　　从草根创业开始到成为吉利集团董事长，李书福的每一步都是故事，都令人佩服。如今草根式成长的李书福又开始谋求跨国“联姻”通往“上流社会”捷径。

　　草根路线：个体户—厂长—董事长

　　俗话说“有浙商的地方就有市场，有市场的地方就有浙商”，在浙江台州一个贫穷落后的山村长大的李书福绝对是经典的“浙商”。而在翻阅他的简历时，不难发现，李书福的创业发家史又是草根一族成功的范例。

　　简历上，李书福的故事是从1984年开始讲起的。自那年开始21岁的李书福担任了浙江台州石曲冰箱配件厂厂长。此后直至1992年，李书福都在台州做厂长。不过他的“厂长”也做的有滋有味，从冰箱配件厂长，到冰箱厂长，再到装潢材料厂长。

　　事实上，“厂长”李书福在1984年之前就已经做起了小生意了，据他自己介绍说，最早算得上做生意是自1982年他19岁高中毕业开始的。那时，他拿着父亲给他的120元，做起了照相生意，“刚开始根本不是照相馆，就是买了个小相机，骑个破自行车满街给人照相。”李书福曾回忆道。台州人则把李书福创业故事描述成，背着相机在公园里瞎转悠的“野照相”———“来，来，同志过来照张相。”。据说，李书福的照相生意做得不错，半年后赚了1000元，随后他就正式开起了照相馆。

　　会生财的人是拦不住的，李书福就是如此。“变废为宝”我们很多企业近年来才开始做，而李书福上世纪80年代就已经做了，据李书福自己说：“我选的工业项目都是别人做不了的。”———就是在“垃圾”中提取金银。

　　经营着照相馆的李书福经常买一些零件自己组装照相机。据说，喜欢鼓捣的他，在洗相的过程中发现，用一种药水浸泡，可以把废弃物中的金银分离出来。于是他开始把分离提取出来的金银背到杭州出售。后来干脆关了照相馆，专门做这个买卖。

　　对于从照相馆到冰箱行业的转变，在吉利汽车流传的故事是，李书福有一次去一个小鞋厂定做一双皮鞋，发现鞋厂的4个工人都在给冰箱做一种元件。那时候，冰箱在北方一些城市供不应求，于是李书福回家后也开始生产这种冰箱零部件。据说，一开始，李书福就是自己一个人生产，然后装包里，骑自行车把零部件送到冰箱厂。后来，他和其他几个兄弟一起成立了冰箱配件厂，他出任厂长。吉利集团一位老员工曾回忆说，当时的效益非常好，一年营业额能有四五千万元。

　　只做配件哪里过瘾，李书福决定自己生产冰箱。尽管当时民营经济还没有获得正式承认，电冰箱这种国家统一配售商品，不可能获得有关部门批准生产，但敢冒险的李书福又做了。1986年，他在自己研发、生产出电冰箱关键零部件蒸发器后，组建了黄岩县北极花电冰箱厂，生产“北极花”牌电冰箱，“我们电冰箱非常成功。”李书福曾对媒体说。据一些老员工介绍，到1989年5月，冰箱销售额已达4000多万元，并与青岛红星厂合作，为红星厂生产冰箱、冰柜“北极花”牌冰箱当时已成为国内驰名产品。而26岁的李书福也是当时名副其实的“千万富翁”了。不过，最后其冰箱厂因没有列入定点生产企业名单而终结了。

　　怀揣千万元的李书福在放下冰箱厂后，去了深圳“充电”。不过，在深圳学习期间，因为装修宿舍，李书福发现一种进口装修材料市场前景不错。随即他就返回台州，又开始重新创业，生产这种装修材料。据介绍，这份产业给李书福家族带来了巨大的成功，直到现在，每年还有上亿元的利润。

受经济危机影响，2009年宝马集团汽车销量同比下滑10.4%，共交付宝马、MINI(图库 论坛)和劳斯莱斯汽车128.63万辆，实现税前利润4.13亿欧元,juicy couture，同比增长17.7%。

