<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">时下许多管理书籍的观点都只是跟流行，用很短暂的时间判读企业经营之道，立论多经不起几年时间的考验。最有名的例子大概就是大约十五年前出版的《追求卓越》这本书了。作者在书中提到十家卓越企业，后来有一半以上都成为不卓越的失败企业。但是，由于《追求卓越》成为数一数二的畅销书，使得该书作者之一，汤姆&middot;彼德斯成为最受欢迎、价码最高的管理大师，所以，这本书也开启了管理时尚书籍的市场。但如果读者有足够的社会科学训练，将会发现许多流行管理理论不过是新瓶装旧酒，真正具有革命性新意的管理理论实在很有限。以目前流行的社会资本为例，社会学家早在上世纪六十年代就已经提出这个观念。因此，读者若能对社会科学的经典著作有所涉猎，有助于解构时尚管理观念。以解构的态度讨论管理时尚的书籍中，比较有名的两本书是《超越管理的迷思》、《企业巫医》。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">在管理领域中，我会特别推荐两位大师的著作，一位是德鲁克，一位是钱德勒。管理大师德鲁克的许多作品，很容易读却深具启发性。他所著的《有效的经营者》虽然已经超过三十年历史，至今读来，仍饶富启发内涵。他的许多书既可以归类成管理学的入门教科书，也可以被认定为高营养蛋白的思想类书籍。严格来说，钱德勒并不是管理学者而是企业史学者，但他从长镜头的历史的角度看企业，提供给读者更恢弘的观点，让读者知道现代企业演变的过程。从经营者的角度而言，企业发展史可以让经营者对自己的企业有更清楚的定位，这对策略的拟定具有重要意义。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">管理的本质在管理人的问题，大至平天下，小至修身都是与人有关的管理问题。政治经济的古典名著虽然多不是针对现代企业而立论，而大多是领导统御有关的帝王术，但其中所蕴含的管理思维，读起来常有历久弥新的味道。近年来，孙子兵法受到各国军事将领的重视，就是一个很好的例证。古人说：&ldquo;半部论语治天下。&rdquo;用治天下的学问，用来治企业，岂不是杀鸡用牛刀？企业经营者要有远见愿景，当然不能止于杀鸡。在无止境的竞争环境下，企业若不能成长进步就会被淘汰出局，所以，知道如何运用牛刀是企业与企业经营者升级的必要。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">事实上，现代大企业所拥有的规模、资源与权力，已经远超过一般国家政府了，用治天下的学问治企业也不为过。</font></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">这指的是参考阅读方面的书籍。管理领域中并没有一本或一套有如《大英百科全书》或《牛津字典》之类具权威性的工具书。但是，有些口袋书倒是可以作为入门参考书，例如，《纽约时报》、《华尔街日报》、《英国经济学人》等知名书报公司都有出版企业管理的口袋书。这些书可以作为阅读参考工具书，也可以当作入门教科书，不易截然划分。</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">至于属于零食甜食类第四类书籍，就视个人口味所好而定。绝大部份管理书籍读来硬邦邦，必须正襟危坐才能理解吸收。但也有不少管理小品，读来轻松愉快，同时又隐含着发人深省的管理哲理。在这一类书中，最有名的大概是《谁动了我的奶酪》。我个人的《总经理的新衣》、《总经理的内衣》、《总经理的面具》也是很值得阅读的管理小品。这一类的书既然是用来帮助消化的小品，自然就不必太认真，可以摆在马桶边，风吹哪页读哪页。能从书中吸收新观念固然很好，要是无法从书中看出什么惊人的道理，既然是零食甜点，就算是打发时间，又有何妨。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><font size="3"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </font></span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">消遣性管理读物中还包括知名经营者的传记以及历史小说，像高阳的胡雪岩系列小说以及二月河的清王朝系列小说。不过，我认为以中国历史为背景的各种经典、史书或小说都偏向于帝王术，着重在统御、权谋与人际关系，缺乏制度面的讨论。西方的卓越企业之所以能屹立百年而不倒，更重要的原因是企业有良好的制度与组织结构。所以，国人不应该读太多帝王术，应该花更多心力在不因人而异的制度设计层面</span></font></p>

