<title>頑固濕疹 攸關一輩子面子問題</title>

            <p>濕疹雖難稱大病，卻是許多人一輩子得應付的頑疾。一名70餘歲男性為全身性的濕疹所苦，外觀看起來呈暗紅，皮膚苔蘚化，如同長了一層殼般，中醫治療後改善許多，但仍需終身控制病情。 </p>
            <p>接獲該患者的臺北市立聯合醫院中醫師賴姿吟昨日表示，病患配合中醫治療，搭配外擦紫雲膏後，外觀沒那麼嚇人了，患者還說「擦了中藥後，皮膚變漂亮了！」。</p>
            <p>濕疹讓人癢得難受，所以容易搔抓，愈抓皮膚愈容易色素沉澱，長期下來苔蘚化，皮表不正常增厚，不少老年濕疹患者都有類似困擾，只要搔抓過度，通常將導致皮膚外觀明顯變化。很多患者急性發作時服西藥止癢，平常內用外擦中藥控制病情。</p>
            <p>賴姿吟說，這類患者中醫歸為血虛風燥型，多為慢性濕疹，有時也可能急性發作或伴隨感染，多數患者皮膚粗糙肥厚，除了搔癢，常有抓痕、血痂、苔癬化及色素沉著，患者多伴有疲勞、頭暈、下肢沉重感等症狀。中醫常用主方有「當歸飲子」。</p>
            <p>濕疹若還伴隨其他疾病，處理起來相當棘手，賴姿吟表示，沒有感染潰瘍者，可以外擦中藥紫雲膏，不過有些老年人小腿嚴重靜脈曲張，甚至伴隨潰瘍，加上濕疹，治療上需搭配內服藥。 </p>
            <p><strong><font color="#0074ad">留心控制誘因 減少濕疹發作機會</font></strong></p>
            <p>濕疹是可以控制的皮膚病，不過刺激發作的因素千奇百種，有些民眾疑因旅行勞累、長時間坐著或飲食等因素刺激肛門周圍濕疹反覆發作。</p>
            <p>北市立聯合醫院林森院區中醫師賴姿吟昨日表示，一名60歲左右的女性為肛門濕疹所苦前去求診，患者酷愛旅遊，懷疑因勞累、長時間坐車，局部悶熱等因素，讓病情發作。</p>
            <p>由於病患經診斷後確為溼熱體質，還有消化系統毛病，因此處方龍膽瀉肝湯為主，並針對個人情況加減藥材後，病情1~2周內改善；不過仍建議留心控制誘發因素，以減少發作。</p>
            <p>賴姿吟表示，溼熱型濕疹相當於急性濕疹或慢性濕疹急性發作。患部皮膚潮紅、腫脹，紅疹或水皰密佈，有滲出液，劇烈搔癢，不少人搔抓後導致感染，行成小膿皰。</p>
            <p>多數這類患者還會出現身熱心煩，口渴，便秘，小便黃等症狀。中醫治療常用方劑為消風散、龍膽瀉肝湯等。常用藥物為黃芩、黃柏、苦參、金銀花、土茯苓、牡丹皮、白茅根、蒲公英、澤瀉等。</p>
            <p>賴姿吟說，濕疹在現代看來是一種過敏反應，但許多因素可使其更嚴重，或刺激病情發作。例如就有小女孩，過去毫無徵兆，亦無家族病史，卻在搬新家後濕疹發作，這時得考慮是否因裝潢或環境因素，導致發病。</p>

            很多人都以為進入高科技業，不但可以坐擁「科技新貴」頭銜，同時也能享受高薪、高配股的優渥生活，其實這些工作一旦成功，老闆雖然樂得發獎金，但是一個產品上市，可能是用無數個「無暝無日」，從早上上班到半夜熬夜才能完成的，而當一個成功的國際貿易人員，也需要不停地跑業務才能在公司享有高薪及老闆賞識升官的機會，高收入是由高壓力┼超長工時┼飲食不正常或應酬得來的，當心錢還沒賺到，已經賺到滿滿的職業病。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><font color="#0074ad"><strong>慢性疲勞排第一</strong></font> </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>不久前，一名不到四十歲在科技公司就業的未婚女性，在跟家人說感覺頭痛後不久，便猝死家中，其實，高科技產業發生猝死的案例不在少數，不只是員工辛苦，連公司領導人也是猝死高危險群，從英業達集團副董事長溫世仁以五十五歲英年，在五年前驟逝起，再過一年，易立信（愛立信）中國有限公司總裁楊邁，也因連續好幾星期忙碌工作，後來在健身房健身時心臟病猝死，榮新診所副院長何一成表示，這可能都是慢性疲勞症候群引發的「過勞死」。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>現代年輕人嚮往的高科技業有三種特點，一是工時超長，二是需要持續提高工作績效，三是挑戰度高，工作不容許出錯，而這三種高度壓力的特性，正具備了引發「慢性疲勞症候群」的特性。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>慢性疲勞症候群不只是會引起慢性疲勞，永遠覺得休息不夠、睡不夠以外，最可怕的是很容易變成過勞死的候選人，何一成說，尤其當工作者本身患有心臟病、慢性肝炎、高血壓、糖尿病，或心肺功能有問題，最容易因為體力及腦力超出負荷，而引發過勞死的危機。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><font color="#0074ad"><strong>注意慢性疲勞及過勞的警訊</strong></font> </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>何一成表示，是否有慢性疲勞或過勞可以自我進行以下的評估：<br />□ 01.睡了一夜仍然覺得很累。<br />□ 02.常感肌肉緊繃疼痛。<br />□ 03.連續三天睡不好，半夜醒來超過兩次。<br />□ 04.常覺頭暈、頭痛、胸悶、心悸。<br />□ 05.上班不到兩小時就疲倦。<br />□ 06.做原本有興趣的活動時不但不覺樂趣還感到緊張不安。<br />□ 07.記憶力減退、注意力不集中。<br />□ 08.情緒緊繃易怒。<br />□ 09.食慾不振。<br />□ 10體重變化大或突然嚴重掉髮。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>只要上述警訊同時出現兩項，顯示健康已經黃燈，若出現三到五項，為第一個紅燈，同時有六到七項，是第二個紅燈，當第二個紅燈亮起，但是預告身體將出現嚴重狀況了。 </p>

