<title>升級進取 謀定全局制勝之道-记揚州台協會長 虹揚電子董事長方丁玉</title>

<![CDATA[<p><strong><font size="5">創業維艱&nbsp; 「公家路」</font></strong><br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 方丁玉將公司和家之間的路戲稱為「公家路」，而他在這條路上一走就是17年。從臺灣到大陸，從上海到揚州，無論是艱辛還是快樂，方丁玉一路走來，腳步執著而堅定。<br /><br /><strong><font size="5">初識大陸&nbsp;&nbsp;放棄上海轉戰揚州</font></strong><br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp; 早在1989年，方丁玉就獨闖上海創業，但是80年代末90年代初的長三角，在浦東開發之前仍然是一片沉悶，基礎設施、產業配套甚至人們的觀念還比較落後。當時，所有的設備都依賴進口，甚至小到一顆螺絲釘和產品包裝箱也必須從臺灣進貨。當時，一個集裝箱貨物的價格是四萬台幣，而從臺灣到上海的運費也高達四萬塊，產業配套的極度落後使創業之初的方丁玉步履維艱。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在上海辛苦打拼了2年之後，方丁玉認為合營企業到了要擴大的階段，但原來的廠房租金已經上漲4倍，遭遇資金瓶頸的方丁玉開始尋找新的發展地點。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一個偶然的機會，方丁玉邂逅揚州，「這裡文化氣氛濃、綠化率好，經濟水準雖不是很高，但一個待開發的地方才更有潛力。」1992年，在眾人驚詫的目光中，方丁玉做出了人生中的重要決定&mdash;&mdash;放棄上海，轉戰揚州。<br />「15年前，這裡還是一片荒地和農田」，方丁玉指著窗外，當時揚州廠區周邊飛鳥很多，每到下午四五點鐘還可以打到不少麻雀，這成了方丁玉艱苦創業生涯中一段難忘的回憶。<br /><br /><img alt="" hspace="" src="http://www.ctb-maga.cn/map/10-cover1.jpg" align="baseline" border="0" /><br /><br /><strong><font size="5">四年之約&nbsp; 事業夢想振翅起飛</font></strong><br /><br />剛到揚州時，方丁玉和當地一個工廠合作，他出資35%的股份參與合營。但是在合作中他提出要當總經理：「因為我是內行」，方丁玉向大陸方允諾四年內把本金全部賺回；如果做不到，甘願個人拿錢出來還給對方。這為後來方丁玉大展拳腳掃清了障礙，而方丁玉也把自己的全部心血傾注到合資企業中，不只是為了踐行四年之約，更是為了自己的理想抱負。<br />最初的投資規模面積只有7畝地，而且沒有路，未來前途未蔔、困難重重。為什麼有勇氣做出這樣的承諾？方丁玉說：「無論做什麼事情，態度都是最重要的。早期台商給人的感覺並不好，往往花幾倍的價錢去造廠，造好後卻不辭而別。這種潛在的道德風險使得企業追求的只是一種短期效應，根本無法長期經營，而我一開始就是抱定了永續經營的態度」。<br />讓方丁玉自豪的是，他的企業是唯一沒讓政府費神的企業，四年之約在三年半就使對方就完全收回了成本。到達四年後，對方選擇了退出，方丁玉也擁有了自己在大陸的第一家獨資企業，奮鬥多年的事業真正開始起飛。<br /><br /><strong><font size="5">深水靜流&nbsp; 轉型升級永續發展</font></strong><br /><br />虹揚電子起飛之後發展迅猛，而真正要做到永續經營，除了必要的投入之外，還必須不斷進行企業升級。