1.不要丧失自己拥有的梦想与追求

    在唐骏看来，“蜗居”一族的出现，不可否认是当今整个社会环境所造成的，中国人“安居才能乐业”的传统社会文化观念给予了年轻人很大的生活压力，甚至女孩子都用市场化的方式衡量一个男人的成功与否。但是，唐骏反过来强调说：“不能因为说社会对你要求你就去努力，或者社会对你没有要求你就不努力，努力应该是一件必然的事情。但在努力的过程中，比如努力获得一套房子，千万不要放弃自己的价值观和人生观，一旦失去了这些，人生中对于未来的梦想和追求就都失去了，当走进房子的时候，会发现房子只是一个空壳，因为心灵是空空的。”随后唐骏告诫年轻人说：“我们是要追求，我们也为了金钱，或者物质的目标所追求，但是千万不要去忍受追求过程当中的那种痛苦，不要抹杀了自己拥有的梦想与追求。”

2.享受为了买房买车而奋斗的过程

    有一种说法就是，在十年、二十年后，现在的“蚁族”可能会是那时社会的精英层，但他们受到如今社会价值观的影响，就会产生不公平待遇的心态。对此看法，唐骏表现得颇为关注，并表示要更多的关心这一类“蚁族”。“为了买一辆车，一个房子的目标听上去可能没有那么宏伟，但是有目标和追求总是好的。但是，我要告诉他们的是，千万不要压抑自己，因为我们说你拥有一辆车又怎么样呢，那么多人都是有车的人，我也没觉得拥有一辆车是个伟大的过程，但是我更多的希望是在实现梦想的过程，这个过程，才是人生最精彩的部分，千万不能为了梦想，为了结果而去一味强调得到，要享受这个过程。”

3.我的成功经验和模式可以被复制

    《零点锋云.文化时评》节目中，当谈到唐骏的成功体会时，他依旧坚持自己曾经的想法，大方的说：“我的成功可以复制。”那么，所谓“复制成功”的本意究竟是什么？唐骏作了一番解释：“复制并不是复制我的人生经历，没有一个人可以复制另外一个人的人生经历，也没有必要去复制。我说的复制是指，我在过去的人生职业道路上，点点滴滴所积累的一些模式是可以复制的。”

4. 给自己定下切合实际的人生目标
    
    针对现在年轻人经常说的一句“三年一辆车五年一套房”，唐骏认为这是一些人的思想误区，就像有的大学生在被问到人生目标是什么的时候，总是回答“未来我要成为比尔.盖茨”一样，因为这些在他看来都是不切实际的。用唐骏的话说，“我永远给自己定一个相对比较切合实际的人生目标，我努力一天，我就会发现我离这个目标越来越近，当我发现我离这个目标越来越近的时候，我会带来一种自信，然后更多的带来这种期望，我就觉得我已经看到曙光了，就像一个人在一个大的隧道里面，如果他看不到一点点灯光的时候，他已经没有往前走的这种意志了。”究竟什么才是切合实际的？唐骏告诉年轻人，“就是每努力一天，每努力一周，会发现，我离这个目标越来越近了。”

5.有明确的人生规划就有机会成功

    如今的“蚁族”有一种不断更换工作的生活现象，一会保险、一会餐饮、一会做其他的东西，这些做法在唐骏认为是没有机会成功的。他告诉年轻人，首先要给自己定位清楚，明白自己想成为什么，然后就是要有人生的规划。在节目中，唐骏举了一个做销售的例子，他说：“比如感觉自己适合做销售，那就只做销售，今天做电子的销售，明天做服装的销售，后天做保险的销售也可以，因为你在销售的过程中不断积累销售的知识，总会有一天找到一个属于自己的喜欢的一个企业长期做下去。”道理正如接下来唐骏告诉年轻人的一样，“没有规划的人，一定是原地转，原地转的时候，肯定是不可能往前走的，所以要给自己定个人生规划。”

