SAN BIAN SCI-TECH CO., LTD, a key enterprise in Zhejiang Province and a second-level enterprise in China, was established in October, 1968, which produces large and medium sized transformers. The company possesses total assets of RMB 550 Million, occupies an area of 340,000 m², and has more than 1000 staffs. The annual production capacity is about 18 Million kVA. It is a “National Key high & New Technology Enterprise” authorized by Torch High & New Technology Industrial development Center of National Technology Department.

 

Main Products include oil immersed power transformer with voltage of or under 220kV, dry-type transformer, transformer exclusive for petrifaction, combined transformer, amorphous alloy transformer, combined transformer substation, complete set of low voltage cable branch box, special transformer and so on. Together, there are 12 series of key products and more than 1600 specifications. SAN MEN series transformers possess domestic-leading quality, and its performance measures up to the standards established by International Electric Committee (IEC). They are of the advanced international level. SAN MEN transformers have been awarded the following titles: “Zhejiang Famous-brand Product”, “Famous Brand of Zhejiang Province” and “National Exemption Product”. More than 20 kinds of products won the National Science & Technology Award of Zhejiang Province. 28 kinds of products were awarded as “Zhejiang High Quality Product” and “National High Quality Product”. Many series of transformers (110kV or below) are listed into State Torch Plan or get the title of “High & New Technology Product of Zhejiang Province”.

 

The company adopts advanced production and test facilities which were imported form Germany, America and Japan, such as iron core cutting production-line, corrugation oil tank production-line, iron core rolling production-line, partial discharge test system and high-voltage pulse wave analytical system. All manufacturing workshops adopt fully-enclosed management mode. In Feb 2005, authorized by Zhejiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, ZHEJIANG FANG YUAN TRANSFORMER QUALITY TEST CENTER was established in our company.
