<title>2011年车用空调禁用R134a</title>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 即便美国从R22（HCFC）转向HFCs制冷剂的脚步落后于人，但是从2010年起新产品禁止使用HCFC的法案已经通过，很多空调厂商意图转向R410A。一些业界人士认为，R410A将在未来几年占据世界制冷剂市场的大部分江山。采用R410A的产品将在节能成本、环保和节能上有很大的优势。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; R134a广泛用于离心式冰水机、正排量冰水机和车用空调（尽管一家厂商开发出一种采用HFC245fa的离心式冰水机，但是还没有广泛推广）。但是，与此同时，欧洲开始控制HFCs，尤其是移动式空调（MACs）使用的HFCs制冷剂。从2011年起，新的车用空调禁止使用R134a，这条法令已经获得通过。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 因此，欧洲很多<a onmouseover="javascript:showpos(event,this)" style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; FONT-SIZE: 14px; COLOR: #00a2ca" onmouseout="javascript:ClearTimer()" href="http://search.178b2b.com/Sell.aspx?keywords=压缩机" target="_blank">压缩机</a>厂提议开发使用CO2的压缩机，并应用到移动式空调上。尽管CO2是促使全球变暖的气体，但传统制冷剂造成的全球变暖比同等数量的CO2造成的全球变暖高1400倍。而且，空调释放出来的少量CO2与发电厂和交通工具排放的大量CO2相比是微不足道的。对于小型和轻型系统如车用空调和移动式空调来说，CO2系统极具开发前景。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 但是CO2系统的一大缺点是，它们必须在很大的压力下才能操作（比传统系统高5倍），在高压下操作造成了一定程度的工程上的挑战，而且要求采用重钢管道。然而，近年来制造工艺和其他技术的进步使得应用CO2系统的可行性增加。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 不过，在温度相对较高的地区，CO2作为空调制冷剂的效率并不高。而且，由于需要高强度来耐受压力，压缩机或制冷机系统都很笨重，移动式空调的推行也变得困难。两家大型化学品公司霍尼维尔和杜邦展开了对新型低GWP值的HFCs制冷剂（R1234yf）的研制。完成毒性试验需要相当长的时间。尽管新的制冷剂的开发最终是否成功尚不确定，但汽车厂商已经倾向于不采用CO2。</p>]]>
