大三或者研二的同学们，不要在象牙塔中犹豫了，十几年的学堂生涯是时候结束了。你的年龄，你的意识，你的责任，注定你要成为一个社会人。

无需顾虑你曾经的履历一片空白，每个人都要经历从无到有的过程。一只幼虎难道甘心眼睁睁地看着被排除在狩猎圈之外吗？

无需叹息以前年少无知，学术乏乏，浪费了青春在不着边际的琐事上。有着时间去叹息，还不如现在就开始寻觅开启今后生活大门之钥。

无需去想从基层开始，从打杂干起，就玷污了你本科生、研究生的身份，好高骛远只会一事无成。公司非学校，公司要盈利，你非小孩，你要成熟，实习是双方选择的良好平台。

不该再为你该怎么选择，该怎么行动而烦恼。经过大学的历练，你应该有足够的自信与素养去走自己想走的路。每一次选择，成功或者失败，你都在成长。

出了校门，你不再只是你自己，你有社会责任，你有事业，你有家庭，从自立到有能力去帮助别人，中间的阶梯一步一步跨。

让我们从今天的申请实习开始，铺垫漫漫人生路。

Apply for intern

Spring being in the air, now it’s May.  Perceiving gradually the warm of summer, do you hold the same enthusiasm for this summer vocation?

The juniors of undergraduates and postgraduates, don’t hesitate in ivory tower. It’s time to end the study life of more than ten years. Your age, your consciousness and your responsibility destine that you should be a social man.

Don’t worry about your blank past. Every person is subject to the process from nothing to something. Is a tiger cub willing to be excluded from the hunting team?

Don’t sign for your ignorance, poor academy and spending too much time on irrelevant trifles. If you still have time to have a sign, why don’t you seek for the key to open the future life from now on?

Don’t think that it’s shame to do odd jobs or start from the bottom as an undergraduate or postgraduate. Aiming too high only can achieve nothing. A company should get benefit not as a school, and you should be mature not as a child. Therefore, applying for intern is a good platform for both sides’ choice.

It’s not the time to worry about what to choose and what to do. Passing university’s training, you should have enough confidence and quality to lead your own life. You can obtain growth from every choice, whether successful or not.

Out of university, you are not only yourself. You have social responsibility, career and family. You should follow step by step from self-support to having ability to help others.

目前为止，大家已陆续开始准备考研，有盲目的，有明确的，但前者远多于后者。考研辅导机构也在这时大肆宣扬，鼓动大家报班。从听讲座，问学长，大家对考研开始有了概念，但对自己考研的实力还拿捏不准。看着学长们有考上的，有落榜的，听着辅导机构宣称辅导班怎么怎么神奇，心里痒痒地想报好学校好专业，但又怕自己考不上。而网上提供的信息泛泛，在这个时候，大家最需要的是有人指点，无论是选择方向还是复习计划上。

这里我有几点建议：

1、  首先是重专业。因为硕士与本科不一样，本科公共课较多，你还可以有所偏重，甚至转专业。但硕士是跟着导师在这个方向上钻2~3年。如果不是你喜欢的专业，那硕士阶段会过得相当郁闷。本科两年多下来，也该知道自己喜欢什么。如果是本专业，那就顺理成章，把专业课基础打实，再求更高造诣。如果是换专业，首先要摆正心态，换专业是可实行的。做了决定换专业的话，眼下就是确定专业，广泛积淀专业背景。换专业的话，一般是理工科转文科，但文科的试题主观题比较多，只有你在专业方面的只是足够广，足够深，才能在考场上游刃有余，有所输出。

2、  选自己喜欢专业的名校。就报考专业的全国排名而言，按自己的欲望与实力选学校。有的人在大一、大二基础比较扎实的，或深信自己复习后会有很大提高的，可以报排名前20的学校。不要想着这是遥不可及的，下定决心后，就是一步一步把各科复习好，初试拿高分是进这些院校的基本。而实力次之的，可以选排名之后的，但学校名气大的，也不失为一个好的选择，即热门院校冷门专业。有些难度在B，如上交的管理等，这些学校综合实力很强，或者说你所报的专业不是该学校的强势专业，则考取这些学校的难度会相对低一点。热门院校热门专业太强手，如果不是很有自信的话，建议不要报。好学校的冷门专业，一来可以接受名校科研人文气息，二来在硕士期间有的放矢地提高自己的薄弱环节，毕业之后还是很有优势的。

