。其中由杨金溪投资的金鹰（福建）印刷有限公司，前日已在泉州出口加工区奠基。

　“这些乡亲的投资，将为晋江印刷业带来更加科学的管理理念，推动印刷包装业长足发展，同时对其他相关产业起到积极带动辐射作用。”晋江市长李建辉如是期待。

　本届鞋博会以“品牌晋江，助跑奥运”为主题，招商引资项目共32项，总投资额66292万美元，涵盖印刷业、玩具业、制鞋业、纺织服装业、保税物流、供水等配套服务第三产业服务贸易领域，投资项目涉及菲律宾、马来西亚、香港、澳门、新加坡、印尼等国家和地区。昨日上午签约项目共8项，总投资额21388万美元，合同外资6526万美元，另有科技创新签约项目6个。

　福建省人民政府、中国贸促会、中国轻工业联合会共同主办了本届鞋博会。中国轻工业联合会会长陈士能、省政府副省长叶双瑜，以及马达加斯加、乌拉圭驻华大使等上千海内外嘉宾出席盛会。

　鞋博会展览面积4万平方米，设置1600个国际标准展位，在鞋机、鞋材、鞋类成品馆三大传统展区的基础上，首次设立中小企业精装区，首次布设“中国体育城市———晋江”综合展馆、欧洲鞋业时尚展区。

圣火取种阶段：

　　2008年3月25日：在希腊奥林匹亚按照传统仪式取得北京奥运圣火；

　　2008年3月25-30日：进行希腊境内的火炬接力活动；

　　2008年3月30日：在希腊泛雅典体育场（1896年第一届现代奥运会会场）举行圣火交接仪式；

　　2008年3月31日：在北京举行迎圣火进入中国及火炬接力启动仪式。
