<p>他们是一群特殊的人，精明、神秘。他们的出现，首先与某个行业精英办公桌上悄然响起的电话铃声有关；此后，一个戴墨镜的人，在一座不起眼的咖啡屋里，介绍两个陌生的人握手；随后，在一家公司举办庆祝新经理履行职责的酒会上，一个拎着装满钞票的密码箱的人在开香槟的前一刻匆匆离开大厅，无声无息地消失在夜幕中&hellip;&hellip; </p>
<p>在许多人看来，猎头似乎蒙有一层神秘的面纱。跨国公司、知名外企、流利外语、教育背景、金领一族，还有戏剧化的寻猎行动、高额的佣金、密集的人际关系、类似私家侦探的行业背景等，诸多元素构成了这类故事的戏剧效果和神秘色彩。 </p>
<p>这本叫《猎头》的书在这种背景下应时而生，由圈内人来揭示这个行业的所谓内幕是最好不过的了，偏偏作者又讨巧地用一种特别平实的笔调来写，把自己近十年摸爬滚打的经历娓娓谈来，读起来毫无枯燥生涩之感，内容也实在新奇，算是填补了管理类书籍这方面的空白。 </p>
<p>&ldquo;猎头&rdquo;一词所要表达的搜猎人才之意，本书的作者可谓是是猎头中的大腕了，《猎头》一书从某种意义上讲，也可以看做他的人生自专，坦诚地讲，这本书只是起到了&ldquo;传道&rdquo;，&ldquo;解惑&rdquo;的作用，对于&ldquo;授业&rdquo;实在没有什么帮助。换句话说，想了解如何才能加入到猎头一族的人，在这本书里是找不到太多秘诀的。不过由资深猎头专家来讲述这个神秘行业中的奥秘，的确充斥着不少看点，想把猎头行业做得更好的人，在本书中可以吸取不少精华；想看热闹的，里面的案例读起来也格外生动，真是精彩！而本书书最大的亮点就是融合了很多太鲜明、太尖锐、太前卫的观点，给人的感觉简直就是对传统观念的一次大颠覆！正如作者所言：我刚到而立之年，就让我在锐气未失的时候多说点实话吧！ </p>

                        <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; WORD-BREAK: break-all; LINE-HEIGHT: 16.5pt; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">　　<span lang="EN-US">■</span>国内<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>织网<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>已展开<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　近来，<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>织网<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>运动成为了国内<span lang="EN-US">IT</span>行业的最大动作。如天际网通过网络实名方式建立了国内首个职业人士的人际网络，而颇具人气的社区猫扑网也并购了另一家以交友而有名的<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>社会网络<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;UUME</span>，开设了以<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>朋友圈<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>为平台的网络社区天地。<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　这种<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>织网<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>大行其道是受到国外第二代互联网理论的影响，基本大致分为两个类型。一种是建立以职业和职场交流为目的的专业人际网络，大约从<span lang="EN-US">2004</span>年开始，国内开始出现了一些类似模式的人际网站，帮助大家通过认识的人去找工作、找人才，或实现其他职业目标。天际网<span lang="EN-US">CEO</span>林峯介绍，国内类似的网站数目不多但各有特色，比如天际网就是要做成一个专业的职业人际网，还有像九帮网这样的行业划分明晰的网站，他们的目标市场和用户群则更加专注于销售人员。另一个类型是以建立人脉、朋友关系为主要目的交友网站，通过共同的爱好、兴趣或话题，以及相互关联的关系比如同学、同乡、同行业等关系，建立一个人脉圈子，搭建共同交流分享沟通各个方面的信息平台。运营猫扑网的千橡互动集团首席策略官<span lang="EN-US">/</span>资深副总裁刘健说，在网络上建立这样的朋友圈，所承载的功能和发挥作用就比较多了，进行工作信息方面的交流也是其中的一部分，这样的形式更为宽泛也更为流行。<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">■</span>国外通过网络<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>网才<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>基本成型<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　据了解，国外的人际网站大体可以分为两种类型，一是以网络实名为基础建立人际网络，例如应用于职业领域的<span lang="EN-US">linkedin</span>网站，它是目前美国规模最大的人际网站，聚集了<span lang="EN-US">300</span>万的职业人士会员，还针对猎头和招聘经理们专门开发出了一系列服务。因此这样的人际网站已经成为所有<span lang="EN-US">HR</span>业内人士一个非常强大的资源，对整个猎头行业和求职市场都带来了深远的影响。另一类是通过把专业网站开发的软件系统，提供给需要用人的企业，为这些企业<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>推荐<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>适合的人选，进行按图索骥。这些方式都是把现实生活中惯常使用的找人方式搬到了网络平台上，互联网只是使一切变得更加高效。<span lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

                        <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; WORD-BREAK: break-all; LINE-HEIGHT: 16.5pt; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">　　林峯对记者说，一个职业人士的社交网，首先要吸引的就是一批中高端猎头和大型公司的招聘经理。中国人一向注重自己的人际关系，俗话说<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>多个朋友多条路<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>，目前国内也更加明确所谓<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>人脉即财脉<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>的理念，人际资源的丰富意味着可能比别人更容易获得工作机会，获得更有竞争力的品质和价格。事实上，目前天际上面已经有了一批来自猎头行业的会员，其中不少还很活跃。人际网络成为了人才中介的一种免费的新工具。一方面，网络高素质的人才库、真实完整的个人资料、职业评价<span lang="EN-US">&hellip;&hellip;</span>给中介带来了很大的便利。另一方面，中介也在网络中解答了会员提出的不少个人职业发展方面的问题，发表了不少对职业人士很有帮助的文章以及更直接的<span lang="EN-US">&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;</span>提供了比较高层的工作机会。所以说人际网络是一个平台，而猎头会员和更广大期待职业发展的会员之间就构成了该平台的无数良性的自然循环之一。所以说，随着人际网站在中国的进一步发展，肯定会对中国的猎头业产生影响。<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">■</span>猎头、中介还在<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>静观<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;<br /><br /></span>　　织造人脉网和建立朋友圈能否和直接揽才的猎头、中介机构，实现完全的人才通道对接呢？<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　智联招聘的职业顾问郝健说，无论国内外，一个非常现实的问题是，很多优秀的人才往往在还没有进入招聘市场之前就已经被挖走了。所以，对于猎头和招聘经理来说，他们需要更多地关注那些目前正在工作，并且做得相当不错的人，透过人脉关系来挖掘就是最好的办法。另一方面，对于个人来说，在互联网平台上填写真实完整的个人资料，无疑会给自己带来更多机会，让机会找上门来。这无疑是一个比较不错的揽才助手。<span lang="EN-US"><br /><br /></span>　　但是猎头也对网络与猎头的直接<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>联手<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>指出了一些<span lang="EN-US">&ldquo;</span>不妥<span lang="EN-US">&rdquo;</span>之处。智联猎头总监<st1:personname w:st="on" productid="徐">徐</st1:personname>女士说，对于网络建立的这种圈子我们还是持比较谨慎的态度。一方面，出于对网络上的诚信度的考虑，作为猎头近来也接到过不少类似的人际圈加入的邀请，但是仅仅凭着这些简单的邀请就加入某个圈子，应该说是很不严谨的。更重要的一方面，猎头的对象<span lang="EN-US">&mdash;&mdash;&mdash;</span>很多客户都不愿意把他们的资料公开出来，所以猎头对于网络这种比较公开的形式要采取非常谨慎的态度，这也是要为客户保守机密的猎头本质决定的。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
