<p><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</font>陈总首先用中外共产党历史事实及对比其它各党阐明中国共产党具有三大特点：一是&ldquo;强&rdquo;、二是&ldquo;大&rdquo;、三是&ldquo;长&rdquo;。&ldquo;强&rdquo;到什么程度，她战胜了国内强大的蒋介石并把它赶到台湾去，在&ldquo;抗美援朝&rdquo;中打败了当时世界最强的美国，使中国得以解放摆脱了国内外的压迫，她能织织力量做好要做的事，如这次&ldquo;北京奥运会&rdquo;能顺利成功地办好等！&ldquo;大&rdquo;主要体现在拥有党员的人数最多，世界上没有哪个政党拥有这么多的党员，相当于一些欧洲国家的总人数！&ldquo;长&rdquo;主要是比其它国家的共产党受命长。尽管中国共产党面临反腐败的严峻内部问题，但是不可否认她为中国广大人民群众带来了切身利益的改变，而且其它政党同样面临着腐败问题，如台湾的民进党阿扁丑闻、美国的白宫丑闻等，从而坚定了党员的信念！</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2008年7月14日，国家统计局、国家发展改革委和国家能源局发布了2007年中国单位GDP能耗公报。该公报显示，2007年全国单位GDP能耗为1.160吨标准煤/万元，比2006年降低3.66%；同日本、德国、美国等发达国家相比，2006年中国人均GDP能耗（吨标准煤/美元）是13.56，而日本、德国、美国分别是1.6、1.72、2.62，中国是日本的8.5倍、德国的7.9倍、美国的5.2倍。这个数据不能不说是发人深省，日本、德国、美国这样的发达国家能耗都不高，这得益于这些国家能源的高效利用，中国要能源高效利用，只有靠中国人能形成&rdquo;一次做对&rdquo;模式。 </p>