3、  确保能上研。现在硕士文凭也越来越普遍和必要了，对有些基础不是很好，但想考研的人，怎么办呢？选普通院校，就杭州地区而言，除了浙大，其他学校的大部分专业第一志愿一般都是招不满的。言外之意就是你只要过了国家线，就有可能读硕士，只要你第一志愿填得好。这个情况对其他地区也是适用的，但国家线是绝对的硬指标，没过这个线，其他都白搭。

无论是选院校还是专业，最重要的一点就是要清楚自己硕士毕业要去干什么，明白了这一点，对选择才更有针对性，以及对今后的硕士生活才更有导向性。

我现在好羡慕那些想考名校的人，满怀希望，定下目标，积极努力，我曾经也是这样的义无反顾。现在在杭电待了两年，没有了目标，没有了方向，空虚地忙碌着。我想要是我在浙大读书会怎么样呢？记得复试结果出来，给马翁打电话，我就哭了，透心地凉，觉得自己什么都没有了。在大家心中，我进浙大是理所应当的。在自己心目中，我进浙大只是晚了四年之后的必然。在调剂中又受到了不少挫折，就那个礼拜，我体重轻了十斤，身心俱乏。当被杭电录取时，我一点点兴奋都没有，曾经报考清华都想过的，进了杭电，那个落差是怎么也弥补不了的。

金子在哪里都会发光的，可惜，我只是一块铜，在环境的氧化下，已看不出金属的颜色。

现在回想起这些事，我只有感慨。我羡慕这些年轻人还有机会追求自己想要的学校，他们有彷徨犹豫，却是那么有盼头。我全部都鼓励他们考名校，既然决定考研，考名校是必然。在名校结识一大帮朋友才是读硕士的最大收获。

曾经我抱怨我的一个杭电同学记不住新同学的名字，他说：要记住干嘛，这些人都是我不想认识的。虽然有点极端，但这就是现实，赤裸裸地摆在面前。物以类聚，人以群分。富人与富人合作，钱生钱，越来越富，穷人只能眼睁睁地看着，不能怪谁，只能怨自己不在那个阶层。

年龄也大了，想的问题也多了，我在想以后要过怎么样的日子，我的家庭，我的工作应该是什么样的。我是那种过安逸的日子的，还是想拼命挣钱的。我思索着又回避着这些问题……

一名好导师，与学生坦诚交流，教之，友之。每个学生心中都有着不少压力，不能比自己的本科同学差，不能叫爸妈的辛苦培养白费，要为以后的生活积累资本……所以，多了些许浮躁与无奈，多了几分渴盼与清醒。导师的言传身教，无疑深入学生内心，好导师应结合自己的经历和对相关行业的了解，多跟学生谈心，扮演好指向灯的角色。

一名好导师，懂得体恤学生，关心学生的生活。不是说要给学生多少钱，而是适当的补助，哪怕是很少一点，甚或是几句贴心的话，都能让学生感受到温暖。

一名好导师，不应该有性别歧视，尤其是工科导师，不应想当然地叫女学生多做些文字工作，虽然可能女的动手能力是比较差，但她们读研何尝不是希望得到提高呢。读个硕士不容易，不要等到毕业的时候，就业还是尴尬。

一名好导师，要有胆识把项目交给学生做，多给学生机会。研究生没有一个是不愿意学习新知识的，对待知识，学生都如饥似渴，交给的任务都会尽力做到最好。导师不应轻易否认学生的成果，学生没有多少经验，但交给老师的作业，都是认真仔细完成的。

一句话，学生要自强，导师要真诚关爱。

Good teacher in students’ opinion

A good teacher thinks more about students’ future and improving their ability than for students’ graduating smoothly. My elder sister was a medical master and her teacher asked her to do clinical work and not worry about papers. While her fellow villager's teacher asked her to accomplish several papers within one year. As a result, my elder sister joined a good hospital in my hometown, but her fellow villager was not permitted by any hospital in hometown and had to stay in foreign lands. 

