<div class="p_entry2">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 五官与身体的五脏是息息相关的。如果五官感觉不舒服，那五脏可能也正逐步地发生衰弱，从而产生疾病。&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />　　1. 眼睛经常发花，眼角干涩，看不清东西。这是肝脏功能衰落的先兆。如果按一按肝脏的四周，可能会有发胀的感觉。这时除了及时就医外，还要注意用眼卫生，有时用眼不当也会影响到肝脏。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />　　2. 耳朵老是嗡嗡作响，声音也听不太清楚。这可能是肾功能在逐步衰弱的信号，有时还会伴随着脚痛、尿频等症状。工作过于劳累的人尤其要注意做到劳逸结合，少饮酒，少吃姜、辣椒等刺激性强的食物。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />　　3.嗅觉不灵敏，经常咳嗽，有时甚至呼吸困难。这可能是肺脏功能逐步衰弱的信号。病人首先要注意饮食，戒烟或者控制吸烟量，也不要和经常吸烟的人在一起，多吃新鲜瓜果和蔬菜，加强体育锻炼，防止肺部并发症发生。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />　　4. 嘴唇感觉麻木，身体日渐消瘦。这可能是胰脏功能在逐步衰弱，主要是饮食失调、饥饱不当所致。由于胰脏不好，便殃及胃。当胃受到损害时，嘴唇就会明显地变得干燥、麻木。这时除了调整饮食外，还要注意不要吃生冷、油腻的食品。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />　　5. 味觉迟钝，尝不出味道，伴随心悸、梦多、失眠等症状。这意味着心脏功能可能受到了损害，可能是操劳过度所致。当口中干涩，舌苔厚重，尝不出食物的滋味时，尤其要警惕心脏发生病变。<br /></div>]]>
