<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.使用二氧化碳气体保护焊,可以减少飞溅:它是利用二氧化碳气体热物理性能的特殊性，使用常规焊接电源时，焊丝端头熔化金属不可能形成平衡的轴向自由过渡，通常需要采用短路和熔滴缩颈爆断、因此，与MIG焊自由过渡相比，飞溅较多。但如采用优质焊机，参数选择合适，可以得到很稳定的焊接过程，使飞溅降低到最小的程度。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.二氧化碳气体保护焊,可以降低成本,提高焊接质量:由于CO2气比空气重,因此从喷嘴中喷出的CO2气可以在电弧区形成有效的保护层,防止空气进入熔池,特别是空气中氧等有害物质的影响.熔化电极(焊丝)通过送丝滚轮不断的送进,与工件之间产生电弧,在电弧热的作用下,熔化焊丝和工件形成熔池,随着焊枪的移动,熔池凝固形成焊缝,再加上二氧化碳保护气体价格低廉，采用短路过渡时焊缝成形良好，加上使用含脱氧剂的焊丝即可获得无内部缺陷质量焊接接头。这种焊接方法目前已成为黑色金属材料最重要焊接方法之一。</p>

<![CDATA[元素符号O，原子序数8，原子量15.9994，外围电子排布2S<sup>2</sup>2p<sup>4</sup>，位于第二周期第ⅥA族。原子共价半径66皮米，离子半径O<sup>2-</sup>132皮米，第一电离能1314kJ/mol，电负性3.5。氧元素有两种同素异形体，氧气O2和臭氧O3。氧分子有明显的顺磁性，这是因为O2分子是由一个&sigma;键和两个三电子&pi;键构成的，两个三电子&pi;键有两个未成对电子，所以O2 是顺磁性的。氧气在通常状况下为无色、无臭、无味的气体，密度1.429克/升(气)，1.149g/cm<sup>3</sup>(液)、1.426g/cm<sup>3</sup>(固)。熔点-218.4℃、沸点-182.962℃。主要氧化数为-2，在氟化氧中为+2，在过氧化物中为-1。液氧呈淡蓝色，固态氧为蓝色晶体。微溶于水，在水中溶解度为4.89毫升/100毫升水(0℃)。由于离解能较大(498.1kJ/mol)，所以常温下氧气化学性质不甚活泼，高温下化学性质很活泼，能与大多数元素化合生成一种或一种以上氧化物或过氧化物。有氧化性是重要的氧化剂。纯氧大量用于金属熔炼、精炼、焊接、切割和表面处理过程。在化学工业上常用纯氧强化生产过程。液体氧用作致冷剂，也是高能燃料的氧化剂。它和锯屑、煤粉的混合物是液氧炸药。纯氧也用于航空、潜水和医疗中。天然存在的氧由16O(99.759％)、17O(0.037％)、18O(0.204％)三种同位素组成。在地壳中的丰度为49.5％，占第一位。大部分以水、氧化物、硅酸盐的形式存在。干燥空气中含20.946％体积的氧气。在1773年瑞典的舍勒分解硝酸盐和利用浓硫酸与二氧化锰反应制得氧气。1774年英国的普利斯特里加热氧化汞制得氧气。工业上用分馏液体空气制得，也可用电解水制得较纯的氧气。实验室常用氯酸钾与二氧化锰(催化剂)混合加热制取。]]>

            <p>2.乙炔的爆炸</p>
            <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 乙炔与空气能形成爆炸性的混合物。乙炔在空气中的爆炸极限是3%～81%（体积分数）。从乙炔的爆炸极限中可以看出，乙炔构成的爆炸混合物的组成范围比其他烃类要大得多。乙炔不仅能与空气形成爆炸混合物，在受到外界的压力时也不稳定。液态乙炔受到震动时就会分解，发生爆炸，并放出大量的热。</p>

