<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>中医学在失眠治疗上积累了丰富的经验，认为造成失眠因素主要有心神不宁、五脏营养不足有关。当我们的心神受到干扰，动摇不定时，就会造成失眠。中医认为，人体存在输送和提供营养的营气和保护人体免受侵犯的卫气两个系统，对人体的睡眠起枢纽作用。卫气如果停留在人体外部，使机体处于紧张状态，就会导致不寐。比如有些家长由于担心子女高考整日心神不宁，进而发展为失眠。这类失眠，中调节上以安神为主。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>五脏营养不足也会造成失眠，这又可细分为几种类型：</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>心肾不交。中医将心归于火，肾归于水。正常情况下，心火和肾水互相升降，保持着动态平衡。如同自然界雨水下降后受热蒸发到天空，然后下降，形成循环。当肾水不足，不能上升制约心火，或者火气太盛导致不能下降而温暖肾中水气，临床即表现为失眠。我们通常讲的&ldquo;阴虚火旺&rdquo;便是如此。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</span>气血不足。气偏重于运动，血偏重于营养，气的功能之一是推动血的运行。当人体大病或思虑劳累过度、长期熬夜，饮食不足、久坐，或受到疼痛惊恐刺激，就会耗伤人体气血，导致失眠。此类失眠，常需要补血补气方，效果较好。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>肝气郁滞。多虑、压力过大、用脑过度便易造成肝气郁滞。会导致多种病理产物发生，进而导致失眠。有些女病人常告诉医生，自己失眠是&ldquo;被气的&rdquo;就是这样。肝气郁滞病人在中医调理同时，往往还须使自己安静下来才能取得良好疗效。</div>

<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>3</b></span><b>、骨骼要靠肾精滋养</b></div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>肾精充足，骨髓才会充足，骨骼的营养才会充足，骨骼才会强壮。所谓肾主骨，原理大致就是这样。与骨骼相关的健康问题多与肾虚有关，比如骨质疏松、骨痛、粉碎性骨折这些疾病多发生于老年人，原因就是老年人肾气衰弱。</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>《黄帝内经》中还有一种说法叫&ldquo;齿为骨之余&rdquo;。牙齿的好坏反映了骨骼的好坏，也反映了肾气的盛衰。如果肾气虚了，牙齿就会出现松动、脱落的问题。老年人牙齿容易脱落，就是肾气虚弱的表现。</div>

<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>水喝进体内之后，通过肾阳的温化、蒸化，输送到全身各部分。水被利用后需要排出去时，肾这个&ldquo;总开关&rdquo;就会打开，比如排尿、排汗等；需要把水留在体内的时候，肾这个&ldquo;总开关&rdquo;就会关上，一旦肾出现问题，打不开或关不上，就会出现水肿或遗尿、尿失禁等问题。</div>

<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>呼气是肺的功能，吸气是肾的功能。而且气虽是由肺吸进，但是呼吸的深度却和肾纳气的功能密切相关，同时也和肾主藏的功能有关系。肾主藏的功能比较强，气就能被藏住。临床上一些气喘患者喘得比较厉害，表明肾主纳气的功能出问题了，治疗上应补肾、纳气、平喘。呼吸系统的毛病久治不愈，也应该考虑是不是肾虚？</div>

<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>《黄帝内经》上说&ldquo;肾主骨生髓通于脑&rdquo;。骨髓汇聚到脊髓，最终又汇入到脑髓之中，所以中医将脑称为&ldquo;髓海&rdquo;。 骨髓、脊髓、脑髓是人体的精华，是由肾精所化生的。所以脑的营养是来源于肾精的。因此，肾虚会引起记忆力减退、注意力不集中，易疲劳。这种情况如果再向前发展的话，会导致痴呆。</div>

