<p>　　&ldquo;贱货&rdquo;这个词很俗，在词性上不折不扣的属于贬义词，怎么&ldquo;忽悠&rdquo;，怎么炒作都改变不了它的词性。&ldquo;贱货&rdquo;是个骂人的话，我这篇文章正是开骂的文章，不骂人，骂&ldquo;营销<span class="inv"><font color="#ffffff" size="1">From EMKT.com.cn</font></span>&rdquo;，&ldquo;营销&rdquo;害了我们，也坑了我们。 </p>
<p>　　因此，这篇文章属于反面的文章，是和常理违背的文章，是让你不舒服的文章。 </p>
<p>　　 </p>
<p>　　闲话少叙，步入正题。 </p>
<p>　　●首先，消费者欺骗了我们 </p>
<p>　　无数的营销理论书籍告诉我们，消费者是核心，我们要时刻研究消费者，研究消费者的吃穿住行，于是涌现出了不计其数的调研公司，整出了很多专业的术语，也编写出了有关调研的若干论著。 </p>
<p>　　响应毛主席的号召&ldquo;没有调查就没有发言权&rdquo;，做任何项目前，都得选择一家市场调查公司&ldquo;上供&rdquo;。 </p>
<p>　　用几万、几十万，甚至上百万买回来了几麻袋调研的物料和结论性数据的几页纸。这里面的数据有多少是真实的？！ </p>
<p>　　在此无意说市场调查公司弄虚作假，而是消费者在说假话，有意的和无意的。 </p>
<p>　　比如一个漂亮的市调员调查一个小伙子，调查其月收入，本来月收入1000，95%的被访者会说月收入5000元（经调查）。然后，根据市调结果，我们把准备卖给月收入5000元消费者的产品卖给了月收入1000元的消费者，这卖的出去吗？这会使劲研究产品效果、推广方式等，不仅头脑风暴出不了结果，闪电暴也暴不出来好主意，因为一开始就错了。 </p>
<p>　　再举一个所有营销书籍都举过的例子，经过市调，满足消费者的需求，可口可乐改了配方，然而消费者不买账的例子，不也正说明我们不能轻信吗？！ </p>
<p>　　耳听为虚，眼见都不一定为实呢。 </p>
<p>　　消费者是&ldquo;骗子&rdquo;，以前、现在、将来在欺骗着所有营销工作人员。 </p>
<p>　　wo 在此不是宣称，做项目不需要市调。市调很重要，我们需要去辨别真假，练成孙悟空的火眼金睛。 </p>
<p>　　●我们很贱的在满足消费者 </p>
<p>　　看看我们的营销工作者们是怎么做的？ </p>
<p>　　首先，举一个大家都感兴趣的话题： </p>
<p>　　追女孩子，尤其是追漂亮的、优秀的女孩子，那可真是辛苦，笔者自惭形秽，这样的经历不够丰富，但没吃过猪肉，经常看见猪跑。 </p>
<p>　　只要是漂亮的、优秀的女孩子，屁股后面追求者那可是一大堆（插一句：现在男女比例严重失衡，僧多肉少，具有女性性征的屁股后面追求者都是一大堆。），男士们各展生平绝学，开始了赛跑。归纳起来，一般会有两种办法： </p>
<p>　　第一种唯一法。把其他竞争者想办法搞倒，采取各种办法逼其放弃，不放弃者还用上了武力，如媒体上经常见到的情敌互殴，最后剩下一个，女孩子没得选。 </p>
<p>　　第二种老黄牛法。立下毒誓非她不娶，开始了爱情长跑，想尽一切办法让她满意，誓死要把她感动，成了爱情的&ldquo;奴隶&rdquo;。 </p>
<p>　　这个话题不接着往下描述，看看我们现在的营销，是不是基本上都采用以上两种办法。要么竟品之间互欧，要么做&ldquo;奴隶&rdquo;，消费者想干嘛，我们一切都满足。 </p>
<p>　　消费者认为价格高了，我们降价；消费者认为购买不方便，我们建一个消费者认为购买最方便的地方&hellip;&hellip;人的欲望是无穷无尽的，消费者的4个C你满足了，5个C、6个C、7个C&hellip;&hellip;你满足得了吗？只要有一个C你不能满足，消费者就会忘记你为她做的所有的C，最终把你抛弃，把我们现有的&ldquo;营销&rdquo;抛弃。 </p>
<p>　　我们是不是很贱？关键在于已经做的很贱了，但消费者仍然不买账。 </p>
<p>　　男追女的过程中，我们会经常听女孩子讲，她们最讨厌这类男人，让干嘛就干嘛，毫无主见，她们一定不会选择这样的男人处对象。</p>
<p>●我们能否活得尊严点？ </p>