            <p><font color="#0074ad"><strong>腸胃發炎</strong></font> </p>

            <p>根據國內健診中心安法診所和聯安診所，分別針對公司領導人，以及竹科科技產業公司的中、高層主管所做的調查都發現，腸胃發炎是僅次於體重異常的最大健康警訊。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>何一成表示，高科技產業的工時長，工作壓力大，趕工時三餐也不定時，壓力會造成腎上腺素過高，加上飲食不正常易引起胃酸分泌不正常而產生腸胃潰瘍。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><strong>解決之道：</strong>改善腸胃發炎不只是要抑制胃酸，根本要從解除壓力著手，同時飲食要定時定量，少喝咖啡及茶等刺激性飲料。 </p>

            <p><font color="#0074ad"><strong>泌尿道發炎</strong></font> </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p>忙碌工作壓力，容易讓人忘了生理的需求，長期的習慣性憋尿，加上飲水不足，當你發現開始產生，小便痛、灼熱、頻尿、排尿困難&hellip;&hellip;等問題時，有可能就是 </p>
            <p>得尿道炎。一定要及時就醫，拖延治療的後果，會引發前列腺炎、副睪炎及腎盂腎炎，甚至必須住院收場。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><strong>解決之道：</strong>每天理想的喝水量為大約在2000cc以上，如此一來可以增加尿量，讓細菌隨著排尿而離開泌尿道。目前已有大量的醫學研究指出，蔓越莓可抑制大腸桿菌黏附到尿道的上皮細胞，降低感染機率。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><font color="#0074ad"><strong>膽固醇過高</strong></font> </p>

            <p>何一成說，科技新貴的生活極度勞心，但卻往往運動不足，一整天都窩在工作椅上，不但肚子坐出一圈「游泳圈」，也引起膽固醇過高，是引發動脈硬化、冠心病及中風的危險因子。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><strong>解決之道：</strong>飲食均衡，減少肉食而增加蔬菜水果等高纖食物、戒菸、運動，可降低十％的膽固醇，必要時則要配合藥物治療。 </p>

            <p><font color="#0074ad"><strong>電腦肩、電腦肘、電腦手、電腦眼</strong></font> </p>

            <p>根據人力銀行的調查，有近七成的資訊及科技從業人員表示沒有運動的習慣，而他們每天約有八個小時以上不停用著電腦，過度依賴電腦讓他們連起身走動的念頭都沒有，眼睛長時間盯著電腦、頭長時間前傾注意螢幕、肩膀、手肘、手腕及手指長時間「釘」在電腦鍵盤及滑鼠上，後背和腰長時間緊張僵立著，因此就發生眼睛乾澀、頭痛、肩頸痠痛、手臂疼痛、手肘僵硬疼痛、手腕發生腕隧道症候群、手指滑液囊炎、膏肓痠麻、背痛腰痛等。 </p>
            <p>&nbsp;</p>
            <p><strong>解決之道：</strong>這些都是過度依賴電腦所引起的「電腦症候群」，由於眼睛過於專注，長時間沒眨眼，眼睛沒有得到養分引起眼乾，痠痛則是因長時間維持同一個姿勢及動作太久，肌肉發生乳酸堆積所引起，因此只要每隔四十到五十分鐘起身活動十分鐘，平常多運動增加血液循環，將肌肉累積的乳酸代謝掉，就可以減少痠痛症狀。 </p>

            <p>約有半數白領上班族有失眠的困擾，何一成表示，科技新貴們不只工作超時，下班後壓力大想疏解壓力，又常常掛在網路上，每天睡眠時間不到六小時，睡眠不足再加上壓力大，失眠便變成家常便飯。 </p>