A good teacher should honestly exchanges with students, teaches and makes friends with them. Each student has a lot of pressure. They don’t want to be worse than classmates at college or let parents down. They also want to accumulate capital for future life... ... Therefore, they have more sense of agitation and disappointment and the sense of longing and consciousness. The personal examples and words of the teacher have considerable effect on students. So a good teacher should talk to students more about his/her own experience and related industry, taking the role of the lamp well.

A good teacher should feel for students and care about their life. It’s not the matter that how much money you should give the students, but that even a little money or just some kind words can make students feel warm.

A good teacher should not have sexual discrimination. Particularly a engineering teacher, should not take it for granted to ask girls to do more writing work. Although girls may be with poorer ability, they do progress to the M.A. to obtain the improvement. It’s not easy to pursue a master’s degree, so it’s very embarrassing to be unemployed when graduate.

A good teacher must have the courage and wisdom to hand projects to students and give them more opportunity. None of the graduate students is not willing to study new knowledge. They gulp down knowledge with unmatched enthusiasm and try their best to complete the tasks assigned. Teacher should not easily deny student's’ achievement for they are lack of experience. But they all earnestly accomplish the assignments.

婚姻  结婚是有责任的，踏踏实实过日子。佟志和文丽，大庄和淑贞，自由恋爱与娃娃亲，相亲相爱与吵吵闹闹。佟志和文丽吵了一辈子，爱了一辈子，两人别扭过，分居过，但还是磕磕碰碰地走到了最后。大庄和淑贞，年轻时看着似乎没有爱情可言，但在年老时才知道谁也离不开谁。一起过日子，真的挺甜蜜又不容易的。甜蜜的是不会孤单了，有个你喜欢也喜欢你的人陪着；不容易的是两个人会有许多摩擦，性格是越磨越锐，关系是越磨越尖，可能真的磨破了，日子就难过了。

朋友  佟志和大庄交了一辈子的朋友，比兄弟还亲，工作在一起，又是邻居，虽然性格不同，但却融融洽洽，互相分享，互相扶持。这种交情难能可贵啊，贵在不矫，贵在它的期限是一辈子。现在如此长久的朋友已真不多见了。

女人  李天骄这个女人，傲，好强，有魄力，做事果断。喜欢佟志，敢表达；事业心强，敢追求。可能到最后，她也没有得到她的爱情，但她事业有成。我不知道，当她在事业巅峰旋转时，是否会感到孤独。

爱  大宝的死，是最大的悲剧。从小受到溺爱，可能加剧了它的必然性。佟志和大宝这对父子，表面上经常争吵，实际上内心存在大爱，很重视对方。对佟志而言，大宝是他的延续，希望他顶天立地；对大宝而言，佟志是从小的榜样，虽然有许多误解，虽然不入正行，但当他知道父亲为了他，抛下自尊，给别人下跪时，他是真的悔悟了。当父子俩最终敞开心扉，真正和睦时，大宝却因车祸死了。30岁，一个男人正展手脚的时候，走了。他好没来得及好好孝顺父母，还没来得及看看即将出世的儿子，还没来得及让大家看看悔过自新的大宝重新发达。他有悔恨吗？文丽和佟志，老年失子，一辈子的寄托一下子没了，他们有悔恨吗？我现在觉得，二三十岁的人，更应珍惜生命。因为你享受了那么多，还没有履行过义务，还不能成为一个真正意义上的人。

那个寒冷的冬夜，路灯下的雪丝带着金色，纯然夜色中添了不少色彩与喜悦。这个又冷又湿的冬天，终于下雪了。想与人分享这份美好。是的，雪是受欢迎的，为了她的悄无声息，为了她的白色，为了她能覆盖所有。