<p>　　我们能否不被别人牵着鼻子？我们能否活的有点主见？能否活的尊严点？ </p>
<p>　　当我们在消费者不买账恨不得给他跪下的时候，我们是否可以拂袖而去，让其认为不购买是莫大的损失？ </p>
<p>　　我们需要做些改变。 </p>
<p>　　●走自己的路，让消费者跟在我们的屁股后面 </p>
<p>　　我们一直在做满足消费者的事情，事实证明了也将继续证明，我们无法满足消费者海底样的胃口，他们从来就没&ldquo;满意&rdquo;过我们。 </p>
<p>　　我们既然满足不了他们，那就让他们跟着我们走好了。 </p>
<p>　　我们来当驾驶员，带着所有乘客，带他们去咱们预先设计好的地方，中间有骚乱的要跳车的，想办法把他们安抚掉。这就是上面的小标题：走自己的路，让消费者跟在我们的屁股后面。 </p>
<p>　　如何当好驾驶员，这就有学问啦。 </p>
<p>　　首先，我们需要研究消费者。 </p>
<p>　　研究目标消费者的吃穿住行加思想，深刻的分析他们已有的行为和思想，然后还能接受什么样的思想。比如洗衣机，消费者头脑里面已经存在了单筒洗衣机所有思想，我们需要研究一步一步的使双筒的思想注入进去的办法。再举个例子，如北京的金钱豹餐馆很知名，座落在东边，西边的人想去吃很麻烦，经研究发现西边的人很想有这样的，那我们开设一个同等档次和同样定位的餐馆，行不？宣传一下&ldquo;东有金钱豹，西有通吃岛&rdquo;（通吃岛在花园桥旁的世纪经贸大厦B座，笔者正在服务的项目），这样是否就引导了消费。 </p>
<p>　　其次，制定引导计划。 </p>
<p>　　制定出如何引导消费的计划，怎样一步步的把消费者引导到我们的目的地。笔者曾为一个糖尿病的产品制定了一套宣传方案，该方案列举了九大步骤，从目标消费者最关心的话题、产品相关吸引点、产品上市，到产品上市后工作都制定了方法。 </p>
<p>　　第三：执行 </p>
<p>　　根据计划完美的执行。 </p>
<p>　　大到系统方案，小到一篇广告、一张宣传册，都需要贯彻&ldquo;引导&rdquo;的思想。 </p>
<p>　　●结论： </p>
<p>　　&ldquo;引导消费&rdquo;的时代已经来临，对各个方面进行了详细阐述该如何引导。</p>

<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><br />　　一、本军三大纪律八项注意，实行多年⑴，其内容各地各军略有出入。现在统一规定，重行颁布。望即以此为准，深入教育，严格执行。至于其它应当注意事项，各地各军最高首长，可根据具体情况，规定若干项目，以命令施行之。 <br />　　二、三大纪律如下： <br />　　（一）一切行动听指挥；（二）不拿群众一针一线；（三）一切缴获要归公。 <br />　　三、八项注意如下： <br />　　（一）说话和气；（二）买卖公平；（三）借东西要还；（四）损坏东西要赔；（五）不打人骂人；（六）不损坏庄稼；（七）不调戏妇女；（八）不虐待俘虏。 <br /><br /><br />　　注　　释 <br />　　〔1〕三大纪律、八项注意，是毛泽东等在第二次国内革命战争中为中国工农红军制订的纪律，其具体内容在不同时候和不同部队略有出入。在红军初创时期，就已提出部队对待群众要说话和气，买卖公平，不拉夫，不打人，不骂人。一九二八年春工农红军在井冈山的时候，规定了三项纪律：第一、行动听指挥；第二、不拿工人农民一点东西；第三、打土豪要归公。一九二八年夏提出了六项注意：一、上门板，二、捆铺草，三、说话和气，四、买卖公平，五、借东西要还，六、损坏东西要赔。一九二九年以后，毛泽东又将三大纪律中的&ldquo;不拿工人农民一点东西&rdquo;，改为&ldquo;不拿群众一针一线&rdquo;；&ldquo;打土豪要归公&rdquo;改为&ldquo;筹款要归公&rdquo;，后来又改为&ldquo;一切缴获要归公&rdquo;。对于六项注意，增加了&ldquo;洗澡避女人&rdquo;和&ldquo;不搜俘虏腰包&rdquo;两项内容，从而成为三大纪律、八项注意。这些纪律，曾经是红军以及后来的八路军、新四军、人民解放军政治工作的重要内容，对于人民军队的建设，对于正确处理军队内部关系、团结人民群众和确立人民军队对待俘虏的正确政策，都起了伟大的作用。 <br /></p>]]>
