<p><font color="#000000">　　1、按结构型式分有回转式、活塞式、膜片式。其中，活塞式和回转式中的螺杆式为多见。国内活塞式占了产量的75%，而国外螺杆式则占90%以上，这二种<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#0000ff">空压机</font></a>各有其优缺点。螺杆压缩机由于转子型线复杂，制造成本较高，但体积小、重量轻，零件小是其优点。相同排气量的情况下，螺杆式压缩机要比活塞式价格高，其维修必须要专门的知识和经验。一般来讲，由于活塞式压缩机为往复式机器，都有一定的震动。 </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　2、根据原动机的不同分类：有电动机驱动方式，柴油机驱动方式。大型电动式配有配电柜，柴油驱动式由电瓶起动，两种压缩机均有直联、皮带传动。</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　3、按润滑方式分：无油式和有油润滑式。 </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　4、按地基基础分：固定式、有基础式、无基础式、移动式。</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　<strong>二、空压机工作原理简述</strong></font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　1、螺杆式<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#0000ff">空压机</font></a>工作原理</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　螺杆式空压机属容积式压缩机，是通过工作容积的逐渐减少来达到气体压缩的目的。螺杆式空气压缩机的工作容积是由一对相互平行放置且相互啮合的转子的齿槽与包容这一对转子的机壳所组成。在机器运转时二转子的齿互相插入对方齿槽，且随着转子的旋转插入对方齿槽的齿向排气端移动，使被对方齿所封闭的容积逐步缩小，压力逐渐提高，直至达到所要求的压力时，此齿槽方与排气口相通，实现了排气。一个齿槽被与之相啮合的对方齿插入后，形成了二个被齿隔开的空间，靠近吸气端的齿槽为吸气容积，与排气端相近的为压缩气体的容积。随着压缩机的运转，插入齿槽的对方转子的齿向排气端移动，使吸气容积不断扩大，压缩气体的容积不断缩小，从而实现了在每个齿槽的吸气压缩过程，当压缩气体在齿槽中气体压力达到所要求的排气压力时，这齿槽正好与排气孔口相通，开始了排气过程。被对方转子的齿将齿槽分成的吸气容积和压缩容积的变化是周而复始的，就这样使压缩机能连续的吸气、压缩和排气。</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　2、活塞式空压机工作原理</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　活塞式空压机是由电动机带动皮带轮通过联轴器直接驱动曲轴，带动连杆与活塞杆，使活塞在压缩机气缸内作往复运动，完成吸入、压缩、排出等过程,将无压或低压气体升压，并输出到储压罐内。其中，活塞组件，活塞与汽缸内壁及汽缸盖构成容积可变的工作腔，在曲柄连杆带动下，在汽缸内作往复运动以实现汽缸内气体的压缩。</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　<strong>三、空压机系统控制</strong></font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　空压机主电机运行方式为星三角降压起动后全压运行，供气系统具体工作流程为：当按下启动按钮，控制系统接通启动器线圈并打开断油阀，空压机在卸载模式下启动，这时进气阀处于关闭位置，而放气阀打开以排放油气分离器内的压力。等降压n秒（由时间继电器控制）后空压机开始加载运行，系统压力开始上升。如果系统压力上升到压力开关上限值，即起跳压力，控制器使进气阀关闭，油气分离器放气，压缩机空载运行，直到系统压力降到压力开关下限值后，即回跳压力下，控制器使进气阀打开，油气分离器放气阀关闭，压缩机打开，油气分离器放气阀关闭，压缩机满载运行。</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　<strong>四、原系统工况存在的问题</strong></font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">　　由于空压机不能排除在满负荷状态下长时间运行的可能性，所以只能按最大需要来决定电动机的容量，设计余量一般偏大。工频起动设备时的冲击大，电机轴承的磨损大，所以设备维护量大。虽然都是降压启动，但起动时的电流仍然很大，会影响电网的稳定及其它用电设备的运行安全，而且大多数是连续运行，由于一般空气压缩机的拖动电机本身不能调速，因此就不能直接使用压力或流量的变动来实现降速调节输出功率的匹配，电机不允许频繁启动，导致在用气量少的时候电机仍然要空载运行，电能浪费巨大。经常卸载和加载导致整个气网压力经常变化，不能保持恒定的工作压力延长压缩机的使用寿命。空压机的有些调节方式（如调节阀门或调节卸载等方式）即使在需要流量较小的情况下，由于电机转速不变，电机功率下降幅度比较小。<a href="http://www.dhl-dh.com"><font color="#0000ff">广州DHL</font></a></font></p>]]>

<title>变频空压机相关技术探讨</title>