6.要把社会想象的美好才会有信心

    网络上流传着一个帖子，描述80后：“当我们上小学的时候，上大学不要钱，上大学的时候，上小学不要钱，我们没进股市的时候，傻子都在赚钱，当我们进股市的时候，发现我们才是傻子。我们不是搞垮这一代的，我们是被搞垮的。”面对这样一群悲观态度的年轻人，唐骏告诉年轻人：&ldquo,north face apex;认为社会不公平，在另外的意义上会使我们失去努力的动力，要把社会尽量想得美一点，因为一个美的东西，你才会愿意追求它，如果你认为这个社会都不美了，那么你还追求它干吗，或许你会说‘我就为了我自己就好了’，但是要想到，光为了自己，而对社会没有信心的话，会变得没有信心努力下去。”

7.不要对自我的人生有过高的定位

    当谈到年轻人想要尽力往上走这一积极因素的时候，唐骏告诫说：“往上走要避免过高的定位。”在他看来，现在的许多年轻人向许多60年代的成功者看齐会让自己的定位显得过高。“千万不要把这些人作为目标，因为做不到。一个重要的核心就是，你是否找到了你自己的目标，你应该清醒自己，这是你的思维观。”对于许多80后认为的上大学要钱这样的市场化现实，唐骏鼓励年轻人应该换位思考，这样才能走向一个新的环境。

8.用自己的进步来定义自己的成功

    有房就等于拥有成功的说法越来越被年轻人接受，究竟什么才是真正的成功已经开始变得模糊不清。对此，唐骏主张年轻人不要和别人比较。首先应该努力把自己放在一个成功人的位置上看待，这样就会使得自己建立自信，拥有对于未来努力的动力，从而走向一种正循环的人生道路，而不是功利的看待他人的成功，迫不及待地去追求他人三天可以成功的结果，这样的后果是使自己变得浮躁，所谓真正的成功，用唐骏的话说就是：“如果能改变了自己，超越了自己，你就是一个成功的人。”

9.“蜗居”是我们真正人生过程的一部分

    接着，唐骏讲述了一段自己当年在日本留学时的“蜗居”经历，“我当年去日本留学的时候，就相当于外地人到北京来一样的感觉，因为消费成本很高，社会又不了解，然后自己给自己定一个目标，当时的目标就是我要攒很多的钱，要买很多的电器拿回家，所以我跟现在的蚁族、蜗居人有相同的追求，日本人看我们也就是蚁族，就是蜗居，很多中国人住在一起，小房子里住了很多人，但是我们觉得很开心。”开心的原因就是后来唐骏说到的：“我不会一辈子当蚁族的，当我达到了一个价值，有一定的能力，对社会有一定了解以后，社会关系也会获得一些财富，我一定会搬出来。现在让我回想过去的那段蜗居经历，虽然是人生当中一个悲惨的过程，但我反而觉得这是人生的一部分。”

10.租房不是自卑而要化成一种宣战

    在《零点锋云.文化时评》节目最后，唐骏不忘鼓励现在“蜗居”的年轻人，“千万不要觉得你是在租房子，不要认为租房子就是自卑的、不是成功的。”要保持一种正确的人生观，并将之转化成一种宣战：“唐骏现在还在租房子，未来的50年，如果中国的房地产商不改变他们这种暴利政策的话，我永远租房。”
 

在分析了高房价产生的两大推手和一番道德讨伐后，紧接着大员贺铿指出两条刺破房地产泡沫的两把长矛：第一，规定地方政府的土地出让金全归中央财政。第二，规定对炒房收益征收80%的惩罚重税。

高房价居然让副部级高官都买不起一套房，这还不是泡沫吗？不仅仅是泡沫，而且非常大。因此，必需要把地方财政来一个一窝端，地方政府的土地出让金全归中央；对于那些炒房的老百姓来说，要施以重税，这样以来，中国的税赋再重一点，稳居世界第一位，你没有余钱看你还炒房炒股炒大蒜，如此一来，政府财政充足，官员们养的肥肥的，不仅可以买到房子，还可以买到更多的房子。

