<![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 今天是我给我的学生上的最后一次课。在去学校的路上心里总不是滋味，开车时都走神好几次。20多年的教学生涯，送走的学生一届又一届，迎来送往本应该是很平常的事了，但是每当学生毕业之际我都会难过，或许这就是做教师特有的&ldquo;恋生情节&rdquo;。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;虽然今天和同学们分享的内容是我熟悉得不能再熟悉的了，可是我居然讲得有些结巴，因为我好多次看到了学生的眼泪，当我看到一双双流着泪的眼睛时，我全然不敢直视他们，原来他们的心情和我一样、、、、、、<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 和同学们相处的日子里，他们给了我太多的灵感和配合，我打心里喜欢他们、感谢他们。我们在一起不仅可以讨论我们的专业，还可以谈天说地、说&ldquo;悄悄话&rdquo;、摆&ldquo;龙门阵&rdquo;、、、、、、我们有太多快乐而美好的回忆如今都要告一个段落，我们彼此都有些依依不舍。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 临别时我对同学们说：我最亲爱的同学们，从今以后，我不仅仅是你们的老师，更是你们一生的朋友！<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 最后一次课就这样：痛并感动着！</p>

<p><a href="http://www.yingyangshi.net">www.yingyangshi.net</a>成都市均衡营养学校、成都市五行平衡养生学校专家组发布（版权所有转载时请附网址）<br />一、防疫阻击战之<br />（一）营养干预<br />1、由于解放军、防疫人员、志愿者以及灾区人民在大量出汗的情况下，会带走大量的维生素和矿物质，甚至会打破体内水电解质的平衡，为了保证身体正常的免疫力，要即时补充随汗排走的维生素和矿物质以及丢失的热量。食物品种以润燥生津的黑木耳、核桃、枇杷、梨、芝麻、高粱、地瓜、百合、花菜、西红柿、甜瓜、杏、梅子、葱白、石榴、橘子、食用菌类、柠檬、黄瓜为主，从而补充流失的维生素和矿物质。如果汗出得过多导致水电解质平衡被打破，可以用2克盐、10克白糖、20克红糖熬水喝。在有条件的灾区要尽量将蔬菜多样化。注意事项：脾胃虚寒的人，将水果烫至40℃左右，以免造成对胃肠道的刺激。 <br />2、由于灾区人民和解放军、志愿者、防疫人员这段时间以方便面、水、饼干为主，那么维生素和矿物质缺乏，可以就地取材，吃些野果、野菜。如：桑葚、马齿苋、枸杞苗、野芹菜等摄取Vc和其他矿物质。<br />3、由于大家在地震中担惊受怕，受苦受累，在紧张和压力状态下人体所需的营养素比平时多出一倍，而这个时候如果不能补充就会导致体内营养素丢失，尤其以水溶性维生素C和B维生素丢失最多。而矿物质中以镁、钾、磷、钙的缺乏比较常见。食物以新鲜蔬菜和水果、燕麦、玉米等五谷杂粮、牛奶、虾皮、芝麻等为主。压力过大，心情烦躁、恐慌、惊悸多食燕麦和牛奶，同时冲饮。水果中，香蕉、草莓、苹果有安神效果。葡萄干、花生有清楚烦躁不安的效果。<br />4、由于解放军和防疫人员的汗出得过多导致的尿血，可用鲜马齿苋60g煮水饮服，或再加白茅根15g共煎服。也可用棕树根加上采摘清晨的竹叶心熬水喝。饮食蔬菜以莴笋、生菜、莲藕、白菜、卷心菜、空心菜为主。<br />5、蚊虫叮咬：在没有花露水和清凉油的情况下，随时携带大蒜在身上，被蚊虫叮咬，就立即拿大蒜涂抹该处。或将鲜品马齿苋洗净捣烂外敷也可对蚊虫叮咬、皮炎、湿疹、痈肿和疮疖等有作用。遭蛇咬，在紧急状态下，可用线拴住伤口两侧，以免扩散，且立即用肥皂水清洗伤口，然后用鲜品马齿苋洗净捣烂外敷。如有用嘴吸出毒汁者，救人者同时用马齿苋汁淑口，并尽快请专家治疗。<br />6、由于淋雨和露宿或帐篷居住，会导致体内寒湿和暑湿，由于机体出问题，会导致心神不宁，给心理干预带来一些困难。<br />除湿除寒方法：（1）、可将生姜烧热，将酒煨热，切开生姜断面蘸酒刮痧。（2）、用桔子皮、少量去皮生姜（打碎）、红糖煎水喝用以养胃，食物以苡仁、蚕豆、赤豆、蕨菜、辣椒、山药、黄豆芽（不能加添加剂）等健脾除湿食物为主。肉类尽量炖软烂为主。（3）在灾区昼夜温差大的地方如果有风寒暑湿感冒晚餐要适量多用生姜，白天多吃藿香。（4）做汤时，放姜和花菽以除寒湿，做菜时多用大蒜，鱼腥草，藿香，蒌蒿。</p>]]>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 记得好多年前，那时学生中流行用丝带编手链，当几个女同学把编好的手链展示在我面前问我：&ldquo;周老，漂亮吗？&rdquo;我说：&ldquo;太美了！&rdquo;没想到我们的对话被几个男同学听见了，过了几天，居然有三个男同学拿着自己亲手编的手链来送给我说：&ldquo;周老，知道你喜欢，我们特别请女同学教我们编，为了学到她们的经验还被她们宰了，为了编出你喜欢的手链我们还熬了好几个夜呢？&rdquo;我拿着他们送给我的丝手链，那高兴劲儿胜过了我刚买到金手链的那一刻。</span></p>
