Definition定义:
Blends people into teams when needed; creates strong morale and spirit in his/her team; shares wins and successes; fosters open dialogue; lets people finish and be responsible for their work; defines success in terms of the whole team; creates a feeling of belonging in  the team.在需要时能将不同的人组合到团队中;在其团队中建立起强大的士气和精神;分享胜利与成功;鼓励开放式的对话;允许员工完成工作并为其工作负起责任;以团队整体的方式定义成功;营造团队归属感。