<br />方丁玉為人低調、不愛張揚，不喜歡也不習慣喧鬧紛繁的場合。而正是在他這種個性以及發展理念的共同影響之下，虹揚的成長烙有鮮明的「方氏風格」&mdash;&mdash;默默耕耘、不斷升級、永續發展、深水靜流。<br />虹揚電子的產品雖然技術含量較高，但初期知名度並不高。多年奮鬥之後的今天，一些國際巨頭紛紛成為虹揚的客戶，這不能不說是理念的勝利。「我做了24年，從名不見經傳的小不點，一步一步走到今天。初期也只能建立低層次的市場，一點點累積，逐漸進入到更高的層次。但要實現長遠發展，必須不斷提升，所以現在我們面臨的主要挑戰就是企業升級。」方丁玉說，虹揚正在轉型，要從一個中型企業向國際大廠邁進。<br />這種升級對虹揚來說是全方位的，涵蓋了產品和管理制度等各個方面，而與國際大廠的交易、合作就是一條儘快實現提升的捷徑。方丁玉透露，他們正在和業內排名世界第二的某跨國公司尋求全方位合作，對方相關人員已經多次到揚州洽談合作事宜。「與跨國企業合作，一方面可以提高企業形象，另一方面對管理水準的提高也是一個促進。跨國公司的要求很嚴格，這就會迫使我們不斷完善自己的產品和公司的管理制度，不斷向更高層次邁進」。<br /><br /><strong><font size="5">未雨綢繆&nbsp; 圖謀全局常勝之道</font></strong><br /><br />虹揚電子專注生產整流二極體及橋式整流器20多年，國際化之路一直是方丁玉的夢想，「這條路10年前就在考慮，5年前開始推動」，與國際接軌和走中低層次市場是截然不同的，必須建立很多系統，慢慢走向制度化。近年來虹揚在國際化方面成績斐然，比如成功通過ISO9001/ISO14001/UL/SGS的認證，一些跨國巨頭已經成為虹揚的客戶。<br />有著多年工廠管理經驗的方丁玉認為，最困難是升級的平臺，躍上臺階後，不論是從技術面還是管理層面，升級必須要有一定的實力。當發現自己要躍上這個臺階有瓶頸時，方丁玉就開始思考引入職業經理人這一現代管理方式。<br />「人無遠慮必有近憂」，因為考慮到和職業經理人需要有個磨合的過程，所以在他決定要聘請職業經理人前2年就開始物色人選了。更巧的是，方丁玉一開始就看中的人最終成功加盟了虹揚電子，「好運」似乎再次垂青了方丁玉。「事實證明我的選擇是正確的。」僅僅100天左右，方丁玉就已經感受到這名新到任的CEO對公司發展的帶動作用了，未雨綢繆使他有更多的時間來做企業戰略規劃和協會工作。<br />2002年，方丁玉開闢了事業的第二戰場，成立虹源房地產開發有限公司，跨足房地產。合適的進入時機和專業經營，讓首個開發個案&mdash;&mdash;占地320畝的揚州唯一全景觀別墅禦園一開盤就熱賣，新事業的發展很快進入正軌。<br />方丁玉一路走來，順風順水，似乎很多事情都可以「未卜先知」，在很多關鍵節點上都能保持理智和冷靜，做出了後來被證明為正確的決定，讓許多人羡慕不已。但準確的判斷和洞燭先知來自于智慧和積累，無限風光的背後蘊藏著很多不為人知的艱辛努力，「一個人尤其是一個有事業心的人，視野要非常開闊，眼光要長遠，心胸要寬廣。」方丁玉說，廣交朋友，緣結天下，當然這樣並不是要寄望人家能幫你做什麼，更重要的是有了寬廣的胸襟後，在做任何事情的時候思維都會處在一種跳脫固有模式的狀態，這樣就能減少犯錯誤的機率。<br />今天，方丁玉已經把揚州當成了家，把揚州的事業看成了終身的寄託：「我沒有把錢抽走，這讓我很自豪。在這裡賺了錢，為什麼不讓這個企業繼續發揚光大呢？所以我始終堅持這樣一種投資方式。我考慮的是如何讓這個企業永續經營的存活下去，這是我的責任」!<br /><br /><strong><font size="5">履新協會&nbsp; 架橋樑</font></strong><br /><br />新官上任的方丁玉，不但要用「登門拜訪」的零距離方式更加積極的推進台協會工作，更要通過互通和整合，實現台商的優勢互補和資源分享。因為，諸如光電產業這樣的商機大餅，需要力量的集聚才能吃到。