<![CDATA[变频<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp">空压机</a>测试技术及标准探讨&nbsp; <br /><br />技术随着变频控制技术的发展逐渐成熟，变频技术在空调器、冰箱等家用电器方面的应用越来越广泛，变频空调器在国内生产和使用也逐年上升。作为变频空调器心脏部件的变频空压机，国内各个压缩机生产厂家都先后推出自己的产品。但由于变频空压机和普通压缩机有极大的区别，国标./012345362773中列出的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则等内容有部分并不适用于变频空压机。因此，针对变频空压机制定一切实可行的测试方法和标准就显得尤为重要了。在此，结合我们在变频空压机开发测试工作中所遇见的问题，对国标./012345362773的修订提出一些个人意见，供有关爱好者参考。 <br /><br />变频<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp">空压机</a>的一般介绍 <br /><br />变频空压机和普通压缩机相比，最大的区别是普通压缩机其驱动方式一般采用单相异步电动机，而变频空压机采用三相交流变频电机或直流无刷调速电机驱动。采用三相交流变频电机驱动的压缩机称交流变频空压机，而后者称直流调速压缩机，两者统一俗称变频空压机。本文主要以交流变频空压机为参考进行论述，但其内容都适用于直流调速压缩机。普通压缩机直接联接到电网电源工作，因此其额定频率，额定电压就是电源电压和频率。而变频空压机工作时须配置有一个变频控制器接在电源和压缩机之间，变频器把输入的单相电源经过斩波等处理后变成频率和电压可调的三相电源来驱动变频空压机。通过变频器改变输出电压和频率，从而改变压缩机的转速达到调节压缩机工作能力的目的。由于变频空压机的工作频率和电压是可变的，变频空压机的额定频率和额定电压等额定值是指压缩机设计和测试中性能系数达到最佳的某个频率点的各项参数。应此，和普通压缩机的额定频率即是电源频率相比，变频空压机的额定频率是变频器输出的驱动压缩机的某一工作频率。这一点区别，必须明确。同时，变频空压机必须匹配相应的变频控制器才能进行测试，但不同的压缩机配不同的变频器所测的结果也会有些差异，因此统一测试用变频器的某些技术要求也是必须的。 <br /><br />变频<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp">空压机</a>的测试指标及方法 <br /><br />制冷性能测试 <br />相对普通压缩机只是单一的工作频率，变频空压机其工作频率范围很宽，一般为9HZ=28HZ（不同厂家的压缩机其范围会有所不同）。变频空压机在不同频率下工作时其制冷量和性能系数都不同，因此除测试压缩机额定频率下的制冷量外，还应测试压缩机从最小工作频率到最大工作频率范围内的各频段的制冷量，建议以&nbsp;2HZ为间隔。如测试8HZ、9HZ、&hellip;5HZ、4HZ、&hellip;22HZ、28HZ等频率点的制冷量。而对于变频空压机其各频率点的性能系数并不都能满足现有国标标准，因此，建议变频空压机除了其额定频率下的性能系数需满足现有国标标准外，额定频率上下一定范围内的频率（如以额定频率为中点上下2HZ范围）所测得的性能系数也需满足现有国标标准。当然，现有国标要求的性能系数也可修改提高，特别是对于直流调速压缩机。另外，还应该制订一个最低性能系数，要求变频空压机其它工作频率测得的性能系数必需满足。 <br /><br />输入功率，工作电流，电压及频率 <br />在进行压缩机各频率点测试时，同时测试输入功率和工作电流，电压。而此输入功率不包括变频控制器的功耗，另外，由于变频空压机工作频率不同，其工作电压也有变化，因此也须进行测量。由于以上参数的测量是在变频器至压缩机之间的电源线上联接相关仪表进行，但由于其电源是经变频器斩波后输出的，其频率变化范围宽，高次谐波含量大，因此许多一般的测试仪表无法测出正确的结果。因此国标中应对此测试仪表有所规定，但不是越高级越好，只需有效就可。笔者推荐一简易可行的测试方法，以供参考。 <br /><br />.&nbsp;噪声振动测试 <br />和测试变频空压机的制冷性能要求一样，除测试压缩机额定频率下的噪声振动外，还应测试压缩机从最小工作频率到最大工作频率范围内的各频段的噪声振动。而对于变频空压机其各频率点的噪声振动值都应满足现有国标标准。. <br /><br />启动性能测试 <br />一般变频空压机启动时都是以低电压，低频率启动，其启动工作频率从.123到/123之间，压机工作后其工作频率再逐步上升到目标工作频率。由于变频空压机机其启动特性和普通压缩机不一样，且变频空压机须经变频控制器的控制才能工作。因此，建议对国标456789:;9&lt;8==9中&ldquo;9&amp;/&nbsp;启动性能试验&rdquo;一项的内容进行修改，即把&ldquo;在压缩机接线端子处测量的端电压为8&amp;1;倍61&amp;&gt;9倍额定电压时&rdquo;这一要求该为&ldquo;在变频器电源输入端子处测量的端电压为8&amp;1;倍61&amp;&gt;9倍电源电压时&rdquo;较为可行。另外，由于配有变频控制器，变频空压机的工作电压范围一般达到8;9?@.91之间，所以对电源电压的要求可提高到8&amp;8161&amp;&gt;1倍。同时，生产厂家应列出其变频空压机的启动频率和频率上升速率这两项技术要求。. <br /><br />起动耐久性试验 <br />试验时变频空压机的启动要求基本和启动性能测试一样经变频控制器控制以低电压，低频率进行启动，其它测试条件和要求不变。.压缩机转子堵转试验国标要求压缩机应配备有适合的电动机过电流，过热保护装置，如一般采用单相异步电动机驱动的普通压缩机就配有过载保护器。而控制变频空压机工作的变频控制器也内置有过电流和过热保护功能，因此变频空压机的堵转试验要配上相应的变频控制器，同时把变频器的温度采样探头放在压缩机外壳指定位置。另外，生产厂家应给出过流保护的动作电流以及过热保护的动作温度。 <br /><br />加速寿命试验 <br />由于变频空压机的工作频率是变化的，而压缩机在不同频率下运行对寿命影响的原因也不同。如低频运行主要考虑压缩机润滑油的供油问题，而高频运行主要考虑材料高速运行的耐磨性。同时变频空调器在实际运行中一般情况下会在低频范围（30~50）长期运行，高频范围（80~100）的工作时间都较短，变频空调器能够保持长期运行的最高频率基本设计在压缩机允许最大工作频率的&gt;1A左右（=123B81123）。因此，建议加速寿命试验时压缩机的工作频率可分别设定在压缩机的最低允许工作频率下和最大允许工作频率的&gt;1A条件下进行试验，其它试验条件不变。两种频率下所作的加速寿命试验结果也应符合国标要求。以上浅谈，是我在变频空压机的销售实践中逐步摸索出来的一些看法，如有不妥之处，敬请同行批评指正。 <a href="http://www.dhl-dh.com"><font color="#0000ff">深圳DHL</font></a><br />]]>

<![CDATA[1、刮油环误装 <br /><br />　　在单作用<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>修理中，修理者往往不注意刮油环的装配方向，因而造成误装：这种<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>大多数是飞溅润滑，但飞溅在气缸工作表面上的油量不易控制。若过多的润滑油进入气缸，再中上润滑油的闪点低，不仅增加了润滑油的消耗，而且容易在排气阀、通道和环槽等处形成积炭，影响设备的正常工作；若过多的润滑油进入空气系统，又不能及时排出，当空气与油蒸气的混合气体达到一定的浓度比例时，便可能引起过燃烧和爆炸。因此，刮油环的装配方向必须正确，否则就起不到应有的作用。同时，为了使刮下来的油能顺利地流回曲轴箱，不致使在气缸中聚积，在刮油环下部的活塞上，开有相应的回油孔，使润滑油同此回到曲轴箱。 <br /><br />　　<strong>2、润滑油选错 <br /></strong><br />　　<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>气缸用的润滑油采用SYB1216-60S标准，牌号为HS-13和HS-19的压缩机油。从黏度角度考虑，一般夏季采用HS-19润滑油，冬季采用HS-13润滑油。但是有的操作者不注意气缸润滑油的选用，认为不管夏季或冬季，只要有润滑油就行。若夏季选用HS-13润滑油，由于环境温度高，相对空压机气缸温度也高，使润滑油的黏度降低，这样一方面不利于润滑，容易使活塞环拉毛缸表面；另一方面，不利于气缸的密封，容易漏气，增加能耗。同样，若冬季使用HS-19润滑油，其黏度过大，虽对密封有好处，但增加了空压机活塞环的运动阻力和气体流经气阀通道的阻力，使压缩机能耗增加。 <br /><br />　　因此，必须随季节变化及时更换气缸润滑油。]]>

            <div><strong>1</strong><strong>、安装场所的选定</strong></div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>安装场所的选定是最被工作人员所疏忽，往往空压机购置后就随意找个地方，配管后随即使用，根本无事前的规划。殊不知如此草率的结果，却形成了日后空压机的故障，维修困难与空气品质不良等后果，所以适当的安装场所是正确使用<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>系统的先决条件：</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)选择采光良好的宽阔场所，以利于操作、保养和维修时所需的空间和照明。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)选择空气湿度低、灰尘少，空气清新且通风好的场所，避免水雾、酸雾、油雾，多粉尘和多纤维的环境。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)按照GB50029－2003《压缩空气站设计规范》的要求，压缩空气站机器间的采暖温度不宜低于15℃，非工作时间机器间的温度不得低于5℃。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4)当空压机吸气口或机组冷却风吸风口设于室内时，其室内环境温度不应大于40℃。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (5)如果工厂环境较差，灰尘多，须加装前置过滤设备，以保证空压机系统零件的使用寿命。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (6)当单台排气量等于或大于20m3/min，且总安装容量等于或大于60 m3/min的压缩空气站，宜设检修用起重设备，其起重能力应按空压机组最重部件确定。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (7)预留通道和保养空间，按照GB50029－2003《压缩空气站设计规范》的要求，空压机组与墙之间的通道宽度按排气量大小为0.8～1.5m的距离。</div>
            <div><strong>2</strong><strong>、压缩空气管路配管应注意的事项</strong></div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)主管路配管时，管路须有1&deg;～2&deg;的倾斜度，以利于管路中冷凝水的排出，如图1、图2示。</div>

            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)配管管路的压力降不得超过空压机使用压力的5%，故配管时最好选用比设计值大的管路，其计算公式如下：</div>

