            <p align="justify"><font face="宋体">低压金属型铸造法已有60多年的历史，这可以从专利文献了解到，但真正较大的发展是1960年以后的事情。</font></p>
            <p align="justify"><font face="宋体">传统的重力金属型铸造是金属溶液在重力作用下流到金属型中并在正常气压下凝固，而低压铸造是利用相对低的压力（例如：铝溶液大约1.2-1.3巴）把液态金属通过升液管提升到永久型模具并在该压力下凝固，所需要的气压取决于溶池液金属型高度之间的水平差。</font></p>
            <p align="justify"><font face="宋体">金属型铸造法是大多数情况下铸件底部开始凝固，上部最后凝固的铸件通过所加的冒口补缩，而低压金属型铸造法与此相反，铸件从上部开始凝固，然后由上往下到升液管，由下部供给液态金属进行补缩。由于这种凝固方式是由上往下，所以不需要特别的冒口。通过相应地气压和浇口的计算可以任意调节液态金属流入，并且与铸件的横截面相匹配。在上述参数正确选择的情况下，液态金属可以没有涡流地流入到型腔中并且迫使金属型中的气体朝金属型排气孔方向运动。当金属型完全充型之后，压力一直持续到从上部开始的凝固一直到升液管的浇口，然后对金属容器排气，在升液管中存留的金属液流回到保温炉。<strong><font size="4"></font></strong></font></p>

            <p align="justify"><font face="宋体">通过下面接着介绍的奇玛低压铸造机，不管在机械方面，还是在铸造工艺方面都可以获得一个验证的过程。<strong><font size="5"></font></strong></font></p>

            <font face="宋体"><font size="4">奇玛公司的低压铸造机</font> </font>
            <p align="justify">容量为800kg电阻加热炉，工作压力为1巴（也可2巴）。为了得到所要求的X射线质量，就某些特定的车轮而言，2巴的炉子压力更适合。在炉子的加热棒之间是陶瓷升液管，升液管的下沿与炉衬的间距大约60mm。当采用一台输送炉通过炉门添加净化和细晶化金属之前，一台炉料可以浇注60至70个车轮（大约10kg个）。</p>
            <p align="justify">专门研制的陶瓷升液管其使用寿命为大约两个月，无需清理和上涂料。能够保持化学分析的严格要求（不会吸收铁）。</p>
            <p align="justify">炉子有一个平炉盖，这样中间管子很短。中间管子也是陶瓷的，这样无需对中间管子加热。在维修保养良好的情况下，炉衬的使用寿命大约7年，许多情况下10年仍连续生产。<font size="4"><strong></strong></font></p>