乘火车回家，第一次碰上春运和大雪滞留，急促中滑了一跤，脏了，疼了，我竟躺着哭了，似乎好久都没这么任性了。千辛万苦挤上火车，望着窗外大片大片的雪花，心里暖暖的，好美好美。沿途白茫茫一片，世界就只剩下白色和起伏，自然创造了这伟大的艺术，不管人奔波了多久多远，还是会歆享这份安宁与纯净。任何图片都描绘不出这种活跃的生命，相机也定格不了这种动中有静，静中有动的姿态。真有幸，此时此刻，我在静静地看着，守着……

雪停了，路封了，太阳出来了，到了铲雪和融雪的时候了。这时候的雪好丑，好脏，抹上了尘埃与垃圾，不堪入目。这时候，她似乎没有了任何价值，而成了障碍。很难想象美好神圣与丑陋污秽竟能在同一物质上演绎地如此淋漓尽致。她在一点点地消逝，还世界本来面目，还是那样地悄无声息。偶尔街上还能看见零星几堆残雪，似乎在提醒人们曾经下过雪。

雪，就是这样短暂地游历下人间，拥抱了整个大地，在阳光中消逝。她带来了欣喜与纯净，悄悄地走了，迎来了阳光无限。短暂却美好，不长久却曾经刻骨。

姐姐7月刚硕士毕业，回家进了医院工作，我还在读硕，很少回家。

以前寒暑假回家，姐妹一张床，说说学校的事情，提提工作的情况，聊聊爸爸妈妈。现在姐姐有了丈夫，有了工作，有了另一个家，很少有时间跟我说话，我突然之间觉得感情不一样了。

是不是再也不会有我跟姐姐在被窝里窃窃私语不停的时候，也没有早上你赖我，我赖你，不肯起床的情景？

是不是度完了属于姐妹之间的时光，而开始了两个新家庭之间关系的维系？

结婚那天，离开家门时，姐姐笑得无邪又幸福，在灶司前也无所留恋的样子，又有谁注意过妈妈是否在一旁拭泪？

忙了三天，爸爸喉咙哑了，妈妈眼睛布满血丝。忙碌着女儿的婚事，爸妈在想什么？觉得幸福，欣慰？还是些许惆怅感慨绕心头？

亲戚经常提醒我们：你们爸妈培养了你们两个硕士，真的很不容易啊，现在是好一点了，以前那段搬砖头的日子，真的是……你们要好好孝顺他们啊。

怎么可能忘记曾经和爸妈一起搬砖的经历，腰酸背痛，任汗水流，任水泡起，砖头卖不掉，爸妈睡在远方的船上，年幼的我醒在空旷的家里。

怎么可能忘记小酒酣畅之后，爸爸拍拍胸脯说：你们能读就读吧，我就是借借钱也会供你们读书的，只要你们自己想读。

怎么可能忘记爸妈在深夜的咳嗽声不断，年轻时挥霍体力，年老时杂病缠身。爸爸很不小心地弄伤了手，妈妈血压偏高……

爸爸，妈妈，现在女儿只有一个心愿，多陪陪你们，多孝顺你们，你们要健健康康，开开心心。

我一心去寻找忙碌，总以为忙碌就是耕耘，忙碌就是不虚度年华，在忙碌中可以享受生活的快节奏韵律。可是我没有，越忙碌，觉得自己越沉，因为我忘记了为什么在忙碌；我放不慢脚步，因为一停下来，我就会陷入无底深渊，就像在茫茫大海中游泳，快窒息了，却看不到边际。

有人说过，整天忙忙碌碌不能说明什么，关键是你在为何而奔波。的确，孙振耀也说过：其实你不快乐的根源，是因为你不知道要什么！你不知道要什么，所以你不知道去追求什么，你不知道追求什么，所以你什么都得不到。大多数人都有生存压力，有生存压力就会有很多焦虑，积极的人会从焦虑中得到动力，而消极的人则会因为焦虑而迷失方向。难道我是消极的人？难道我甘心于自己的消极？

人的一生，不是父母的续集，也不是儿女一生的前传，更不是朋友一生的外篇，只有你自己对自己的一生负责，别人无法也负不起这个责任。我们总是对自己充满期望，喜欢去挑战，去尝试，去实现自我，在艰辛中体会成功，在成功中品味喜悦。和每个青年一样，我渴求着成功。但当那次，我看着那幅画，夕阳透过那片黄树林，洒在廊上的椅子中，金灿灿的，那么宁静，拨动了我的心弦。很久没有这种感觉了，我似乎已经丧失了去享受惬意的那份权利与兴致。回头想想，我到底想要什么？

