<div>避暑山庄实业集团公司地处塞外名城河北承德，这里是滦河、辽河的发源地，山青水秀，环境幽美，源头好水酿美酒，这里酿酒历史源远流长，300年前大清皇帝康熙就用山庄美酒镐赏过八旗将士。
<p>　　山庄老酒起源于清代，发展于现代，特别是1999年以尤文武为首的山庄集团领导上任后得到了迅猛发展。先后开发出八旗、铁帽子、康乾、极品四大品种山庄老酒。该酒属浓香型，香而不艳、甜而不腻、低而不淡、净而不寡，乃酒中佳品。山庄集团通过市场细分、新产品导入逐步占领了承德市场，去年实现销售额2亿多元，山庄老酒成为了承德白酒市场的第一品牌。 </p>
<p>　　稳定住了家门口承德市场，山庄集团把市场延伸到了近邻唐山。唐山毗邻承德，交通便利，市场幅射面广，是华北重要的商品集散地。山庄集团从2001年开始在唐山设立联络处进行市场开拓，开发一年多来资金投入不少，每月回款却只有三五万元。为了使山庄老酒尽快进入这一目标市场，山庄集团非常希望自己的合作老伙伴北京匹夫策划公司（以下简称匹夫公司）为其进行营销策划，早日打下唐山市场。 </p>

<center><strong><big><font size="4">市场调查</font></big></strong></center>
<p>　　匹夫公司接手这一&ldquo;硬骨头&rdquo;后，从2002年4月开始着手唐山市场的开拓。俗话说：&ldquo;知已知彼，百战不殆&rdquo;。为了解瞬息万变的市场，首先要了解目标市场的当前状况。通过与山庄集团领导、市场人员座谈及亲自进行市场走访，匹夫公司对市场基本把握后又组织专门人员对唐山白酒市场进行了详细的调查。 </p>
<p>　　市场调查显示：唐山商贾云集，市场竞争历来激烈，白酒市场也不例外。市场主要特点：1、市场容量比较大。目前唐山市场每年消费白酒5&mdash;6个亿。2、白酒品种多，有近百种。主要有五粮液、剑南春、白杨、金六福、黑土地、泥坑、小糊涂仙、沙城、曹雪芹家酒、山庄老酒、板城烧、高粱酒、沱牌、古井贡等等。3、市民饮酒品牌杂，排在前三位的是曹雪芹家酒（占36.92%）、金六福（占26.15%）、白杨（占20%），山庄老酒排不上座次。4、市民饮酒价位低，在外就餐饮用白酒价位10&mdash;30元占44.62%，31&mdash;60元占24.65%，10元以下占18.46%；在家饮用白酒的价位10元以下占43.08%，10&mdash;30元占40.22%，31&mdash;60元占6.15%。5、白酒消费有跟风现象，市场没有领导品牌，一般是一年流行一个品牌。6、各白酒品牌的提及率前四名为五粮液、曹雪芹家酒、剑南春、金六福，山庄老酒基本没有人提到。7、消费者购酒渠道主要为超市、附近食杂店及批发店。8、消费者喜欢看的报纸依次为《唐山晚报》占64.62%，《唐山电视报》占40%，《唐山劳动日报》占20%。9、消费者喜欢看的电视节目，主要是河北1、2套，唐山1、2套。另外唐山人民经历了1976年地震的毁灭性打击，生活比较豁达，注重情感。通过调查获得的这些重要资料为匹夫公司进行市场开拓打下良好的基础。 </p>

<center><strong><big><font size="4">策划思路</font></big></strong></center>
<p>　　有调查结果做支撑，匹夫公司制定了山庄老酒唐山市场发展战略。即前期抓知名度、美誉度的传播；通过主题活动为主的体验营销培养基础消费者；综合运用多种营销手段逐步树立山庄&ldquo;酒老情深&rdquo;的品牌形象。走品牌发展之路，力争做成唐山白酒市场第一品牌，以品牌带动销量。 </p>