<br /><br /><strong><font size="5">資源分享&nbsp; 協會架起溝通橋樑</font></strong><br /><br />辛苦打拼15年，終於讓一份鍾愛的事業從無有到有、由弱變強，回首往事，方丁玉對創業之初的艱難仍然記憶猶新：「1992年我剛到揚州時，舉目無親，幾乎無人幫忙，只好孤軍奮戰，也吃了不少苦頭。」推己及人，為了讓更多台商的創業之路走得更加順暢，勇於擔當社會責任成了方丁玉事業之外的最大訴求。<br />2005年12月，方丁玉當選為揚州台商協會第三屆理事會理事長，在就職儀式上他鄭重表示：「要恪盡綿薄之力，為台商的發展獻出自己的一份愛心和熱心」！<br />作為揚州台商發展的見證人，方丁玉對台商如何在揚州順利發展體會深刻，他認為，無論是新老台商，都要充分利用台協會這個平臺：新台商來揚州的第一件事就是來台協會報到，因為協會的宗旨就是為會員服務，幫助台商儘快適應和熟悉當地狀況；而對於進駐揚州多年的老台商而言，加強互動交流則是保證企業順利發展的有效方法。「大家出門在外，協會就是台商的家，是台商和政府之間對話的橋樑。經過多年發展，大陸政府日益重視保護台商的權益，協會可以施展的資源也越來越多，在協會的幫助下，台商可以少走彎路，找對的人、做對的事」！<br />「新官上任三把火」，方丁玉對未來台協會的工作信心滿滿：「協會要以更加積極的狀態去開展工作。」他計畫與其他會長進行分工，親自上門拜訪台商，傾聽他們的聲音，宣導協會的服務理念，「要調動每個人的積極性，讓更多的台商真正參與進來」。<br />站在一個企業家的角度，方丁玉對台協會使命的認定早已跳脫了通常意義上的區域服務層面，「不同區域之間的台商也要加強資訊溝通」，他說，從事各種行業的台商們，本身就是一個資源「寶庫」，一個行業的發展離不開相關行業的支撐，而更為廣泛的不同區域之間的互通交流，可以促進台商實現產品互通、資源分享。「這種優勢互補的整合可以先從身邊做起，比如江蘇省的16個台協會。這是前所未有的探索，儘管有一定難度，但只要對台商有益，就應該團結一致，齊心推動」！<br /><br /><img alt="" hspace="" src="http://www.ctb-maga.cn/map/10-cover2.jpg" align="baseline" border="0" /><br /><br /><strong><font size="5">光電產業&nbsp; 揚州打造「明日之星」</font></strong><br /><br />1992年，方丁玉首次來到揚州，就對這座濃蔭覆蓋的綠色江南名城一見鍾情。15年的「親密接觸」，方丁玉的事業與揚州一起成長，對這塊承載了他太多艱辛與快樂的土地，方丁玉在滿含深情的同時，更對揚州的飛速發展充滿了期待。<br />「揚州地處長三角16個城市群中，隨著潤揚大橋及鐵路通車等交通基礎設施的建設開通，交通和環境優勢日益明顯，具有明顯的後發優勢。」方丁玉說，20多年來，台商對大陸投資逐漸多元化，早年從事傳統產業與勞力密集型產業的台商，正面臨大陸區域經濟發展與開發重心轉變的衝擊，台商對大陸投資的區域格局也在發生相應變化。隨著長三角地區的發展走入更高的科技層次，後起之秀揚州，以高起點和具有競爭力的新興產業定位，成為台商在長三角周邊聚居的一塊難得的「水草豐美之地」。<br />「最令我們興奮的，是揚州借助台商之力，將光電產業落地生根，這必將成為揚州的『明日之星』」！方丁玉指出，IT已經在蘇州、昆山形成了高度的產業配套和集聚，後來者很難超越；而在全球能源吃緊的大趨勢下，作為最好的替代產品，光電產業成為新興的朝陽產業，光電時代已經來臨。<br />從電子業跨足房地產，方丁玉時刻鎖定企業成長的新商機，對於有著無限發展前景的光電產業，他自己當然不會放過這一難得的發展機遇，參與計畫正在緊鑼密鼓的推進之中：「中國大陸目前有5個光電基地，揚州正在申請第6個。