<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">在这里，笔者向全球企业家以及企业文化首席官郑重提出&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;的最新理念，这是笔者全球原创、首创、早创的新概念理论。</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">纵观全球商业几千年历史以及近观现代企业百年历史，笔者研究发现，没有一家企业为自己的企业文化命过名字，只是部分行业有个传统的文化历史，而且很，是由民间流传而来，如中国茶业的&ldquo;茶文化&rdquo;、酒业的&ldquo;酒文化&rdquo;。近现代出现了商业选美以及美容化妆品行业的&ldquo;美文化&rdquo;、餐饮业的&ldquo;快餐文化&rdquo;等。而笔者深入一些企业考察后发现，没有一家企业的企业文化有自己独特的名字！每家企业的企业文化内容都大同小异，没有一个鲜明的&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;定位，都在使用着毫无差异化的文化关键词，诸如&ldquo;创新、合作、共赢、发展。。。&rdquo;等等老套的词汇，实在是没有丝毫创新可言。稍微有点想法的如深圳华盛博文科技的&ldquo;瞻必远、意求新、事做实、合竭诚&rdquo;等，以三字一组的形式来体现企业文化的核心理念，摆脱了二字一组的陈旧辞藻，但它的企业文化还是没有名字！</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">没有名字的企业文化只好加上企业名称，叫什么&ldquo;华为文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;中兴文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;蒙牛文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;伊利文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;中石油文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;微软文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">GE</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;李宁文化&rdquo;、&ldquo;麦当劳文化&rdquo;等等，那这些企业文化到底是什么文化呢？企业不是一两句话就能说得清道得明的，消费者见到也看不明白，想理解就需要深入了解，企业宣传起来也比较复杂，在效果上基本上做不到差异化区分。无名字的企业文化听起来显然是不够明白的，比如说&ldquo;麦当劳文化&rdquo;，什么是&ldquo;麦当劳文化&rdquo;？是&ldquo;快餐文化&rdquo;吗？肯德基也是&ldquo;快餐文化&rdquo;，两者的区别是什么呢？无名字的企业文化说起来显然是不够扼要的，比如说&ldquo;立白企业文化&rdquo;，先要说经营总要求&ldquo;改革、创新、快速、高效&rdquo;，又要说企业使命、企业愿景和企业目标，接着还要说企业核心价值观&ldquo;立信、立质、立真、立先、立责&rdquo;，起不到&ldquo;一名惊人&rdquo;、让人过目不忘的效果！无名字的企业文化叫起来显然是不方便的，你不可能就叫&ldquo;微软文化&rdquo;，别人听不明白，你还得展开详细地解释。如果有一个提纲携领的企业文化名字，结合长期的企业文化宣传工作，就能让企业独具特色的企业文化在消费者的心中成功注册，根植开花，快速形成组块化记忆模式。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">一个企业要想定位好自己的企业文化，就必须给自己的企业文化取个独特的名字。因为企业的特点是万别千差的，所以企业文化也应该且必须是迥然不同的。就像人取名的道理一样，谁都想与别人取得完全不一样，谁都想取个最好的名字。取了好名字以后，还要拿到知识产权局和商标局去注册，以获得一个公认的身份标识。企业文化命好名字后，也要像一些企业把独特的销售主张（</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">USP</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">）和核心价值观拿去注册备案一样重要，是为了保护知识产权，是为了下一步更好地差异化宣传发展的需要做足准备。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">那么，什么是&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;呢？&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;就是指从企业名称的命名中锤炼出符合企业使命、愿景、战略目标、核心价值观、企业家理想、职工理想、社会道德、企业社会责任的关键字或关键词，进而用提炼出的关键字词创造出独一无二的企业文化的名字。</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&ldquo;名不正则言不顺&rdquo;。很多企业给自己的战略都取了个恰当的名字，如诸葛亮的&ldquo;隆中对&rdquo;（对</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">&mdash;</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">就是战略）、&ldquo;领先战略（老大战略）&rdquo;、&ldquo;跟随战略（老二战略）&rdquo;等。很多企业的营销活动也都有个响亮的名字，如&ldquo;爱心大放送&rdquo;、&ldquo;</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">20</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">行动&rdquo;、&ldquo;绿色行动&rdquo;等，让消费者一目了然，对宣传效果起到了关键的主题推广作用。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">&ldquo;不比不知道，一比吓一跳&rdquo;。企业战略和营销活动都有正名，而作为企业核心的企业文化却无名无份，没有一个朗朗上口的好名字，实在是企业的一大过失，也是一大损失！诚然，这与全球企业文化理论界没有研究这一课题有关，这是世界企业文化理论界的一大空白，直至今日，笔者提出&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;理念，算是填补了世界企业文化理论的这一空白，为企业文化理论界做出了一点贡献。</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">如何应用&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;理念呢？从&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;的定义可见，就是从企业名称入手，深刻分析和挖掘企业名称的内涵和外延，结合企业的方方面面，提炼关键字词，给企业文化&ldquo;命&rdquo;定一个最佳、最优的好名字，与企业名称相得益彰，相辅相成。</span><st1:chsdate w:st="on" year="2008" month="10" day="12" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">2008</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">10</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">12</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">日</span></st1:chsdate><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">，笔者应深圳腾域网络公司的邀请，为该公司重新修订企业文化。经过分析企业名称&ldquo;腾域&rdquo;二字，笔者提炼出&ldquo;远&rdquo;这个关键字。&ldquo;腾&rdquo;为&ldquo;高远&rdquo;，&ldquo;域&rdquo;为&ldquo;浩远&rdquo;，这就是腾域&ldquo;远文化&rdquo;。进而再对企业拥有者的核心价值观、企业战略和产品生态进行了深刻的了解和分析，发现&ldquo;远文化&rdquo;完全符合该企业的方方面面的实际情况和真实需求，接着笔者拿&ldquo;远&rdquo;这一个字&ldquo;小题大做&rdquo;，大做文章，为该企业提出了&ldquo;思远、行远、合远、赢远&rdquo;这八个字为主的&ldquo;腾域远文化&rdquo;的核心价值观，为该企业打开了企业文化建设的新局面。</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">由此，在成功与兴趣的驱使下，笔者开始研究全球五百强企业的企业文化，发现它们都没有给企业文化命名，于是正式提出&ldquo;企业文化命名&rdquo;这个新概念、新理论，期望能为全球企业家建设企业文化提供一个全新的思路，推动世界企业文化的发展，为世界企业文化的建设带来一股新风。</font></span></p>