<p>　　具体思路：1、确定主打产品。山庄老酒主要有四个品种，以前在唐山市场主推&ldquo;康乾山庄&rdquo;，由于同等价位有知名度很高的剑南春等，并且价格偏高。虽然有人喝，但是大多数人舍不得喝，因此销量上不去。基于消费者喝酒集中在中低档偏低档水平，因此主打产品选定价位较低的&ldquo;铁帽子&rdquo;山庄老酒。2、地区选择：改变过去主打市区战略，采取城市与郊县同步进行，城市做影响，郊县做销量。3、渠道选择：以酒店和宾馆为主，商场和超市为辅。A、B类店为主，C类店为辅，同时加紧零售终端的中小型商场超市和饭店铺货。4、加大宣传推广力度。在唐山市三大报纸上刊登山庄科普文章进行软性宣传，每周一篇；户外宣传以车贴广告和墙体广告为主，强化视觉效果；寻找山庄老酒形象代言人，创意制作电视广告片，利用好这一重武器，增强山庄老酒的震撼力；在各区县聘请质量监督员，通过口碑进行宣传。这种立体式传播能迅速提高山庄老酒的知名度。5、加强通路促销：主要采取两个方案：（1）、大客户通过联谊会、培训会等多种形式，培养感情，通过关系营销实现&ldquo;双赢&rdquo;；（2）、对中小型商场超市、酒店这些小客户、散客户采取&ldquo;买二送一&rdquo;形式加紧铺货，尽快提高铺货率方便消费者购买。 </p>
<p>　　由于产品定位适销对路，策略选择得当，批发商和零售商争相定购山庄老酒，仅九月的一次定货会就定货5000多箱，山庄老酒铺货率迅速提高。为了将铺货率转化为销量，匹夫公司针对唐山白酒市场没有定型，市民豪爽重情谊等特点，制定出行之有效策略。孙子曰：&ldquo;凡战者，以正合，以奇胜。&rdquo;匹夫公司在这一宗旨的指导下开始了&ldquo;晓之以理，动之以情&rdquo;的唐山白酒攻坚战。 </p>

<p>　　善于见微知著的匹夫公司，抓住唐山人重&ldquo;情&rdquo;这一特点，在广大白酒厂家采取&ldquo;瓶盖费&rdquo;、&ldquo;返现金&rdquo;、&ldquo;上促销员&rdquo;、&ldquo;赠礼品&rdquo;等促销手段时，为山庄集团策划出一条以&ldquo;情&rdquo;为主线的市场营销之路。山庄老酒在唐山市场的营销战于2002年&ldquo;五一&rdquo;黄金周正式开始拉开序幕。抓住一些社会热点，针对各类消费人群展开了送真情活动，体现了山庄老酒，酒老情更深的品牌理念。 </p>
<p>　　1、鲜花献模范，美酒敬英雄&mdash;&mdash;山庄老酒向劳模献真情 </p>
<p>　　这是山庄老酒在唐山市场打的营销第一战。这一仗一方面是增强山庄集团开拓唐山市场的信心与决心，另一方面是让唐山市民重新认识山庄老酒。&ldquo;五一&rdquo;国际劳动节主角是劳模，热点是旅游。如果利用&ldquo;五一&rdquo;长假，把这些平时默默奉献的劳模组织起来，让他们追求一次时尚，享受一下生活，一方面体现了对劳模的关心爱护，更重要的是唤起社会对劳模的关注。另外，把山庄老酒与劳模这一&ldquo;强势品牌&rdquo;联系起来，能提高山庄品牌形象，有利于山庄品牌的传播。&ldquo;五一&rdquo;节，山庄集团与唐山市总工会联合举办&ldquo;美酒敬模范，鲜花献英雄&rdquo;劳模联谊活动。为了让更多的劳模参与到活动中来，山庄集团在唐山发行量比较大的《唐山劳动日报》、《唐山晚报》、《唐山广播电视报》三大报纸上刊登活动信息。劳动节当天，山庄集团向唐山市近300名市以上劳模献上了价值数万元的铁帽子山庄老酒，而且还真诚地向上主席台领奖的每位劳模献上一束鲜花。表彰会结束后，山庄集团组织劳模乘专车游览了承德旅游胜地&mdash;&mdash;避暑山庄，并且参观了山庄老酒的生产基地。劳模们玩得格外开心，度过了一个愉快的节日。唐山各主要报纸纷纷抓住这一热点进行了大篇幅的报道，一时间唐山掀起一股劳模热。社会各届在谈论劳模话题时，不经意间就会联想到了山庄老酒。山庄老酒在唐山得以广泛传播，唐山市民对山庄老酒有了认知。赠酒活动既达到了推新品铁帽子山庄的目的，同时还能培养一部分基础消费人群。节日期间，山庄集团还举行了山庄老酒上市优惠活动，市民积极抢购山庄老酒。营销第一战打得非常成功，鼓舞了公司领导及业务人员的士气，增强了开拓市场信心。 </p>