前5個是國家的研發基地，而決心成為先行者的揚州，要打造成由台資引領的光電量產基地。一些著名光電企業正在集聚產業群，從尖端技術開發到產品配套，資源間的整合效應正在形成，3～5年內就見分曉」！<br /><br /><br /><font size="5"><strong>茶壺人生&nbsp; 水晶心</strong></font><br /><br />方丁玉常用「溫水煮青蛙」來比喻沒有危機感的企業，從電子業到房地產，似乎是無心插柳，而再跨足「至少有20&mdash;30年好時光」的光電產業，更多的則是洞悉商機的明智選擇。正如他所鍾愛的水晶和茶壺&mdash;&mdash;沉靜的理性使思維晶瑩剔透，歲月的浸潤讓人生日臻完美。<br />剛過而立之年就獨闖大陸的方丁玉，近20年的不懈奮鬥和人生歷練，使他收穫了一份成功的事業，同時，他對生活也有了更深層次的感悟。這些感悟體現在對妻子多年辛苦付出的愧疚中，也體現在對年邁父母的牽掛中。今天，他的腳步不再匆忙，這份從容，讓他在兒女的成長中享受了天倫之樂，讓他在為父母克盡孝道時感受了親情的溫馨。<br />「一輩子到最後只剩下一堆錢，這樣的人生還有什麼意義？」對人生的不斷拷問，讓方丁玉在「知天命」之年豁然開朗：有意義的人生，就要擔起責任，通過努力和奉獻，讓更多人的生命煥發出光彩。在這裡，「人」的概念是寬泛的，他們包括受益於台協會幫助的台商，包括方丁玉企業裡的1000多名員工，包括在他的資助下重返校園的學生&hellip;&hellip;，談起他們，發自內心的快樂讓方丁玉笑容燦爛。<br />「以物怡情」，煙酒不沾的方丁玉，有兩個修身養性的寶貝&mdash;&mdash;水晶和茶壺。<br />走進方丁玉的辦公室，閃耀著炫目光芒的大塊水晶讓人眼前一亮，來自遙遠國度的它們，大多保持著天然的礦物原態，在方丁玉眼裡彌足珍貴：「水晶是有靈性的。遭遇一時解不開的難題時，我寧願什麼都不做，而是面對水晶，感受與它們磁場的心靈互動。」這時，方丁玉浮躁的心緒就會沉澱下來，思維在重新整合、理清後，發現了事物內在的本質聯繫，問題往往就會迎刃而解。<br />「養壺」10年，方丁玉最多的時候有400多個形態各異的茶壺。閒暇時候，三五知己相約圍坐，品茶、養壺、聊天，已經成為方丁玉生活中一大快事。「養這把壺至少要用掉20斤茶葉」，指著一把細膩瑩潤、泛著柔和光澤的茶壺，方丁玉跟我們侃起了養壺之道：「一壺一壺的泡，茶油長時間由內而外的浸潤，才能成就完美的光澤，這個過程本身就是一種修煉，就像人生要不斷修正才能達到最高境界一樣」！<br /><br /><img alt="" hspace="" src="http://www.ctb-maga.cn/map/10-cover5.jpg" align="baseline" border="0" /></p>

<p>二、&nbsp;对公私不分的上司送他一枚软钉子</p>
<p>有些上司公私不分，常常要你替他做私事，你可以送给上司一枚软钉子。你要做的事就是巧妙的拒绝他，但不影响你的前程为前提。要在第一时间说：&ldquo;不&rdquo;！例如上司要你替他的女儿写读书报告，你肯定一万个不愿意，就告诉他说：&ldquo;对不起，我帮不上忙。&rdquo;如果他在下班后让你去做，事情就更好办了，搬出这样的理由：&ldquo;因为我今天晚上有约会，不能迟到！&rdquo;翌日，他再次请你做，你可以找相宜的理由，他就会知难而退，有奈何不得。若这样的事情发生在工作期间，你的理由更多，说：&ldquo;我手头上有三个报告要书写，老板说今天一定要。&rdquo;由于上司本身就理亏，只会闷在心底，但只要你工作认真，从没有犯错，他便&ldquo;敢怒不敢言&rdquo;了。</p>
<p>三、对情感脆弱的上司奉上杯热茶</p>