天下没有轻松的成功。成功，要付出代价。请先忘记一切的生存压力，想想这辈子你最想要的是什么？所以，最要紧的事情，先想好自己想要什么。首先的首先，人还是要让自己高兴起来，让自己心态好起来，这种发自内心的改变会让你更有耐心，更有信心，更有气质，更能包容……否则，看看镜子里的你，你满意么？

大学生们，请先问问自己：我想要得到什么？请抱着理想，有目标地前进。在回首往事的时候，不要因为虚度年华而悔恨，也不要因为碌碌无为而羞耻。

Life

I’m busy recently, but not knowing for what. Sometimes, I feel confused, but don’t know why. When quieten down, I find deeply I am lost and unhappy. As on that traveling day, I kept climbing up the slope and couldn’t see the peak and found nobody I know. At that time, I felt the choky desperation of being buried in the hill.   

I always try to keep busy. I think that being busy is plowing with purpose from which I can enjoy the fast rhythm of life. But I can’t. The busier the heavier I am. Because I forget what I am busy for. I can’t slow down because I will fell thrown into a bottomless pit once I stopped, just as swimming in the sea without boundary, choked.

Somebody said that keeping busy all day can’t show anything and the key is that you are striving to obtain. Yes, it really is. Sun zhenyao also said that: “ It’s your not knowing what’s you want make you unhappy; And it’s your not knowing what to pursue make you don’t know what ‘s you want; So you will get nothing. Most of the people have pressure for survival which brings anxiety. Affirmative people will get power from anxiety, while negative ones will lose themselves. Am I a negative one? Will I reconcile to my passive emotion?

Your life is neither your parents’ continuation, nor your children’s former biography. Also, it’s not your friends’ outer narrative. It’s only you can be responsible for your life, and anybody else can’t. We always have much expectancy to ourselves, like challenge, try to do things, realize ourselves, experience success in hard working and enjoy the happiness of the success. As every young man, I am thirsty for success. However, when I saw that picture where the golden setting sun spraying on the chairs in the corridor through a sheet of yellow hurst peacefully, I was touched. I had no such feeling for a long time and had lost the right and interest to enjoy the pleasant prospect. Think back: what’s I really want?

There’s no easy success. You will have to pay for that. Please forget your pressure for survival and think about what is you want most in your life. So the most important thing is to think out what’s you want. First, you should make yourself happy. This inner change will make you more patient, confident, characteristic and inclusive……  Otherwise, will you satisfied with yourself in the mirror?  

Undergraduates, at first, please ask yourselves that what you really want to get. Please hold your dream and advance with specific goal. You should feel no torturing regrets for years without purpose, never know the burning shame of a mean and petty past.

主人公Chris Gardner 以一个推销骨密度扫描仪的推销员出场，业绩平平，以至于生活到处捉襟见肘：儿子只能被送到蹩脚的幼儿园，被催着交房租，交税，交罚单，妻子怨声载道，生活似乎只有奔波与劳碌。

当他向妻子说要去申请去维特证券的实习生时，他妻子嘲笑着说：为什么不去做宇航员呢？但他依旧认定了那个目标，以至于最后妻子不堪忍受看不到幸福的生活和离开了他。

我不知道是什么决心鼓励着Chris Gardner 去挑战那个实习生的职位，一边是要抚养儿子，交房租，一边是没有工资的6个月的实习，还面临着实习结束时的20选1的挑战。或许是他对儿子的责任心，或许是他对幸福生活的渴望。正如他教育儿子时的那样：别让人家跟你说，你成不了大器；你想得到什么，就要努力去得到。所以，他为了去幼儿园接儿子，去收容所排队，他要在6小时内完成别人在9小时内完成的事。所以，为了节约时间，他打完一个电话后不挂电话，而是直接拨下一个号码，为了省上厕所的时间他不喝水。所以，在被房东赶出来的那个晚上，他和儿子在一个厕所里过夜，用卫生纸铺地做地毯的时候，他流泪了，紧紧地抱着儿子，在近乎绝望的环境下，他没有放弃，因为他要对儿子负责，他要保护自己的梦想。