<p>网络营销即是利用互联网作为手段，从而达到营销的目的。网络营销包含的内容很广，主要有：网上市场调查、网上消费者行为分析、网络营销策略制定、网上产品和服务策略、网上价格营销策略、网上渠道选择与直销、网上促销与网络广告、网络营销管理与控制等等。与许多新兴学科一样，&ldquo;网络营销&rdquo;同样也没有一个公认的、完善的定义。广义地说，凡是以互联网为主要手段进行的、为达到一定营销目标的营销活动，都可称之为网络营销（或叫网上营销），也就是说，网络营销贯穿于企业开展网上经营的整个过程，包括信息发布、信息收集，到开展网上交易为主的电子商务阶段，网络营销一直都是一项重要内容。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>关于网络营销的理论和方法，国内已经出版一些专著，专业报刊上发表的文章也不少，更多资料出现在互联网相关的网站上。综观现有各种观点，都没有形成一个完整的体系。面对大量信息，反而给人们造成这样一中只见树木不见森林的感觉。为了理解网络营销的全貌，有必要为网络营销下一个比较合理的定义，从&ldquo;营销&rdquo;的角度出发，将网络营销定义为：网络营销是企业整体营销战略的一个组成部分，是建立在互联网基础之上、借助于互联网特性来实现一定营销目标的一种营销手段。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>据此定义，可以得出下列认识： </p>
<p>第一、网络营销不是网上销售：网上销售是网络营销发展到一定阶段产生的结果，网络营销是为实现网上销售目的而进行的一项基本活动，但网络营销本身并不等于网上销售。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>第二、网络营销不仅限于网上：这样说也许有些费解，不在网上怎么叫网络营销？这是因为互联网本身还是一个新生事物，在我国，上网人数占总人口的比例还很小，即使对于已经上网的人来说，由于种种因素的限制，有意寻找相关信息，在互联网上通过一些常规的检索办法，不一定能顺利找到所需信息，何况，对于许多初级用户来说，可能根本不知道如何去查询信息，因此，一个完整的网络营销方案，除了在网上做推广之外，还很有必要利用传统营销方法进行网下推广。这可以理解为关于网络营销本身的营销，正如关于广告的广告。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>第三、网络营销建立在传统营销理论基础之上：因为网络营销是企业整体营销战略的一个组成部分，网络营销活动不可能脱离一般营销环境而独立存在，网络营销理论是传统营销理论在互联网环境中的应用和发展。网络营销不单纯是指网络技术，而是市场营销；网络营销不单纯是网上销售，是企业现有营销体系的有利补充；网络营销是4C（整合营销）营销理论的必然产物。 </p>

<p>国际上实施网络营销有许多成功的范例，一些知名的企业都建有自己的网站，这些网站以自己各具特色的站点结构和功能设置、鲜明的主体立意和网页创意开展网络营销活动，给这些企业带来了巨大的财富。如一些大型企业以鲜明的形象、精良的产品和巨额资金熔铸在大腕明星上，再利用这些明星的光环效应为其品牌升值，产品获得不尽的市场扩张能力，品牌价值一再飙升。</p>

<p>1、网络营销是旧有营销架构的一个新分支，它虽然有基本的传统营销概念，但也有自己独特之处。我们只有将它的特点认识清楚，才有可能将它和传统的营销区别开来。网络营销可以利用各种交谈式销售内容的呈现，以符合各类型消费者的需求，而不是建立符合大众共同需求的讯息。它是建立交谈式的内容，允许消费者选择所要看的资讯，并任意在什么时候都可查看。业者可以建立个别的销售呈现方式以满足每个消费者的需求。 </p>

<p>2、处理好网络营销和整体营销计划的关系 </p>
<p>网络营销必须支持全盘的营销计划。为达到成功的营销活动，网络服务必须被视为是另一种达成销售的通道，因此公司重要的营销讯息必须呈现在网络广告、宣传和促销之中，公司必须使用一致讯息、样式、标志、及其它营销计划的要素。同时还要注意网络讯息与其它讯息的互为融合。一定要注意讯息的一致性，无论使用何种媒体，用户看到的讯息是相同的。 </p>

<p>3、每次与一位客户建立关系 </p>
<p>成功的网络营销者了解到每一次将与一位消费者建立一个商业关系，因此消费者的终身价值可能是相当可观的。&ldquo;你必须亲自参与虚拟团体，将时间投资在关系的建立上，透过这种方式，你将逐渐了解到这个群体的运作方式，然后你便能够采用最好的方法将产品销售给他们。&rdquo; </p>

<p>4、了解客户的长期价值 </p>
<p>对于网络营销者而言，必须在观念上对于消费者的价值性有所改变。过去长期以来，行销人员将消费者视为可替代的商品，然而，现在网络营销者必须正视消费者的长期价值，这将是他们必须建立的新观念。因为网络营销是个性化的销售方式，它又往往是点对点的销售，这为营销人员对客户的长期价值的了解提供了可能。 </p>

<p>5、广告必须是交谈式的 </p>
<p>传统的广告系以最低的成本将信息宣传给更多的人为目标，互联网则使用不同的策略，客户对公司的询问将迅速取得资讯，客户可在网上找到丰富的资讯、图片、证明资料等，公司代表甚至可以透过电子邮件与客户交谈和回答问题，当消费者取得相关资讯后，将和公司建立起友谊，并将驱使他下订单购买 </p>