<p>上司通常会在别人都下班后，独自坐在办公室发一会呆，上司面对工作一样会感到心情压抑，对家庭生活也一样有这样那样的矛盾问题。上司的情感有时也很脆弱，需要抚慰。但如果就此你就毫不客气的探问其隐私，甚至为此出谋划策，那就大错特错了。即使上司最脆弱的时候，他也只需要适度的关心，一杯热茶已足以让上司送给你一个淡淡的微笑。如果方便，你仿佛是随意讲个笑话，开解他郁闷的心情&nbsp;，他会非常感激。要明白，真正关心上司，出发点应是爱戴而不是利用。</p>
<p>四、对&ldquo;霸道型&rdquo;的上司不要被他吓倒</p>
<p>这类的上司认为只要不断的威胁雇员，就能让他们服服帖帖地干活。对付这样的恶老板，你必须让他感觉到你存在的价值。尤其当你预见到他将会对你恶语相向时，你必须事先想好回敬他的措辞。更重要的是，你不要被吓倒，而是坚持下去，往往最后退缩的是对方。</p>
<p>五、对喜欢追女性的上司找个合适的挡箭牌</p>
<p>好些拥有一定权利的男上司，虽然家中已经有个好老婆，仍会利用有地位，去追求女同事。有些女同事会立刻辞职，避免烦恼，但这只是消极的办法。如果你在公司争取到了一定的地位，一下子全部放弃，太不值得了吧！所以，上上之策是，既不坠入对方的圈套，也不得罪他，更不会影响你的工作。例如，当上司借故约你，你可以装傻，问他：&ldquo;你太太也一起来吗？&rdquo;或者表示高兴&ldquo;好的，顺便介绍一下你的太太给我认识吧！&rdquo;有些上司不会避嫌疑，直接邀请你，你也不妨大方的答应下来，但只是赴一些小的约会，如&ldquo;下午茶，午饭之类；另一方面，要借故取得上司家中的电话号码，找他的太太，与她交朋友，让别有用心的上司不能得逞。</p>
<p>六、&nbsp;对变色龙式的上司切记他曾说过的话</p>
<p>有一些上司是变色龙，今天他可以让你这么做，明天就要那样做，转脸让你那么做，今天他这么说，明天又那么说。对于可怜的打工族，一方面，随时提心吊胆，另一方面，总是在工作上不知所措，弄的精神上精疲力竭，另外，还有可能被老板抓住了把柄，搞不好有可能下岗的危机。变色龙老板之所以善变，主要是因为他不愿意承担责任，是他信心不足的表现，所以，作为打工族，应&ldquo;督促&rdquo;他改正，他在任何情景下说过的话、交代过的事情，一定要记清楚，如有必要，你可以记载在纸上或电脑之中，以备及时之需，实际上，这种习惯也是一种良好的饿工作态度。</p>
<p>七、&nbsp;对疑神疑鬼的上司每晚给他一份报告</p>
<p>有些老板成天怀疑员工偷懒。一名女士这样形容自己的老板：&ldquo;她总是偷偷地站在员工后面，每隔5分钟便会问上一句&lsquo;工作进行的怎么样了？&rsquo;令人防不胜防也不胜其烦。&rdquo;不偷懒工作，这当然是个好主意，但对付这类老板最好的办法是，每天给他一份报告，明白告诉他今天做了什么工作，以打消他的疑心，从此他放心你也安心。</p>
<p>八、&nbsp;对讨厌的上司尽量避免正面冲突</p>
<p>讨厌的上司，并不是指因为工作能力不好而让人讨厌或捆饶。在这里单纯地指对个人的好恶而言，也许是个性不合、脾气不好，或是你无法认同他的行为。假如你碰到了这样的上司，苦恼之余，又该用什么态度和他相处呢？不论多讨厌对方，都要尽量避免正面冲突。尤其当对方正好又是公司内部掌握大权，有能力、地位的人时，更是要特别注意，千万不要采取太过激烈的行动，也要避免正面交锋，因为这些冲突，可能会让你对他的厌恶感更形加重，反而造成自己的心理负担。所以，为了以后的工作能更加顺利地进行，惟一的保身之道就是&ldquo;保持距离，以策安全&rdquo;。</p>
<p>九、对爱发脾气的上司要沉住气</p>
<p>上司也是人，也会情绪不好，也许是他的家庭发生了问题，或者工作出了故障，他的上司批评了他。这时他也许找茬发一通脾气或摆出一副难看的脸色。这时候你要沉住气，不必马上和他闹情绪，这样会更刺激他。等他情绪平定之后，你再找他解释。这样更明智，效果也会更好些。说不定他冷静以后会主动同你交流的也是一种良好的工作态度.</p>]]>