最后，他成功了，一个高中文化水平的人在众多高学历的竞争对手中脱颖而出，在那个看不到幸福与自由的艰难岁月，他的坚持，他的梦想，他追求幸福的执着与信念，成就了他。

我不知道，在绝望中，我是否还能坚持我的梦。有梦去追，已是可贵，当梦似乎遥不可及时，试问有多少人能不放弃？

不要徒口问上帝，幸福在哪里？在你坚信幸福就在眼前，而且坚持往前走，不放弃，幸福就会来敲门。

The pursuit of happiness

A nice film——《the pursuit of happiness》,which is about a story of how a seller to be a successful bill broker. After appreciating it, you will benefit much.

The protagonist Chris Gardner was a seller of bone density scanner who performed not so good, which leading to his being behindhand in his circumstances:  the son’s having to be sent to a bad kindergarten, being dunned for the rent, tax and ticket, his wife’s swamping him with complaints.  The life was on the move.

When he told his wife about his application for the job as an intern in WeiTe stock, his wife mocked to say: Why not an astronaut? But he kept his aim up, which cause his wife’s leaving him when she couldn’t bear the life without happiness anymore. I don’t know what encourages Chris Gardner to challenge the job as an intern. He should support his son and pay the rent, while it’s an intern of a period of 6 months unpaid and selecting only one among the twenty candidates at the end of the 6 month. Maybe it’s his responsibility to his son or his longing for a happy life. Just as what he taught his son: Don’t let others tell you that you can’t do some; you want something, go and get it. So he should complete the task everyday within 6 hours which completed by others in 9 hours in order to pick up his son and queue at a shelter; So he directly dialed the next telephone number instead of holding it up to save time; So he didn’t drink water to avoid going to the bathroom. On the night being turned out by the landlord, he and his son bunked over at a bathroom, where they laid toilet paper as carpet. He took his son in his arms, being in tears.   Under such despairing conditions, he didn’t give up, because he should responsible for his son and protect his dream.

At last, he succeed, a man graduated from a senior high school, stood out in the competitors holding advanced academic degrees. his dream, In the hard time when you even can’t see the happiness and freedom, It’s his endurance, his dream and his conviction of searching after happiness making him a success.

I don’t know whether I could persist in my dream when in despair. It’s good to seek for happiness, but how many people will not give up his dream when it seemed to be impossible?

Don’t ask the god that where’s the happiness? When you believe that the happiness is just round the corner, you walk forward and don’t give up, then you will get it.

现在已经读研一年多了，实实在在地体验了实验室的生活，远非一张桌子，一台电脑而已，而是和谐的环境。

每个人都有自己的课题方向，但实验室资源共享，大家的才艺共享。我觉得不管是我的同级，还是师兄师弟，他们懂的真的很多，也很好学，对硬件软件开发都充满了热忱。在这样的环境中，万事俱备，只欠东风（你学习的决心与行动）。当然，平时我们也有娱乐。一起吃饭，一起聊天，一起爬山，一起参加研讨会，吃自助餐，还帮忙介绍男女朋友。我们笑得无邪，玩得无所顾忌，快乐恣意蔓延。当一种学习的气氛转化为乐趣与互帮互助，那就是和谐。

还记得那个大风大雨的下午，和老蒋一起骑车从市区到下沙，一路上是他找平路，找乐子，鼓励我。湿透了，累趴下了，但我体验了共患难的幸福。

还记得那个晚上，老何一直陪我到挺晚，就是为了不让我一个女生单独试验楼回宿舍（路程挺远），尽管他有事。那时，我感动了，为了这份如亲情般的关心。

这里没有利益冲突，没有勾心斗角，没有礼仪司像，大家活得很清醒，知道自己的不足，知道毕业后何去何从，知道怎样为自己增加筹码。我们在快乐中奋斗，在互持中成长。

永远，我会依恋实验室的这份和谐。