            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3) 支线管路必须从主管路的顶端接出，以避免主管路中的凝结水下流至工作机械中或者回流至空压机中。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4) 管路不要任意缩小或放大，管路需使用渐缩管，如图2所示。若没有使用渐缩管，在接头处会有扰流产生，产生扰流则会导致大的压力降，同时对管路的寿命也有不利影响。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (5) 空压机之后如果有储气罐及干燥机等净化缓冲设备，理想的配管顺序应是空压机＋储气罐＋干燥机。储气罐可将部分的冷凝水滤除，同时也有降低气体温度的功能。将较低温度且含水量较少的压缩空气再导入干燥机，则可减轻干燥机负荷。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (6) 若空气使用量很大且时间很短，最好另加装一储气罐做为缓冲之用，这样可以减少空压机加泄载次数，对空压机使用寿命有很大的益处。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (7) 管路中尽量减少使用弯头及各种阀类。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (8) 理想的配管是主管线环绕整个厂房，这样可以在任何位置均可以获得双方向的压缩空气。如在某支线用气量突然大增时，可以减少压降。除此之外，在环状主管线上应配置适当的阀组，以利于检修时切断之用。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (9) 多台空压机空气输出管道并联联网时，<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>输出端无须加装止回阀。</div>
            <div><strong>3</strong><strong>、空压机的基础</strong></div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 空压机的基础应建立在硬质土壤上，在安装前将基础水平面抹平，以避免振动发生。如装在楼上，须做好防振措施，否则振动传至楼下或产生共振现象，极易对空压机与建筑物造成危害。一般螺杆空压机的振动速度值在11.2mm/s（皮带传动）和7.1 mm/s（联轴器传动）以下，可以不做特殊的基础，建议砌一个高约120mm，长宽略大于空压机底面积的平台地基，以利于排污。</div>
            <div><strong>4</strong><strong>、冷却系统</strong></div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 水冷式<a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>冷却用水的水质标准，应符合GB50050《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的规定。当企业内部有软化水可以利用，且系统又经济合理时，系统内的循环水可采用软化水。主要是避免水中的钙、镁等离子在冷却器中因高温而起化学反应，最后在冷却器中结成水垢，从而影响冷却器的冷却效率。冷却水水压一般在0.15～0.4MPa之间，冷却水出口温度应保持在大于入口温度6℃～10℃之间。其冷却水进水管道应安装过滤网，且进出水管道需分别安装压力表、温度计和截止阀。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 风冷式空压机须注意其通风环境，不得将空压机置于高温机械的附近或通风不良的封闭空间内，以免导致排气高温而停机。若放置在一封闭空间中使用，须加装进、排风设备，进风口设在机房的下部，排风口设在机房的上部，以利于冷空气循环。一般而言，其进、排风风量须大于空压机散热排风量。</div>
            <div><strong>5</strong><strong>、电力系统</strong></div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.sunball-dg.com/company.asp"><font color="#000000">空压机</font></a>配电时，须保证电源电压的正确性。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 依据所使用空压机的功率大小，选择正确的电源线线径，不得使用小的电源线，否则电源线会因负荷过高产生高温而烧毁。电源线须采用多股铜芯电缆，三相四线制其中一相为接地线。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 空压机最好单独使用一套电力系统，尤其要避免与其他大的电力消耗系统并联使用，否则可能因过大的电压降或三相电流不平衡，而造成空压机主电机过载而停机，大功率空压机尤其须注意。且供电网络负荷应均匀，电压波动在&plusmn;5％内，三相电压不平衡允许在&plusmn;1％。配电柜至空压机的供电电缆中间不能有连接点。</div>
            <div>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 依据空压机的功率大小选择适当的空气开关，以维护电力系统与维修保养的安全。</div>
            <div>电力系统的接地线应确保架设，而且接地线不可直接接在压缩空气输送管或冷却水管上。</div>