<p>　　2、凤凰山寻宝大行动&mdash;&mdash;山庄老酒为中国足球加油，为唐山人民健身 </p>
<p>　　为了继续扩大战果，山庄集团抓住中国足球历史性的突破，44年来首次进入世界杯决赛圈这一契机，在中国足球队出征韩日世界杯之际，为了表达唐山人民对中国足球的支持与热爱，5月26日、27日，在唐山凤凰山公园举行了&ldquo;为中国足球助威，为唐山人民健身&rdquo;凤凰山寻宝大行动。此活动吸引了近万人参加，凤凰山公园成为欢乐的海洋。活动未开始，在写有&ldquo;避暑山庄集团为中国足球助威&rdquo;口号的巨型条幅前已经围满了人，上至七旬老人，下至学前儿童，人人争相在上面签名，表达自己的一份心意。签上名的人将获得山庄集团赠送的优惠卡，活动期间购酒七折优惠。活动开始后，市民便开始上山寻宝。甬路两侧、山上、树下到处可见寻宝人的身影。男女老幼齐上阵，小心翼翼，仔细寻找每一个可疑之地，表情轻松活泼又不失认真劲。寻到宝的人手捧奖品&mdash;&mdash;足球、铁帽子酒，满脸的兴奋。没找到宝的受到了鼓舞，继续寻找。这次活动特等奖被一对祖孙俩找到。奶奶手握3000元现金，激动得有些语无伦次。为安全起见，山庄集团派专车将祖孙俩一直送到家。此次活动老少皆宜，锻炼了身体，丰富了市民的生活。山庄集团通过这次活动在唐山市民中树立了良好的品牌形象。活动过后，市民凭七折优惠卡购买山庄老酒为企业带来了销量。 </p>
<p>　　3、军民鱼水情谊深&mdash;&mdash;山庄老酒向人民子弟兵致敬 </p>
<p>　　山庄老酒，酒老情深，讲究的就是一个情字。建军节到了，山庄集团没有忘记驻扎在唐山的远离家乡的武警官兵以及为我国的解放事业做出牺牲的军烈家属们。节日当天，山庄集团组织文艺小分队到驻唐武警部队及军烈属家中，为他们表演了相声、歌曲、舞蹈等各种形式的文艺节目，并且献上了醇香的山庄美酒。去驻唐武警部队的文艺小分队与武警官兵们同台献艺，现场欢歌笑语不断。军民鱼水情谊深，山庄老酒美名扬。这次活动把山庄品牌形象带给了最可爱的人。 </p>

<p>　　教师这一崇高的职业，被喻为&ldquo;辛勤的园丁&rdquo;。&ldquo;春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。&rdquo;便是对他们最好的写照。随着社会的进步，教师们越来越受到人们的尊重、关心与爱戴。教师节前夕，山庄集团向唐山市区的广大教师们寄去一封热情洋溢的慰问信，表达了对教师们的由衷敬佩。教师节当天，山庄集团举办了&ldquo;山庄老酒教师节有礼了&rdquo;大型主题活动。教师凭山庄慰问信和教师证到活动现场都可以领到一份山庄集团赠送的礼品；优秀教师凭此信及模范教师证书还将获得山庄集团赠送的山庄老酒一箱。另外，教师现场购买山庄老酒按教龄优惠。9月10日上午九时，活动现场已是人山人海，即有参加活动的教师，又有不少围观的市民。教师们拿着慰问信及教师证排起了久违的长队。模范教师抱着山庄老酒由衷感慨：社会没忘了我们！一位戴着老花镜的教师高兴地说：&ldquo;没想到这教龄在这儿派上了用场。&rdquo;山庄老酒在教师中留下了良好的口碑，山庄品牌得到了广泛的传播。 </p>
<p>　　5、举杯邀明月　山庄献真情 </p>
