<p>无论您是国家干部、公务员、军人、公安干警、教师、工人、在校学生、下岗职工，只要您有一点电脑基础知识就可参与，没有任何一个国家和个人会阻止您做一名消费者！电子商务是利用互联网进行的消费行为和商务活动，是一种公平、公开、快捷、无国界、无时差的活动！</p>
<p>利用市场倍增学原理的并不都是直销。我国直销条例规定有一些人员是不可以经营直销事业的，但他们一样可以享用直销公司的优质产品，行使合理、合法与生惧来的消费权利。</p>
<p>现今在我国的直销制度几乎都是销售型制度，是销售者产生消费者；电子商务是消费型制度，是消费者产生消费者。</p>
<p>直销是把西方的过去搬到我国的现在，直销是工业时代产物已经有50多年的发展历史。电子商务是现今信息时代产物，是新兴的朝阳产业，电子商务是把世界的现在和未来带到我国！</p>
<p>直销仅是商业运作中的一个小行业，目前在已开展直销行业的国家中，其所占的GDP总值的比例都是微不足道的（在中国尚不足千分之三），电子商务虽然只是个婴儿，但现在已占全球贸易额的近二分之一，其发展空间不可估量。</p>
<p>直销是有形实物，是物流，是地面的专卖点，有地界和时间的限制，需要进货 、存货和送货，是工业时代的车速。电子商务是无形的信息流，是空中的的社区，无国界和时差之限制，是一种消费信息在人们中传递，是信息时代的光速。</p>
<p>直销是实物营销管道，随着越来越多的企业参与，竞争将愈演愈烈，加上诸多不稳定的因素，直销市场将越发拥挤。电子商务是电子复合的消费管道，坚实而长久。加上电子商务的无限市场空间，会使电子商务的道路越走越宽。</p>
<p>直销是复制别人的文化，而这种文化几乎都是少数个人的成功经验堆积而成，用销售者复制销售者。今天已进入消费时代，不能不快速&ldquo;复制&rdquo;出消费者，这样的系统是不健全的。电子商务是在创造自己的文化，其价值观文化将高于操作技巧，应具有很强的容纳性和独立性。</p>
<p>我国社会及民众对直销的认同极低，销售行业本身在中国就是一个有着体面收入的不体面行业，加之非法传销和媒体负面报道的影响，使民众对直销多采取躲避的态度，而电子商务是新生事物，民众对电子商务充满了好奇和憧憬。</p>
