mso-hansi-font-family: ’Times New Roman’">　　四、施工要点</span><span><br />　　</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">1.</span><span>必须先进行纠偏，纠偏可采用沙包堆载，重量应逐渐加大。<br />　　</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">2.</span><span>基础新旧砼结合面是基础抗剪的薄弱部位，为使此部位砼结合良好，必须对旧砼面进行凿毛处理，同时剔除松动石子并冲洗干净。砼浇筑时，此处捣浇必须密实。<br />　　</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">3.</span><span>植筋质量是确保钢筋骨架整体受力的关键，由于采用常规植筋方式往往造成抗拔力不足，为此待钢筋穿过后应再用胶枪高压注入，来确保胶液饱满密实。<br />　　</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">4.</span><span>在锚杆桩施工时，必须严格控制压桩力不得大于该加固部位的结构自重，同时做到压桩次序对称进行，入时速度缓慢匀速，一次成桩减少中途停歇时间，若通过四角沉降观察发现有异常，应加大自重荷载，调整施工方案。<br />　　</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">5.</span><span>在加固过程中，塔吊应停止作业，并进行基础沉降、塔身垂直度的监测。在加固后使用过程中，尚需加大监测频次，发现异常及时采取措施。 <br /></span></p>]]>