<p>　　中秋佳节是合家团聚，品酒赏月的美好时刻。&ldquo;每逢佳节倍思亲&rdquo;、&ldquo;常回家看看&rdquo;。热情好客的唐山市民更爱在节日期间走亲访友，共话中秋。带上两瓶美酒，捎上一包月饼，讲究的是一份情意。今年中秋，山庄集团向每位购买山庄老酒的顾客赠送一份高档精美月饼。此举受到走亲访友市民的欢迎。往年买酒买月饼花钱多，今年买酒送月饼实惠。同样是打折、优惠，这种做法消费者比较喜欢。山庄老酒通过这次活动正式进入了商场和超市，实现了在商超市场销售零的突破。 </p>
<p>　　6、百年好合，好事成双&mdash;&mdash;山庄祝福有缘人 </p>
<p>　　&ldquo;十一&rdquo;是我国国庆节，也是青年男女结婚首选的吉日佳期。每年在国庆期间结婚者占全年其他时间的1/3左右。北方人都喜欢在婚礼上大摆宴席，款待宾朋。这是一个巨大商机，既能提高产品的知名度和美誉度，又能为企业带来销量。9月5日、26日，山庄集团在《唐山劳动日报》、《唐山晚报》、《唐山广播电视报》发布&ldquo;百年好合，好事成双&rdquo;活动广告。凡是9月、10月结婚者均可凭结婚证购买结婚用酒，享受买一箱送一箱这种&ldquo;好事成双&rdquo;优惠，并且由山庄集团负责把酒送到婚庆地点。广告登出后，咨询电话不断，工作人员一面详细解答；一面进行登记。婚庆当天，山庄工作人员敲锣打鼓，将贴有&ldquo;双喜&rdquo;字的山庄老酒准时送到指定地点。引起了市民及赴宴的客人们好奇地围观。这一活动成了人们茶余饭后的谈资，无形中也促进了山庄老酒的传播。 </p>
<p>　　7、共和国同龄人国庆招待会&mdash;&mdash;山庄老酒国庆献礼 </p>
<p>　　国庆七天长假每个人都有自己的快乐方式，携三五好友畅游祖国名山大川；与家人共享天伦之乐等等。山庄集团在共和国53岁华诞之际，特别邀请53位共和国同龄人参加山庄老酒国庆招待会暨诗歌朗颂会。凡1949年10月1日出生的共和国同龄人均可报名，从中抽选53位幸运者参加。本次活动由山庄集团与唐山民进市委联合主办。在招待会中这53位入选的共和国同龄人与市委领导们举杯共祝祖国永远繁荣昌盛，特邀的艺术家们进行诗歌朗颂比赛。艺术家们饱含激情的表演，把活动推向一个又一个高潮。活动结束后，山庄集团领导向这53位共和国同龄人颁发证书，聘请他们作为山庄老酒唐山地区的质量监督员。招待会上唐山民进市委领导与53位共和国同龄人欢聚一堂，谈笑风生，谱写一曲与民同乐的乐章。这些同龄人也过了一个别开生面的生日。 </p>
<p>　　8、聘请乒坛常青树瓦尔德内尔为山庄老酒代言人 </p>
<p>　　为了加深山庄老酒在唐山市民心目中的印象，更好地传播&ldquo;酒老情深&rdquo;的品牌理念，增加品牌的震撼性、联想性，山庄集团经过数月的寻找，最终锁定与中国人民有不解之缘的乒坛不老松瑞典人瓦尔德内尔作为山庄老酒的形象代言人。匹夫公司加班加点为之创意了8则电视广告，其中&ldquo;神奇篇&rdquo;、&ldquo;轿子篇&rdquo;、&ldquo;皇帝篇&rdquo;被采纳。唐山人民对老瓦比较熟悉，有亲切感；同时这又是老瓦代言的第一个品牌，因此电视广告在唐山刚一播放便引起极大轰动，山庄老酒在唐山的知名度迅速提高，销量持续上升。 </p>

<p>　　唐山市场半年多的运作，山庄老酒在唐山的知名度、美誉度迅速提高到92%和83%。山庄集团凭借一种对唐山市民的真情奉献，换来的是唐山市民的热情回报。投入近200万元，月回款从30万元、50万元、80万元直至十一月份回款100万元。山庄老酒一举从默默无闻的市场小字辈成为今年唐山白酒市场强势品牌。 </p>
<p>　　匹夫公司称此次营销策划为&ldquo;情感营销&rdquo;的胜利。洒下片片真情，换来累累硕果。抓住了一个&ldquo;情&rdquo;字，为山庄集团打开了唐山市场。</p>