在这里，笔者不得不说，贺铿大员的招数很妙，但是不适用,Christian Louboutin。不但刺不死敌人，还会动摇国本。

首先，九十年年代的税制改革，中央的财力大为增强，地方财政逐步削弱，地方政府没有多少税收财源，还要发展地方经济，只能依赖土地财政。土地财政这条后路被断了，发展城镇化将成为一句空话，发展地方经济也难以为继。中国经济之所以发展这么快，一方面是中央放权，调动各地发展的积极性，另一方面，巨量的农村剩余劳动力要有出路必须要发展城镇化，各个地方政府是这场城市化进程的实际实施者，逐步形成了各地特色的经济发展路径。现在好不容易走出了一放就乱，一收就死的怪圈，贺铿大员还要把各地唯一的财政收入给连窝端掉，地方经济靠什么发展呢？恐怕各地市长都要天天到贺铿等大员面前要钱财维持地方开支和发展了。批评地方土地财政的弊端谁都会说，关键你能找出一个替代方案吗？什么事情没有两面性和没有成本呢，既然找不出替代方案，只会放大炮，有何益处？端掉地方土地财政有没有危及全国的根本性风险？能不能就此打垮高房价？

其次，重税打击投机已经证明是错误的政策，不但没有把高房价拉下马，反而推高了房价。这不是理论，而是被多次时间证明了的，因为高房价里面包含多少税收成本，房地产已经是重税主义的重灾区，现在贺铿把复杂的高房价问题归结为投机过度，认为对炒房收益征收80%的惩罚重税就可以搞垮高房价，刺破泡沫，不仅仅是违背了经济规律，还为权力更进一步干涉市场开辟了广阔的道路。

高房价形成的因素很复杂，其中主要有四条，第一是供需严重失衡，光会分面包不会增加面包是不能解决问题的，国务院这次提出了增加普通商品住房的有效供给，这才是根本之道，只有供需平衡了，才能稳住房价，这是最基本的经济学原理；第二是成本推动房价上涨，土地成本、税收成本占据高房价成本的龙头位置，再加上建筑成本也在涨，共同铸造了高房价的刚性。解决之道是减税和降低土地出让金。第三，投机性需求在某种程度上助涨助跌，但不是根本因素，很明显，如果楼市供大于求没有人去投机。不解决供需矛盾急吼吼地打击投机倒把除了害了市场经济外，也没有解决住房问题。第四，政府保障房这一块还需要加强，很多低收入者根本没条件买商品房，政府的保障房这一块就得跟上去，既然政府愿意承认这是准公共产品，就去承担责任好了。几千年前的杜甫先生呼吁，实现了吗？也只是表述一下理想而已。喊喊“安得广厦千万间，大庇天下寒士俱欢颜”的口号，谁都会喊，还不如自己踏踏实实为老百姓的住房问题出谋划策，增加供应。

是的，贺铿大员可能买不起商品房，但他也没睡在大街上；你做官员就是为人民服务的，但现在公务员的超国民待遇已经引起公愤，福利化分房的历史倒车在这些群体中正在蔓延。

还有一帮刻意讨好民众的专家，说85%的家庭都买不起房，这种严重背离事实的论调，让人不得不怀疑这么高水平的专家是怎样炼成的，难道他们看见了85%的家庭都住在大街上了？没有，顶多说，85%的家庭都买不起二套房。

中国的高房价注定是一个历史难题，只能随着经济能力的发展逐步解决，而不是空喊几句口号哭哭穷就能解决的，美国的次贷危机不正是那个不切实际的让人人都一套房住的美国梦导致的吗？大量的没有能力的购房者形成了大量的坏账，最终点燃了全球性的金融危机的火药桶。
