<title>医疗配件维修师谈：多功能微波治疗仪的原理与检修</title>

<![CDATA[<div style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt">微波多功能治疗仪通过配用不同的治疗头，可以实现不同的治疗目标，其在肛肠科、妇科、泌尿科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、皮肤科、等医疗科室有着广泛的应用。 由于该治疗仪的品种很多，很难做到面面具道的讲解，现选择 wdz－c 型加以介绍。</div>
<div>wdz 型微波多功能治疗仪的核心电路 简单小巧主要由四部分组成。</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>一、微波产生部分。 微波由磁控管产生，当其灯丝电压（约4.5V)及使其工作的高压(约1500V)都具备时，磁控管即产生微波。这两组电压要求精度不是很高，分别由两个变压器供给。 </div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>二、功率控制部分。 这部分电路也不复杂，通过一个振荡电路用可控硅 (800V、16A)来控制供给磁控管高压的升压 变压器初级的交流 220V 的导通角来控制磁控管的输出功率。</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>三、时间控制部分，这一部分包含有两个时间控制：预热时间控制、工作时间控制。</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>１、预热时间控制电路：预热时间大约 3 ~ 5 分钟，控制电路主要由一个&ldquo;555&rdquo;时基电路组成，通过一个三极管 3DG130 控制供给磁控管高压的升压变压器初级一侧的 第一个6V 继电器以达到预热时间内无高压即无微波输出的目的；</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>２、工作时间控制从 0 ~ 99分钟可调，达到预定时间后报警，须手动 RESET 复位，此电路由一体化时间控制器 TIMER－JSS48A 来完成</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>四、其它电路，由功率调整、功率上限控制、工作方式控制、和功率显示部分组成。</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>１、功率调整电路主要包括一多旋电位器和一个施密特触发器 74LS74组成，通过电位器的变化来控制施密特触发器振荡输出的频率去控制 BT33 最终去触发可控硅；</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>２、在功率上限控制电路中，功率上限信号取自于运算放大器 HA17324。当连续工作方式时输出功率达到上限150W，上限电路通过一个三极管3DG130 触发供给磁控管高压的升压变压器初级一侧的 第二个6V 继电器以达到功率超高无微波输出的目的。此时须手动 RESET 复位</div>

<div>３、工作方式控制由一个微动开关来选择连续工作或用脚踏开关控制工作。</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>4、功率显示部分的&plusmn;5V电源由一对稳压块：7805、7905供给，电路部分主要由集成块LM34075 组成。</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>五、微波多功能治疗仪的检修方法及注意事项</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>(一)、检测微波输出线是否短路或断路；</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>(二)、检测微波管：找一块湿肥皂，将输出头插在上面，开机自动或手动给磁控管加灯丝电压预热后，跨过控制部分给磁控管加上高压，如果正常，在肥皂上应明显听到烧灼声；</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>(三)、其它控制电路比较简单，可参考前面的介绍进行检修；</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>(四)、注意事项：检修过程中，不可将输出部分靠近及对准人的眼睛或睾丸(没有孩子的离远点)最好将输出头放在小铁盒里，微波输出连线不要轻易断开。如果按上面的方法去做，相信您一定能把它搞定，但注意事项千万不要忘记，不要得不偿失呦！</div>