<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>肾精充足，骨髓才会充足，骨骼的营养才会充足，骨骼才会强壮。所谓肾主骨，原理大致就是这样。与骨骼相关的健康问题多与肾虚有关，比如骨质疏松、骨痛、粉碎性骨折这些疾病多发生于老年人，原因就是老年人肾气衰弱。</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>《黄帝内经》中还有一种说法叫&ldquo;齿为骨之余&rdquo;。牙齿的好坏反映了骨骼的好坏，也反映了肾气的盛衰。如果肾气虚了，牙齿就会出现松动、脱落的问题。老年人牙齿容易脱落，就是肾气虚弱的表现。</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>&nbsp;4</b></span><b>、肾是水份代谢&ldquo;</b><b>总开关&rdquo;</b></div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>水喝进体内之后，通过肾阳的温化、蒸化，输送到全身各部分。水被利用后需要排出去时，肾这个&ldquo;总开关&rdquo;就会打开，比如排尿、排汗等；需要把水留在体内的时候，肾这个&ldquo;总开关&rdquo;就会关上，一旦肾出现问题，打不开或关不上，就会出现水肿或遗尿、尿失禁等问题。</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>5</b></span><b>、呼吸运动不能没有肾参与</b></div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>呼气是肺的功能，吸气是肾的功能。而且气虽是由肺吸进，但是呼吸的深度却和肾纳气的功能密切相关，同时也和肾主藏的功能有关系。肾主藏的功能比较强，气就能被藏住。临床上一些气喘患者喘得比较厉害，表明肾主纳气的功能出问题了，治疗上应补肾、纳气、平喘。呼吸系统的毛病久治不愈，也应该考虑是不是肾虚？</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>6</b></span><b>、养肾是健脑益智的基石</b></div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>《黄帝内经》上说&ldquo;肾主骨生髓通于脑&rdquo;。骨髓汇聚到脊髓，最终又汇入到脑髓之中，所以中医将脑称为&ldquo;髓海&rdquo;。 骨髓、脊髓、脑髓是人体的精华，是由肾精所化生的。所以脑的营养是来源于肾精的。因此，肾虚会引起记忆力减退、注意力不集中，易疲劳。这种情况如果再向前发展的话，会导致痴呆。</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>7</b></span><b>、肾气足则志向远大</b></div>

<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>中医学在失眠治疗上积累了丰富的经验，认为造成失眠因素主要有心神不宁、五脏营养不足有关。当我们的心神受到干扰，动摇不定时，就会造成失眠。中医认为，人体存在输送和提供营养的营气和保护人体免受侵犯的卫气两个系统，对人体的睡眠起枢纽作用。卫气如果停留在人体外部，使机体处于紧张状态，就会导致不寐。比如有些家长由于担心子女高考整日心神不宁，进而发展为失眠。这类失眠，中调节上以安神为主。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>五脏营养不足也会造成失眠，这又可细分为几种类型：</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>心肾不交。中医将心归于火，肾归于水。正常情况下，心火和肾水互相升降，保持着动态平衡。如同自然界雨水下降后受热蒸发到天空，然后下降，形成循环。当肾水不足，不能上升制约心火，或者火气太盛导致不能下降而温暖肾中水气，临床即表现为失眠。我们通常讲的&ldquo;阴虚火旺&rdquo;便是如此。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</span>气血不足。气偏重于运动，血偏重于营养，气的功能之一是推动血的运行。当人体大病或思虑劳累过度、长期熬夜，饮食不足、久坐，或受到疼痛惊恐刺激，就会耗伤人体气血，导致失眠。此类失眠，常需要补血补气方，效果较好。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>肝气郁滞。多虑、压力过大、用脑过度便易造成肝气郁滞。会导致多种病理产物发生，进而导致失眠。有些女病人常告诉医生，自己失眠是&ldquo;被气的&rdquo;就是这样。肝气郁滞病人在中医调理同时，往往还须使自己安静下来才能取得良好疗效。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>饮食失节。饮食过饱或过少都可以导致失眠,&ldquo;胃不和则卧不安&rdquo;。平时吃饭要掌握一个原则，七八分饱就可以了。晚饭后最好出门散散步，或者做一些轻度的运动，这对提高夜里的睡眠质量很有好处。消化功能较弱的人，更应避免食入肥甘厚腻的食物，以免进一步损伤胃的功能而加重失眠，有的病人患胃溃疡或腹胀时，也会造成失眠。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><b>讲细节&nbsp;</b><b>养心养身不能少</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>中医讲&ldquo;百病皆生于气&rdquo;，克服失眠的首要一点就是心理调节。要学会给自己的心情放假。同时，不要过分依赖药物，长期服用易成瘾和形成耐受，还可能对身体造成伤害。通过中医调理是不错的方式。</div>
<div style="line-height: 22pt"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>另外，要重视食疗养生。如每天喝小米粥以调养胃气，不要吃辛辣温燥、伤阴耗气的食物，以及吸烟，喝浓茶、咖啡等，临睡前不要喝可可类饮料，少食巧克力、辣椒、大葱、胡椒等。</div>
