<p class="0" style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'">高分子材料在人工气候箱中进行老化试验时，被暴露试样表面最高温度主要依赖于光源辐照强度、辐射热的吸收、试样自身的热传导、试样与空气或试样架之间的热传递等条件。由于要准确测定和监控试样表面温度存在着许多技术上的困难，所以几十年来国际上大多在人工气候箱中涂有黑色涂层的金属板来作为测定和控制和表面可能达到的最高温度的感温件，从而可以近似地跟踪监测与控制试样有可能达到的温度，即以温板温度计指示的温升情况，所以国际上继续发展一种带有绝热性底座的黑板温度计，命名为黑标准温度计。这种黑光漆成为&ldquo;黑板&rdquo;，这种黑板应能吸收波长在250nm以内总入射光通量的95%。用铂电阻传感器测量黑板的温度，传感器安装在背光源的一面，并与板面中心有良好的传热接触。这一个背光还采用5mm厚并有凹槽的聚偏二氟乙烯（PVDF）底座使之固定。凹槽的空间大小应正好与传感器相应，但传感器不与PVDF凹槽面紧贴，留有约1mm间距。整个PVDF底座的长度和宽必须足够大，以确保在试样架上安装黑标准温度计时金属板与试样架之间不存在金属接触传热，试样架上金属框或支架与温度计金属板边缘至少有4mm的间距。</span> <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="0" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'"><font face="宋体">太阳光的光波能量随波长不同而异，波长越短，能量越大，太阳光波长分三个光区：紫外光区（150~400nm），可见光区（400~700nm），红外光区（＞700nm），波长最短的紫外光的光能量最大，是引丐高聚物老化的最主要因素，到达地面的太阳光紫外光虽然很少（50%以下），波长低于290nm的紫外光均被高空的臭氧层所吸收，到达地面的是波长大于290nm的紫外光辐射，290~400nm&nbsp;,波段的紫外光是引起高分子材料文化娱乐活动子链破坏的主因。太阳光的红外光对高分子材料的老化起加速的作用，因为材料吸收红外光后转变为热能，热能加速材料的老化。可见光一般不能引起高分子材料的分子链的破坏，但在一定的条件下，同样能够引发某些高聚物的降解以及含颜料的高分子材料的破坏。用于涂料的高聚物经受太阳光（或人工光源）单因素的暴露，最显著的现象是失光和变色。</font> </span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
