<title>镀银纤维作为导电胶填料的浅见</title>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本人从事的是纤维功能化的研发工作。在</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">2002</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年左右对某高分子聚合物纤维进行过镀银的研究，当时的目的是开发导电纤维用做抗菌与屏蔽上，小试成功后在中试中发现生产能力低下的致命弱点最终不了了之。究其原因，概因当时的原料是长纤维（一根纤维数十万米），为了保证成品进一步加工的需要与镀层的稳定性而导致产量低下。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">2007</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年，与朋友交谈中得知导电胶填料的有关情况。为了达到良好的导电性能，一般的企业用都是用金属粉末或金属纤维作导电胶填料；这样不但金属填衬消耗量大，成本增加，而且由于密度的差异，金属物的常常导致胶液不稳定；而在超细纤维表面镀银来代替传统导电胶中的银粉，这样一方面可以降低成本，杜绝胶体的分层，而且此纤维在导电胶体中所形成的网状结构可以获得更好的导电性。鉴于如上好处，国外有不人科研单位在进行此方面的研究。</span></font></p>
