<title>我的时间管理</title>

<![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 最近看了一些关于时间管理的文章，自己也对时间管理有了初步的认识，在这里写一下自己的感受，跟大家分享一下。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 算然说是时间管理，我还是要提一下关于目标和计划，一个人如果不知道自己想要什么，肯定也不知道自己要做什么。所以先确定自己想要什么，再去列出自己要达到这个目标需要做什么。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 先分析一下自己把时间都浪费在什么地方了，做一下时间列表，看看自己是不是经常花很长时间去做一些无意义的事情。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 然后，把要做的事情列出来，根据重要性排序。事情今本上分为：既紧急有重要，重要不紧急，紧急不重要，既不紧急也不重要四类。有一些事情是很重要的，如学习一项技术或语言，建立人际关系，养成一个好的习惯等，但这些事情往往是对自己长期发展非常有好处的，这样就不是很紧急，我们往往就会往后拖，时间长了也没有做好。<font size="4"><strong>学会如何让重要的事情变的紧急，是高效的开始。给自己预约自己的时间，别让它们被别人占据。</strong>用你80%的时间来做20%最重要的事情。</font></p>
<p><font size="2"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><font size="1"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong>另外，打扰是第一时间大盗。</font><font size="1">日本专业的</font><a title="统计数据" href="http://wiki.mbalib.com/wiki/%E7%BB%9F%E8%AE%A1%E6%95%B0%E6%8D%AE"><font size="1">统计数据</font></a></font><font size="1">指出：&ldquo;人们一般每8分钟会收到1次打扰，每小时大约7次，或者说每天50-60次。平均每次打扰大约是5分钟，总共每天大约4小时，也就是约50%的工作时间（按每日工作8小时计），其中80%（约3小时）的打扰是没有意义或者极少有价值的。同时人被打扰后重拾起原来的思路平均需要3分钟，总共每天大约就是2.5小时。根据以上的统计数据，可以发现，每天因打扰而产生的时间损失约为5.5小时，按8小时工作制算，这占了工作时间的 68.7%。所以</font><font size="4">， <strong>集中自己的时间，由零星而集中，成为连续的时间段。</strong></font><font size="2">假如你每天能有一个小时完全不受任何人干扰地思考一些事情，或是做一些你认为最重要的事情，这一个小时可以抵过你一天的工作效率，甚至可能比三天的工作效率还要好。 </font></p>

<p><strong>淘宝宣扬没有网商概念的人在信息时代将难以立足;但没有税法概念的人在任何时代都无法立足.考虑到培育发展中的网络经济,国家可以暂时不向淘宝的卖家严格收税,但淘宝却不能没有税法观念,这是一个基本的原则问题,这也将决定淘宝未来能不能成为一个有社会责任感的企业.</strong>如果一个人偷税十万,他可能面临两年的刑罚;如果一家企业&ldquo;逃税&rdquo;数十亿,它将面临怎样的下场?答案是:它会成为新经济的楷模.今天的淘宝凭借近1000 亿的年交易额,成为中国最大的综合卖场,但在淘宝上绝大多数个人商户都是不交税的.不要对此感到奇怪,两千年前庄子就说过&ldquo;窃钩者诛,窃国者为诸侯&rdquo;.凡 事要做就要把它做大!</p>
<p>任何经营行为都要依法纳税,这是税法的基本原则.但今天谁要是主张淘宝商户要缴税,十有八九会被网民的唾沫淹死.因为大家在网上做小生意都不交税,店主就有成本优势,网民也有实惠,从商店中看到的任何东西几乎都能在淘宝上以更低的价格买到,所以大家一致反对向网店征税.<br /><br />于是难题出给了国家.如果不向淘宝的商家收税,有违税收公平的原则,那真要像马云描述的变成&ldquo;全民网商&rdquo;,大家都把实体店铺关了去网上卖免税商品;如果向淘宝收税,网民又会反对,认为C2C这种商业模式解决了大量就业问题,缓解了我国的就业压力,同时繁荣了经济,呼吁政府不要去限制新经济的活力.政府该怎么办?<br /><br />政府的办法是取道中庸,就是原则之下讲变通,变通之中讲原则.为了避免对这个问题的阐释过于复杂,我们举个简单的例子来说明.一家企业规定上班不许迟到,但有位员工家里实在住得太远,每天要换三部公交车挤得像烧饼似的来上班,有时免不了迟到.企业该怎么办?如果严肃处理,员工会抱怨不尽人情;如果放任自流,其他员工又会觉得制度不公平.在东方的管理文化中,一般会考虑情感因素,企业会每次都对这位员工的迟到公开批评,但同时未必做出严厉处罚,这就是西方人很难理解的中庸之道.目前政府对淘宝的涉税问题就是采取这种方式:一方面再三强调任何网上交易都必须纳税,另一方面暂时没有采取措施去核查淘宝的交易.<br /><br />但中庸的管理有个前提,就是彼此之间要形成默契,企业会原谅上班路远的员工偶尔迟到几次,但员工也要端正态度尽量避免迟到.如果员工觉得自己路远就可以每天堂而皇之的迟到,甚至公开指责企业的管理不人性,中庸的平衡就将被打破,事情的性质就变了.当政府对淘宝的涉税问题&ldquo;原则之下讲变通&rdquo;时,淘宝是否做到了 &ldquo;变通之中讲原则&rdquo;呢?<br /><br />刚刚看了淘宝的高层接受媒体专访,当被问及淘宝如何看待逃税问题时,该人士回答:国家税收是取之于民用之于民,淘宝不主张向网上卖家收税,这样就可以鼓励很多人网上创业,从而解决社会的就业问题,这就是取之于民用之于民.<br /><br />如此回答令人大吃一惊,如果按照这种逻辑,每家网站甚至每家企业都可以不向国家交税了,大家都可以说:企业不交税效益就会变得更好,企业效益变好就能多招收员工,帮国家解决就业问题,这也是取之于民用之于民.<br /><br />取之于民用之于民的&ldquo;民&rdquo;,是指全体公民,不是网民,更不是淘宝的网民,淘宝反对向自己的用户征税,认为这是替国家分配公共利益,问题是谁给了它这样的权利?一家企业怎么能将国家的税收局部利益化?<br /><br />淘宝的高层一直都在全国讲授网商之道,认为没有网商概念的人在信息时代将难以立足;而我们建议税务部门也应该去淘宝讲讲课,没有税法概念的人在任何时代都无法立足.考虑到培育发展中的网络经济,国家可以暂时不向淘宝的商家严格收税,但淘宝却不能没有税法观念,这是一个基本的原则问题,这也将决定随着淘宝在社会经济中地位的上升,未来它能不能成为一个有社会责任感的企业.</p>