            <p>乙炔在燃烧时发出明亮的火焰，这是由于在燃烧时有一部分碳氢化合物裂化成细微分散的碳颗粒，这些微小的碳粒受到灼热而发出光。所以，乙炔曾作为照明气使用。</p>

            <p>4.乙炔的加成反应</p>
            <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 乙炔在结构上的特点是具有C&equiv;C三键，它跟烯烃一样，能与卤素、卤化氢、H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>等发生加成反应，反应历程也相似，都属于亲电加成反应。但是，乙炔与上述亲电试剂的加成反应要比乙烯困难一些，反应的速率也要慢一些。例如，乙炔与溴水反应比乙烯与溴水的反应要慢。将乙烯通入溴水，很快就会使溴水褪色，这方面的实验事实往往会使人们感到不易理解。从表面上看，乙炔分子中有两个&pi;键，而乙烯分子中只含有一个&pi;键。因此，人们常常会错误地认为：由于乙炔比乙烯的不饱和程度高，乙炔应该比乙烯更活泼，更容易发生加成反应。从数量上看，乙炔分子确实比乙烯分子多一个&pi;键，但要从&pi;键的强度来看，乙炔分子中的&pi;键的强度要比乙烯分子中&pi;键的强度大。因此，乙炔分子中的&pi;键在发生加成反应时不易断裂，反应速率也就显得较慢。这样的结果是由于乙烯分子和乙炔分子中碳原子的杂化轨道的不同而引起的。虽然在乙烯和乙炔的分子中都具有&pi;键，但在乙炔分子中，碳原子是以sp杂化轨道成键的。由于sp杂化轨道中的s电子成分比sp<sup>2</sup>杂化轨道中的s电子成分多，使得碳碳键的键长变短（在乙烯分子中，C＝C的键长为0.134 nm；在乙炔分子中，C&equiv;C的键长为0.120 nm），这就意味着乙炔分子中的两个p轨道侧面重叠较多。我们知道，键的强度与电子云重叠的程度有关。重叠程度越大，键的强度也越大。因此，乙炔分子中&pi;键的强度要比乙烯分子中&pi;键的强度大。</p>
            <p>5.乙炔的弱酸性</p>
            <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在有机化学中，通常研究到一类物质的酸性。虽然它们并不能使酸碱指示剂变色，也不能中和碱溶液，但它们有失去H+的趋势。乙炔和其他炔烃就是这样一类物质。</p>
            <p>例如，将乙炔通入银氨溶液或亚铜氨溶液中，会分别析出白色的乙炔银和红棕色的乙炔亚铜沉淀。</p>

<title>氩气的理化性质</title>

<![CDATA[<p>氩气 <br />氩是目前工业上应用很广的稀有气体。它的性质十分不活泼，既不能燃烧，也不助燃。在飞机制造、造船、原子能工业和机械工业部门，对特殊金属，例如铝、镁、铜及其合金和不锈钢在焊接时，往往用氩作为焊接保护气，防止焊接件被空气氧化或氮化。 <br /><br />在金属冶炼方面，氧、氩吹炼是生产优质钢的重要措施，每炼1t钢的氩气消耗量为1～3m3。此外，对钛、锆、锗等特殊金属的冶炼，以及电子工业中也需要用氩作保护气。 <br /><br />在空气中含有的0.932%的氩，沸点在氧、氮之间，在空分装置上塔的中部含量最高，叫氩馏分。在分离氧、氮的同时，将氩馏分抽出，进一步分离提纯，也可得到氩副产品。对全低压空分装置，一般可将加工空气中30%～35%的氩作为产品获得(最新流程已可将氩的提取率提高到80%以上)；对中压空分装置，由于膨胀空气进下塔，不影响上塔的精馏过程，氩的提取率可达60%左右。但是，小型空分装置总的加工空气量少，所能生产的氩气量有限，是否需要配置提氩装置，要视具体情况确定。 <br /><br />氩气为惰性气体,对人体无直接危害。但是，如果工业使用后，产生的废气则对人体危害很大，会造成矽肺、眼部损坏等情况。 <br /><br />虽然是惰性气体，同时也是窒息性气体，大量吸入会产生窒息。生产场所要通风，并且，从事与氩气有关的技术人员，每年定期进行职业病体检，确保身体健康。 <br /><br />氩本身无毒，但在高浓度时有窒息作用。当空气中氩气浓度高于33%时就有窒息的危险。当氩气浓度超过50%时，出现严重症状，浓度达到75%以上时，能在数分钟内死亡。液氩可以伤皮肤，眼部接触可引起炎症</p>
